Dear Sushpective readers...

I am going to be in Europe all next week on a business trip and will likely not be able to make a post...But here is a post for today's episode...

Today's episode was all over the place...at times, I want sure where the director is going with this...but there was one very symbolic thing that happened...which I think is indicative of where the story is going...

That is...the scene between Saahir, Arzoo and Zaki...

When Saahir comes to Arzoo's room to apologize to her for all the wrong he has done to her...

Arzoo has her face turned to Zaki in her sleep...

And she is holding Zaki"s hand...or may it was Zaki who was holding Arzoo's hand...

Saahir, takes the hand...separates it from Zaki's grip...

Leaves it free, and makes it rest comfortably...

Then he covers Zaki with a blanket to make him comfortable and leaves...

Anyone, worried about Zaki Arzoo Nikaah...can be assured that it is not happening...

Even if Arzoo may turn to Zaki momentarily...and

Even if Zaki holds her hand to support her...

And even if Zaki has vowed to himself to not leave her hand...

Saahir will not let that marriage happen...

One can speculate the reason...But here is a guy who is not ready to concede yet...

On a separate note...just saw this movie...and really enjoyed...

I am asking myself...why do I watch soaps...where everything is so complicated...

Clearly I like simple love stories...

Apart from this scene, Sahirs monologue was interesting...although it didn't help much...

So Sahir comes to the same place to find solace as Arzoo does...

But he can't find any...

Because he is fighting his own self...

No such problem with Arzoo...(thank God!)

Any way...the interesting piece was the question...why did he stop her from going...

Good question ...

He is not ready to let her go...

He is not ready to concede her to Zaki either...

The real question is...

Is he ready to let Zennat go? Is he ready to let go of the deal?

Another interesting tidbit was ...that Arzoo should punish him...

So does that mean...he is ready to stop the self muitilation and ready to wait for Arzoo to come with a whip...😛

Sorry to make light of it...it's not even funny...but don't know what else to say about this topic that I have not said before...

So what's up his sleeve I wonder?

The promise to Rehman...was as if he has a plan...

Really curious to see what rabbit he is going to pull off his hat now...

My imagination goes to some trick...with 2 marriages happening and wrong ( or should we say right) people getting married to each other...without realization...easy to imagine that in Hindu weddings with veil...but in Muslim weddings where they ask Qubool hei with the brides and the grooms name...? Hmmm...we will have to see ...

The direction sucked today...

A number of serious mistakes...

To show Zaki is taking care of Arzoo...they could have shown him sitting on a chair next to the bed...

He didn't have to sit on the bed...and sleep there...which looked very inappropriate...

To show Sahir's apology...he didn't have to lean on her in that awkward position that looked he almost leaned on a sleeping woman... and highly inappropriate.....

The dialogue from Sahir about Rehman walking into his room after he himself walked into a girls room at night...seemed inappropriate.....

The first scenes dialogue about Sahir freeing Arzoo...from the relationship right after he had begged Alvira to make her stay...come with no explanation...was a misfit ...

If the direction continues like this ...I am kissing goodbye to the show...

I like the pairing of Zara with. Zaki...

I hope they develop this story...

Thanks for opening a post . Enjoy your business trip ...will be in the same continent next week .

Need Lalit back ASAP ...thank the directors star he has great actors performing at a high level ...The director is clueless ...communication gap in the team . I have complained on your post last week about the direction and not connecting with Saahir's characterization ...today it was evident .

Someone needs to develop Nausheen's character ...After witnessing Alvira saying to Arzoo , My sons have done you wrong she and Zara are fine with Zaki spending the night with Arzoo Director what the heck is wrong with you ?

Sush enjoy ur trip in Europe though it's freezing cold 😆 But it's beautiful nevertheless 😛

Ah I have a feeling we will be getting new year twist of sanz marriage ..I am sure sahir will marry her by hook or by crook 😆

I wrote on ur post yesterday tht zaki as a freind gets a thumbs up from me but not the lover whose actually being a LIL too smart ..knowing ARZOO lobes sahir only ...sorry but I am all for SaAz 😆

I m yet to Undertans Alvira ...wonder wht ticks for her n why is she so wary of Zeenat while KA supports her Zeenat beti Lile anything

Have a good trip Sush! I feel Saahir wants the best of both worlds the deal and Arzoo. He is neither willing to let her go or accept her with open arms. He will neither let Arzoo go or give her first preference in his life. Nor will he own up to some of his mistakes in front of her like the factory burning.

Nice post and the collages are looking fab Shweta as always!

Is there a soap...where the FL walks away from the ML successfully...I wonder...

I feel like Arzoo needs some personal space, some time without any of the choudrys chasing her...This is too much in your face...

I would find it suffocating...

Not just suffocating its scary. Did you notice the scary back round music when Saahir is in his room dreaming of Arzoo in his arms the birthday nite? Or the when he first enters the room? I wonder was it intentionally made scary or is it just poor direction?
