I would❤️ Meethi & SK meeting the Tripathis. But I don't know how they would treat them now when they are so angry over Adi & his more than necessary concern for Imlie. They might be cordial but shayad warmth might be less from T side.

Anyways I would love them meeting & having some nice moments.

Much as I loved Adi's candid confessions in the epi yesterday and didn't want to dwell on the rest......the fact remains that they glossed over Imlie's thought process regarding her MUs.

We had discussed this a bit in the previous threads regarding the rebuilding of trust....not sure if that happened in the course of all that was said and done yesterday.....in the past I would have presumed there is instinctive understanding between Adi-Imlie and everything doesn't need to be said to be understood. But the way they showed Imlie go on this whole moronic tangent and then "resolved" the whole thing simply with her knowing he's told Malini the truth😕😆.....not sure what to make of this.

Imlie's character took a serious hit in their attempt to build the drama around her leaving C house.....she was shown building such big grudges against Adi, mistrusting him and now suddenly none of that matters? lol we just jump directly to her fixating on Didi ka rishta and T family ki acceptance?

Ab kal jab Didi phir se drama karegi and will probably insinuate things about her and Adi's past, Imlie will again blindly believe all that and again think Adi is cheating her?😆

Everything else can be managed if they atleast show basic trust and faith between Adi-Imlie....they can disagree on a 100 things and the approach towards handling things but the writers need to atleast establish the faith properly before testing it.....Imlie's naivete is understandable but if they don't even show Adi following up with her to clarify properly beyond a simple, "I never lied to you" statement, then how does this really solve the issue?

Can they show Imlie actually telling him she trusts him and MEAN it? Adi deserves at least that much bare minimum right now given how he's losing everyone else's trust and faith in the process of trying to reveal Imlie as his truth.

Imlie can basaao Didi ka ghar all she wants but some form of support needs to be re-established between Adi-Imlie.....why are they not being allowed to be a unit even if they can't reveal their marital status to the family yet?

The only difference is that there is a lot more playing out in their environment and they are not a bunch used to this level of conflict. Mithi has borne insults her entire life. bunch either- time and more episodes will tell. I guess I am at this point having the same delusion as Imlie did some episodes back. 😀

But coming back to why I thought so and I should probably just stick to Aparna.. because I am actually comparing her to Mithi. You are right these are two different ladies, lived very contrasting lives. Aparna seems to be more of a “log kya kahenge” fir uske liye she will make sure everything aligns to that, even Adi ( woh alag baat hai ki Adi has a mind of his own)! On the other hand Mithi is more of a fighter, listens to her heart, gives a damn about the society, listens to her daughter.. hell she even listens to Jamai babu, who is the reason of her daughter’s pain. She looks at everything from all dimensions.. when Pari tells her about Adi and Imlie she still considers the fact that Jamai babu loves Imlie..!

I agree Adi will mostly have a outburst.. there is no other way T’s will get it anyway.. How much of it they will understand is a wait and watch because Didi ka affair bhi to saamne aayega.. after all for them its either white or grey!

So in a way I am glad they brought this clarification and confession in front of Mithi! After this I think in this entire show Adi would have talked

more to Mithi than Aparna till now😊.

As a side note Will we ever get Adi and Rupi conversing..? Soon.. maybe.. shayad..🤔

I'm really struggling to figure out how they will show the atmosphere in T house going forward....

The Ts all hate Imlie now and blame her for AM falling apart.....Imlie herself just wallows around in guilt and makes mopey faces all day.....Adi is not allowed to tell the truth to the Tripathis either.

So then how exactly are any of these people expected to function in that house? And around what?😕

Matlab koi toh ek dynamic functioning dikhaa do. When Adi hadn't accepted his marriage with Imlie, she still atleast had all the Ts to interact with and build bonds with. Right now even though Adi has accepted his marriage with Imlie, it feels like Adi-Imlie ka bhi koi real support nahin aapas mein and Ts ke saath bhi Imlie ka sab kuch khatam hai....toh if there is no bonding from either side, what are they all going to interact over? Just talking about Didi ka divorce ya Didi ki shaadi all day?😕

I'd thought they would go with the contrast that atleast Adi-Imlie can support each other even if the whole family is against them....but Imlie is least interested in even doing that bare minimum....then what's the point I wonder. Didi bhakti karne se koi nahin rok raha but who says you can't even give basic support to the husband you claim is your everything?😕

Great discussion ladies....There was no heart-to-heart Adi-Imlie convo today...but Adi's heartfelt confession more than made up for it.😊 Such lovely dialogues today... kudos to the dialogue writer.👏

Apart from Adi's saath dena line to Imlie and softly exasperated "Imlie" when she said she doesn't have a right to be happy...best part today was undoubtedly his confession.

