Many tend to ignore the other aspects of her personality or not see them at all because of how used to we are of being spoon fed stuff like that with constant monologues etc maybe. But maybe they did write her the way we’re interpreting it because I remember one more scene in Malini’s wedding her friends ridiculed imlie saying something like the servant’s looking like a bride? I don’t remember the exact words but aisa kuch tha and malini’s reply was stop it guys or something right? Like we would say stop joking and roll our eyes at something we don’t care about on the inside but want to seem like we do on the outside. I don’t really remember though, I want to watch the episodes from the start too it’ll be interesting seeing her in this new light.

I'm not sure the people on IG/YT comments section count as 'general audience'😆....the core audience is the TRP audience which watches this show for Imlie, not Malini and Imlie is the one they most sympathize with.

As for spoonfeeding, LOL if even after hearing Malini say that she will take inspiration from her mother, people think she is the victim😆, then I guess those same people must have considered Mrs. C right all along in the humiliations she heaped on Imlie too🤔. Actually, it will be amusing now to see the level to which people go to defend Malini's actions as they mirror the actions of Mrs. C who everyone otherwise agreed was wrong in her actions. But now that Malini will do the same things, she will suddenly be justified and called a "victim"? 😆

Malini literally attacked Imlie in yesterday's epi to wipe the sindoor from her forehead.....you really think the general audience was considering MALINI the victim in that scenario? 😆

Oh, she was most definitely mirroring Anu yesterday, but you won’t believe how many people I have seen defending Anu’s actions against imlie too 😕 Honestly I think the time I spent on youtube has traumatised me and it’ll take a while to cleanse all that from my mind 😆

LOL yeah, I feel you probably need to get out of the YT comments section to get a real sense of how the general audience is viewing this.....LMAO@ people defending Mrs. C ki actions against Imlie already too...😆.....well see, that just proves the point then....there will always be a section that trolls around on social media simply to spew hate or stoke outrage without bothering to view the story/characters for what they actually are....so best to stay away from that if you want to enjoy your viewing experience.

BOLD: Just funny that if people think Malini taking CHARGE of her relationship means let's go ATTACK Imlie when it was her choice to put the vermilion on her forehead.🤪What a double entendre, audience people lmao.

Well an example would be my mom and aunt going ‘uske paas ab aur koi raasta nahi bacha tha shaadi bachane ka bechari’ my family was so pro malini yesterday’s episode I thought maybe I am overthinking it before I finally decided to discuss it here because I just couldn’t see how insulting imlie is her being strong.

Curious then to know what your family thinks of the facts regarding Imlie's marriage to Aditya.....Malini ki shaadi shaadi aur Imlie ki shaadi halwa hai kya? 😆 Apni shaadi bachaane ke liye kisi aur ke sindoor ko mitaana is valid?

They think imlie has been wronged too it’s only aditya that gets the chappals everyday 😆 I am the only one there trying to put across his pov lmao

They think Imlie has been wronged but they also think that Malini was right to attack her? 😕😆 Yeah, I guess I can't comprehend the contradiction in that.

Aditya getting some chappals I can understand but calling Malini a bechaari while she's attacking another girl simply for wearing sindoor is beyond me *shrugs*

yes.... Ppl are ignoring Malini's behavior towards Imlie.. Makers have to do more efforts to bring her real personality out... Also what I feel.. Till Adi does not tell her truth ppl will give her benefit of doubt that bechari ko kuch nahi pata.. I don't know how independent educated high class girl like her is bechari and our sacrifing Imlie is ignored by some ppl...

Well, she should have the guts to perceive the truth also because it was a failed attempt in the past, courtesy of her getting unconscious. Even the previous fight between her & Adi, she kept on proclaiming that she will try to hear the truth, however, her behavior depicted something completely opposite like trembling rather than to be all ears.
