As Guiltyo0o aptly put it, when has Adi ever made a joke/prank, especially one that serious. Actually, as any being, you would question that, because that's neither funny nor entertaining thing to say just right before your own wedding. After 7 years of dating, I should hope Malini atleast knows that much about Adi.

Why can't he bold enough to come clean to her? Because she fainted and ended up straight in hospital after he told her the first time.

How do you tell someone the truth when they can't seem to handle it, every slight thing happens, this lady seems to end up in the hospital. Even when her mom was telling her the truth, she seemed to be having a panic attack and was shouting the place down.

Even her own mum has realised that by protecting her from the truth, her daughter has become far too weak to confront the truth.

What is Adi supposed to do, how is he supposed to her the truth when she's this fragild and wants to close her ears, eyes and heart to all bitter truths?

He's scared of another trip to the hospital at this point tbh. It's his humanity that keeps his mouth closed and not his weakness/cowardice.

You misunderstand the character as he's been shown by the current writing.

He wants to be honest but the frailty of his fragile wife scares him, lest he she really commits another suicide or stops eating or ends up in hospital again. This is why behaviour like this is called emotional abuse.

Adi like any other victim is trapped.

You can't control who and when you fall in love, it just happens. Adi is trying to do the right thing here by trying to leave this marriage, he's not compromising or trying to settle with a relationship that doesn't exist anymore. He wants out and that is very respectable.

Since he's fallen for Imlie, he hasn't led on Malini nor has he tried to act like her husband, he has kept his distance and is trying to leave her.

Why would you stay in a relationship like this anymore, what is the point of torturing yourself and your partner? You will both be unhappy for life and come to hate and resent each other and it will affect any future kids you have.

Just look at Anu and Dev, that is Adilini's future and Adi is wise enough to know and perceive that.

I personally have my problems with Adi but weak and cowardly he is not. Definitely dislike-able and callous (to Imlie definitely not Malini as much) though, can't argue with that.

Adi has been written to be very flawed and human, even unsympathetic depending on how you look at the situation.

She's already in depression and that's why she needs therapy, she doesn't need to go into one.

That's why she should leave him alone, not for him or for Imlie. For herself. For her mental well-being and her owm health, in this world we have to look out for our own well being and our own selves and not depend on others for our well-being because people will happily ruin you if you give them that power. That's my personal view obviously.

I don't understand why her own fans want her to stay in a loveless marriage and ruin her life for a love that she will never be able to gain.

If vengeance is going to cost you your own happiness then it's truly not worth it especially in this situation.

When have I ever said Adi is 100% sympathetic? I've repeatedly said he's a very flawed character but atleast he's multidimensional and somewhat respectable that he wants to be honest and has kept his distance from Malini.

He has made a mistake and realised it very late but is trying to sort it out, feelings are very intricate and a lot of people settle and fall in love after. It's all about luck and destiny who you fall for, right people can come into your life at the wrong time.

Wat is d solution keep her in dark all her life while simultaneously having an affair wid ur house maid behind her bak?? He shud first cum clean to his family and her family, and probably break it to her in presence of her loved ones. Then she might cry, abuse, try suicide. There is a basic flaw in the premise of claiming Aditya as a cheat. We must understand:

1) When Aditya married Malini, he did not cheat her. He had no feelings for Imlie nor was he unfaithful. Since the first marriage did not mean anything to him then, he didn't pursue the matter at the cost of Malini's health.

He realised his feelings for Imlie during the PD track. Lets look at his behavior after that:

1) He clearly distanced himself from Malini. He did not pretend to be Malini's loving husband and mislead her while thinking about the other woman (Case in point : Shyam from Iss Pyaar Ko. He was at his sweetest best with his wife while lusting after Khushi, fooling her royally)

2) Malini was on a 4 day starvation spree before he came back from PD. So he waited for her to be a little stable.

3) He did not cross his boundaries with Imlie. They did not hug, kiss, make love. In fact, they did not romance either. Most of their discussion was regarding the presentation of the truth.

4) The day it reaches a breaking point and he decides to come out clean, Malini commits suicide. When he tries to tell the truth in the hospital, Malini's condition worsens.

4) There was constant familial pressure that did not allow any privacy. They needed to sort things out without Cs and Ts constantly messing with their private lives.

5) He needed confirmation from Imlie first before coming out clean to Malini. This is the only place where Aditya has gone wrong. But revealing the truth might have severe repercussions on Imlie. Her stay in Delhi, studying in Malini's college, her career can all get jeopardized. So Imlie needed to give her consent for the consequences.

I think they have handled the issue in a dignified manner till now. Lets see what happens later

So suddenly after PD track if he developed feelings for imile while he had a woman he loved for 7years and married willingly at his home ,it is an EMA.The fact the he was married to imile ,that she is his first wife have no value, because he himself didn't acknowledge that marriage or imile in the first place.

The problem is that every thing should go according to adityas wishes.if he want malini as wife ,he will marry her ,imile has to stand aside.if he want imile as wife later then malini should leave .when has he ever considered malinis or imiles emotions.

But today I just realized may be it's like Malini is paying price of Dev's deeds . He was married and had an affair (didn't watch starting episode so don't know complete history just have a vague idea).

He cheated on his wife abandoned meethi and now his daughter got cheated and even after having no fault of her would be abandoned.

May be that's how life is though it's not justification for what ADI did . He is wrong if Malini was not in Condition to listen he must have told his family or his in law

He was wrong and is a cheater by all means.

And in today's world everyone at their workplace or social circle meets different kinds of personalities some might be more interesting or good looking than their respective partners if everyone start working on their attraction it would ultimately harm society and mental health of people . Everyone is going to be insecure and doubt their partners causing damage to family/children.

I don't think malini is paying for devs deeds

Sometimes life is unfair ,you get betrayed by the ones who u love the most. And the worst part is sometimes you get no justice. You have to stay with the pain , it may either make you stronger (Which I wish for malini) or make you bitter and horrible (like anu)

Here aditya has a huge role in malinis suffering, but will he repent , no, instead he will get his happily ever after.

After aditya, more than imile , I think malini herself is responsible for the situation.She kept her trust on wrong man , her mother warned her repeatedly but she didn't heed.She created a delusional world with aditya and avoided all red flag signs that her relationship is going down the drain .Today her mirage is broken and she sees the real aditya , a weak man like her father. If the serial goes according to original plot , malini will end as a sad character, but I hope in this new version they can give malini a better parallel track.

Imile -i will not blame her much. She has been bought in a village setting where husband /marriage life is thought to be of great importance. She recognizes and respects her marriage from the moment aditya marries her.In her mind set she is actually sacrificing something that belongs to her to malini, she is renouncing her rights for malini,and consider herself good for doing this .At the same time she will grab on to her husband if she gets a chance.its selfishness, but we all are selfish when love is concerned.it would be good if she acknowledges all this to malini,support her through this ordeal.

What made me disgusted is I could not see any remorse on adis face. Man he cheated his wife but he seemed very proud to me today. Pathetic character.

He was saying as if malini shd b guilt. How can be say she is not even his wife? He actually married in lavishly infront of society n family. N I think makers also don't know that Malini still can go to court for cheating her. I think makers will show malini as guilt when she ia victim just to make audience happy. I am really shocked abt this episode. Do they even know what they are showing?