I loved his himmat...honsla...mauka...maafi but I would have loved if he said faith/vishvaas too. Because Imlie's faith in him and their relationship was the compelling force that hilaoed this pahaad jaisa aadmi...humbled him...shattered his false pride...taught him what having real pride/dignity means.

Kehte hai agar kisi cheez pe dil se vishwaas karo, toh puri kainaat usse tumse milaane ki koshish mein lag jaati hai. Imlie's faith can move many mountains, Aditya ko toh jhukna hi tha.

I have not seen this degree of humility and unvarnished honesty in any character...ever. People go their whole lives without looking inward & reflecting on their shortcomings...to be able to candidly talk about it to the people you have wronged is a few steps beyond.

Although he technically did not ask for SK-Mithi's apology...this gesture of his is equal to a hundred apologies. He has no doubt elevated himself in their eyes after it. I'd also like to add that his confession for me is worth a thousand sessions of him bearing SK's dhulaai as his penance. I'm sure SK & Mithi think the same.

I know that he's got a long way to go in terms for atoning for what he's put Imlie through...but this was a massive step in that direction. Today he has not just elevated his dignity, but the dignity of his relationship with Imlie, SK & Mithi.😊

This is why I was upset about not getting an Adi-Imlie heart-to-heart convo discussing the obstacles to their relationship & Adi giving her reassurances to build her trust and addressing her abandonment issues. This was really needed after her whole dhokebaaz MU IMO. Because as you said, what's gonna prevent Imlie from not falling into the same trap and misunderstanding Adi aage jaake?

I am hoping that we get an Adi-Imlie convo around this tomorrow. Imlie at least needs to reassure Adi that she has trust in him. Abhi banda 2 baar marte marte bacha hai phir bhi Imlie ne apna gussa nahi choda tha😆.

But Adi ke Dementor Didi ko sach bata diya hai ye statement sunke she must have been relieved ki he is not planning to get back with her, so gussa phurr ho gaya😆. But yes Adi needs to ask her why she reached that conclusion because he himself had not given her any reason to believe so.

I do think they will be a unit moving forward. Imlie will still be the one who will worry about hurting Didi & family but I guess aapas main toh saath rehne ki commitment toh kar hi sakte hai. She knows he loves her, he knows she loves him. Ab Didi ko bhi sach bata diya hai. Toh phir problem kya hai???😆

If the new promo is anything to go by Imlie will ask Adi not to reveal the truth about their marriage to the family at least until he gets divorced from Didi & she gets married with her Mr. India. But that doesn't mean they themselves won't be together as a couple ateast chup chup ke. Then only toh we can have the drama of the T family getting more suspicious about them having an affair, accusing them of the same & then Adi gusse main blurting out the truth.

Truth reveal to T family is not going to be without the drama because of their Didi bhakti, opposition to their divorce itself & their suspicions about Adi-Imlie having an affair. Dementor Didi ko bhi toh side main apne tamashe karne honge. So if they want to navigate all this then they have to give saath to each other & be a unit.

I don't know why they didn't show it, KK.....I could have chalked it up to the usual need to stuff Didi ki faltu footage in at the cost of Imlie....but now seeing the latest promo, to me it looks more like they deliberately want to keep Imlie in this half-baked "trust" mode so that they can keep showing her easily fooled again and again by anything Malini and AC say to her😕.

Adi also thinks there is nothing to talk through about WHY Imlie thought this about him at this stage? LOL then yes it does fully leave the possibility open for Imlie to continue being a fool on this point over and over again without anything evolving.

I think what's pinching me right now is the irony that Imlie's entire personality and characterization is built on FAITH....it has been her FAITH that has ultimately moved the mountain that is Adi too....but now Imlie ka faith only is so weak ki kisi ki bhi bakwaas pe hil jaaye?😕.....there is no sense coming through that she actually has real faith in Adi. She seems to have gotten so used to carrying only her OWN vishwaas/faith in life all this time, it's like she doesn't know how to trust anyone else for real....not even the guy she claims now is her everything😕.

Imlie's faith was the most beautiful part of her characterization to me....but they've diluted it all so much now sadly....how ironic that Adi was praising Imlie's faith in his confession to SK-Mithi and we as the audience are barely shown that faith anymore these days.....no faith in her Babusahib, no faith in her rishta with her Babusahib....bas guilt/reluctance hi hoti hai Imlie ke face pe all the time. Pehle there used to be the serenity of faith....now it's just mopeyness.....so will that ever get rebuilt or that faith waali serenity is gone from Imlie's personality for good now?😕
