Like Walden said, rati has established her name as a brand actor and sumit is not and that's how we like him. And its not that we don't contribute to the trp but from my point of view its because of rati pursuing variety of roles in the show at the moment has led to higher trps, we all know that the track sucks. Its a hypothesis and wasn't meant to hurt anyone.

But Saumya, I have to disagree a lil bit here. I will admit that Rati's popularity has definitely helped this show stay on air but I don't know if it directly correlates with the trp's. She has always been a prominent part of the show and her performance (either as Indira, Zara) has been top notch (actually if anything I don't quite like her portrayal of LW in the current track but maybet thats just me). So why the higher trps now and not in the BT track? I honestly don't know the answer but I don't think its RP's performance (because that has been consistent throughout). Are you trying to say its the 2 RP effect? 😆

Dude! Don't go aggressive. I never meant that sumit's fan base is not strong. All I meant is in current situation when the CV s have just spoilt the show, it is rati's fans who watch it for the sake of her performance and hence the striking TRPs. I did not, DID NOT mean anything against sumit vats. The discussion was about Rati and her fan base. No one was talking about SV's fans.

most of rati fans left this show many days back only --as they did not liked male lead.

most of people still watching this show are non rati fans,

you believe it or not--this is truth.

It's the third time, Walden. Indira, Shweta, Zara...

On the bahu part, the way he was seeking blessings and taking his leave from the besharma family, I really thought 🤣 Didn't write it because it did not sound good to my own ears...and here, you bring it out!

Oh yes, how could I forget Shweta!!! Repressing some unwanted memories I suppose.
"iski doli kahan hai?" ROFLROFL
No rice throwing...no tacky flower decorated car...kitni rukhi sukhi bidaai hai ye. The least they could have done is added some nice background track--sorry I don't know any traditional bidaai songs otherwise I'd suggest one 😆

I don't want to say its 2 RP effect but yes may be because she is playing a different sort of role. And like you even I don't know the answer but it was a hypothesis and I think it was quite valid so the high trp did not really amuse me.

Arre yaar! Don't give them any ideas...next thing you know, they'll have Indu singing a tearful bidaai song! Still worse, we'll have Inder Sharma doing a nagin dance on the occasion! Please...quiet.

What was the song that was played for Savita after she died?

After that you can safely assume that there would be a comical BG for such scenes too. 😆

"Anarkali disco chali" -- that was to mark Savita's death. I would like to see them outdo that one.

USP of the show has already been changed, now does it matter who watches the show?
