Abhishek Bajaj, currently seen inside Bigg Boss 19, has been making headlines for his strategies, fights and emotional moments in the house. However, outside the show, his personal life has come under the spotlight after his ex wife Akanksha Jindal chose to break her silence about their marriage and separation.
Taking to her Instagram handle, Akanksha penned a heartfelt note spread across three slides, calling it “her truth” and clarifying that she was not seeking sympathy, money or attention. She wrote, “This is my truth. Not for sympathy, not for money, not for footage but because silence is also a sin. I know my words will be judged, twisted, and dismissed. But I also know they might save someone else from going through what I did. That is reason enough.”
In her statement, Akanksha addressed three sections of her note to the Bigg Boss audience, to women and to men. She explained why she chose to speak now, warned women to recognise the red flags she once ignored, and urged men not to mock or judge a woman they know nothing about.
Responding to questions about her timing, she clarified, “I was his Wife, not some gold digging nibbi girlfriend. By God’s grace, I live a life where I do not depend on any man’s money. As for why now, I have already moved on with my life. I am at peace, single, and no longer bitter. When I heard he was entering Bigg Boss, I thought good for him. But then I saw clips showing the same patterns he has always been known for. Silence felt wrong. According to the Bhagavad Gita, watching wrong and doing nothing is also a sin. One of the girls he cheated called me and urged me to speak up, saying my words would matter more as his wife. That was my answer.”
She also dismissed speculation that her statement was linked to her wanting to enter the reality show as a wild card contestant. “I would never want to step into that show as someone’s ex. My story is my own, and sharing it is my way of closing this chapter with truth, not for fame.”

Towards the end of her post, Akanksha addressed women directly, urging them not to ignore signs of manipulation and disrespect in relationships. “Some men may look perfect on the outside, but behind the charm, can manipulate, control, and disrespect. Please, do not ignore red flags or silence your instincts. Walking away is not weakness, it is strength, especially in Indian society. Your peace, dignity, and mental health matter more than holding on to someone who does not value you.”
