I really liked both the dance sequences by Adilie.

I watched the episode multiple times and here is my take on it. At first Adhi was super concerned about imlie dancing but if you notice he gets mesmorized around the time when lyrics mention falling in love with piya! Then he went into his dream sequence of a romantic hero and his lady. I admit the 2nd part was more real and how he wants his jalli back. It was very nice. But I enjoyed both sequences. Mainly because it was yet again his fantacy. Time and again in movies/ITV we see girls dreaming about the guy but in this case its tbe other way. A serious patrakar ko romantic banaya jalli ne. She interlocked another dimension in him. If you recall in PD he had a similar fantacy totally out of his orbid. He was jumping and dancing around the hye with her. She brings it out of him.

The aparna/radha drama reached its climax. Thank god. Cant believe they sat there passing judgement on imlie. But its realistic. I know lot of ppl who have one misunderstanding and forget the inner love. It will come back. Hopefully aparna will have redemption in the future. Radha i care less for anyway.

The whole malini PD was useless filler. Why makers do that is beyond me. The truth is about to come out but is interupted. However i liked the bit where malini found imlies books/awards and acknowledged Imlie's dreams. High time woman support woman. Yes malini missunderstood and misstreated imlie but if Adhi can have redemption so can she. I hope the makers turn her into a supportive sister and not bechari jixed other woman.

Precap indicates truth will comeout to her. Malini is in Imlie hairstyle which suited her.

I hope imlie get to keep her cake and eat it. She gets her husband babusahib and her sister malini in her life.

She sounds weird even while supposedly trying to show “concern” for how much young Imlie had to give up after being forced into marriage.

Her aggressive questioning of Mithi in the precap shows that it’s not about any concern for Imlie, this is just about her desperation to know the name of Imlie’s dad. It’s a one point agenda and she doesn’t care what anyone feels in the process. She was similarly aggressive and weird about wanting to learn Adi Imlie’s truth too. Her way of questioning people is shown so weirdly that I don’t feel any connection to her “quest for truth” 🤔.

Also LOL at Didi now sporting a PD style side choti. Imlie ka hairstyle copy karne ki koshish? 😛....I guess PD ladies ne Devi ji ke baal banaa diye honge 😆

I watched because I wanted to watch Meethi & the new house😆. Didi was incidental😆.

Yes, the aggressive manner in which she is questioning Meethi is so weird. As if Meethi is a criminal who is getting interrogated. There is no real concern for Imlie, only the need to know her dad's kaand. But she is justifying it to herself as concern for Imlie. This is her MO.

I didn't notice Didi's change in hairstyle....she can't become Imlie just by copying her😆. I hope she gets to hear about the dawat given by PD's Jamai Babu in her own dawat & how much he cares about their Imlie😈. Saari concern udan choo ho jaayegi 2 min main. I don't know why I get this satisfaction seeing her chop😛.

Overall that bit had a rushed vibe like they were getting through the steps quickly rather letting it have thehraav. The second part of the dream had thehraav, that’s why it worked IMO. GM-ST looked more natural in that part too.

It can’t be about the TRPs. Those are steady anyways. So why the sudden need to pander to an online fandom that’s not that big anyways given what a tricky story this is?

We used to think they understand the sensitivity of the story, that is why they are taking it slow. Now they suddenly seem to feel some obligation to stuff in cliched lollipops while otherwise still making Imlie mouth moronic delusional lines. Lol so then how different will this remain from the other pathetic crap Atif has made? 🤷‍♀️

Adi Imlie were never a regular couple. Stuffing in cliched gimmicks on them won’t work. Unpopular opinion but even GM-ST can’t make those gimmicks work. Unlike others here, I don’t see SRK in GM 🤷‍♀️😂

Adi-Imlie can be something epic if the makers realize that the soulful depth of their relationship is what gives them an epic quality and gives an epic quality to scenes like the hugs/kisses after being buried alive. To see epicness reduced to a gimmicky lipsync that is a dime a dozen on every other ITV pair, then why should we bother watching this? Aren’t these two supposed to be hatke? 🤷‍♀️

If they were actually allowed to organically allowed to get to the next stage in their relationship, it would add so much meaning. Instead all we get are the two extremes of delusions about daya/dhoka or sudden lipsync dream sequences 😕. Beech mein ek Moti roti scene daalna would be too much effort I guess. Waise bhi Twitter waale are not interested in moti roti and ideas toh wahin se lift karne hain Atif ji ne 😆. So I guess I should just brace myself for lame trip catch, flying dupattas type crap on Adi-Imlie aage 🤔.

I don't get the SRK- Kajol comparison yaar. GM-ST are excellent on their own. No need to be compared with others.

The problem was not about the dance but about the execution. The setup was weird. We like Adi-Imlie dancing together. I liked the alter ego dance & loved the pooja dance. But these 2 were setup nicely & made sense in the story. Today's didn't- it is as simple as that.

All this tropes do not suit Adi-Imlie anyway. They are not a LLHH couple. Their characters & story is far more complex & requires careful handling even when doing cliche things. For example, the car proposal date thing that Adi arranged for Imlie. I did not like it at all in the promo because it was so out of character for Adi-Imlie. But the way they set it up in the actual epi & the execution was so Adi-Imlie that it has become a favourite scene. So its all about how the cliche is included in the story & to tailor it to Adi-Imlie.

Yes, the patience in the 2nd part was executed much better in comparison to the first one. The attempting to match steps to the beats in the song looked more technical rather than natural in the first part .

The amount of work and effort they are putting into this show in the midst of a pandamic and away from family this fast its forgivable.

Last week these 2 did the mud sequence (gash with action) and now a dance sequence with heavy monologue scenes between.

Still the quality is good i will take it. Casting for this show is just spot on. Gashmeer and Sumbul are amazing. So is Atif the director and rest of the cast and crew. Mayuri is also now finally getting to perform and getting out of the bichari orbid (hopefully)

For the past two months with the amount of drama and angst that I have been watching in imlie, today it felt the fresh summer breeze , that I could not resist. I really needed a small break from all the melo I have been watching in the past episodes.
