Yes he is faking it for sure

But I wonder if Ranvir really thinks that Aanchal will not leave him after marrying him...what is his thought process...does he think he can make her fall in love with himself...or does he think that out of sympathy and moral obligation she will not leave...I am sure a man like Ranvir will not want anyone's sympathy

what is he thinking...after all after 3 months it will be clear if he is really sick or not...then won't Aanchal leave him.

Why has he got this 3 months time frame...what does he want to achieve in these 3 months.

So many questions

My gut feeling says that Ranvir is faking his illness. He was only looking for an opportunity to propose Aanchal.

What i feel is he is of the view that he has not been given fair chance to make Aanchal fall in love with him. Actually he was abt to tell Aanchal during dinner that he is in so much love with her but before he could propose Kabir introduced Aanchal as his lover so he missed the chance of expressing himself.

As per next episode precap medical reports have been stolen by Aanchal's brother from hospital. Amaan is doubting Ranvir's terminal illness claim and his reasoning to marry his sister, now purpose of this scene is to mainly give clarity to viewers as Ranvir's reports may be proven true by some other doctor..😊😊

This entire thing seem to be steadily moving towards bringing out kundali dosh truth before Aanchal or her family..😛
