About the increased trps, I am not really confused. I very well know that rati has a fan following who would religiously watch the show in such circumstances for her performance rather than the story line. She is underestimating her fans. And it is indeed for rati that the show is still going on. I don't mean to hurt anyone, I don't mean that sumit is not an excellent actor, all I mean is its only die to rati's fans who follow her without fail that the show is working. Not a lot of tv actors have that sort of fan following.

Must be good to have such a solid and loyal fan base. You're right...not many people can claim that. But really, to take this to another level, it all comes back to what one wants to be associated with. Like die hard Amitabh fans would have winced so much on seeing him in a Toofan or an Ajooba. Choices do matter. But then its not as simple as that. Vicious circle. You get a role, you do your best and forget about the rest. She's playing the two characters really well. You can distinguish the two and that's quite an achievement.

Must be the same with Sumit, too. I don't know how he must feel playing Rishi. And yet, he is managing to add nuances. Without the support of the story or the writers. That's an achievement too. I really like his simplicity. 😊
