But he doesn’t really trust her, that’s the problem. He can’t say he trusts guddan but then turnaround and support Alisha blindly...that completely contradicts what he’s saying.
I completely understand his initial anger, don’t get me wrong. The state he saw Alisha in, I get why he got angry but there was no need to say what he did to guddan, that was him lashing out but that also holds a grain of truth on his side. He very easily in bad situations gets manipulated and it doesn’t take him more than a minute to drop guddan. He should especially know better after what they just went through with Antara track. Making the same mistake again shows lack of growth and to me shows that he doesn’t truly love guddan because it’s all great and nice when you are with someone when everything is good but when things get bad, where is AJ? Trust also has to mean supporting the one you love when all evidence seems to be against them. The day When I see Aj show that kind of support, I’ll believe he truly loves her until then it’s just words.
and I’m not saying guddan is never at fault. She has made her share of mistakes but she has supported Aj and his family in countless situations when she could have easily walked away or easily have turned against AJ.
He doesn't trust Alisha blindly, Alisha has clear evidences. Guddan doesn't
AJ is not being blind towards Alisha here
If AJ isn't trusting Alisha blindly, he isn't doing that in case of Guddan either
But had Guddan been accused directly of something by Alisha, i,.e Guddan has planned that attack on Alisha ( at this he would have anyways discarded & might have gone to raise his hands on Alisha), lets come to something more closer, Guddan has mistreated her, etc. he would have blindly supported Guddan regardless of evidences.
When he cooled down after hall scene, he did let Guddan explain.
When he lashed out, the thing was
Guddan got a man who is accused of molesting his daughter home without consulting him
She didn't inform him of that before, then she insisted on keeping that man home. Why won't he lose his mind ? He didn't want to see the man's face.
& then bringing that man home, she straight up says this man is innocent, that straight away means his daughter has been lying. How can he bear that especially when he is already heated up seeing this man infront of him ?
Had Guddan talked to him once before releasing Vikkey & said she is getting him home, she believes this & would fight for it, AJ's reaction might have been less extreme than this
& what did he say to Guddan ?
that in front of his beti nothing matters even not her -- This ?
he has given proof of this statement before itself by almost sending Alisha to Jail cause he believed she attacked Guddan
The circumstance in which he pronounced those words should be considered too.
Alisha has played a similar game as Antara but the situation is not same. He didn't accuse Guddan of being jealous & doing things out of her own pain. He believes Guddan is having some misunderstanding & his friend whom he knows for long time is manipulating her.
AJ is not at fault here, this is not a small case & its not about emotions. Its a very serious case here & Alisha has evidences.
AJ didn't say once he doesn't trust Guddan or she is lying. He doesn't trust Vikrant who he knows is a player.
Where is he making a same mistake ? he isn't trusting a 3rd party i.e, Vikrant. All evidences are against Vikrant not Guddan. Vikrant is the accused not Guddan.
Guddan is just an advocate & he is opposing her. Here its not about trusting her or not trusting her. Guddan too said this, it isn't at all that he doesn't trust her. Infact, here it is not about Guddan at all.
& Guddan supported AJ & family when the accusation or anything was directly on AJ or them. This time Guddan isn't the accused but its Vikrant --- A "player" according to AJ
