Hi! I rarely post but had the get this one out!

I’ve seen posts about Sai being jealous but I don’t think she’s quite jealous just yet.

I think the biggest reason she is acting like this, and maybe not realizing the reason, might be because she knew Virat likes Pakhi and feels guilt for coming “in betweeen” them because of this “compromise marriage”. Idk if she realizes it, but she brought up Pakhi and what V would tell her before they got married multiple times.
In addition to that, add the whole mentor and immature crap, of course that’s going to make a hot-headed girl angrier!

And then she has to eventually justify these things in the kitchen politics too. Yesterday, instead of being angry for no reason, she could’ve said everyone in the kitchen kept questioning her and she just doesn’t want to hurt his mom. Better than her reason for being so angry.

It's definitely not jealousy. Also I've been getting this feeling that sai is just so done with this friendship nautanki of bhabhi devar, where for one they both keep calling her immature and virat keeps trying to tell sai that she needs guidance from pakhi to become mature and by that trying to force his "friend" on to her, and on top of it they act all innocent and as if she is stupid and lying to her face that they have nothing between them except friendship when she is already aware of the truth of them but still they keep trying to force sai into their "friendship" equation when she knows they are more than friends but are refusing to be honest with her and instead telling her she just doesn't understand things.

I think sai isn't in any way feeling guilty about coming between pakhi and virat, rather she's irritated with their equations now and how they are now bringing her into it whilst continuing to act all innocent about the real truth of their friendship even when she questions them.

She probably doesn't want a situation where Paaki uses this opportunity to be spending time with Virat all day in their room in guise of being Sai's mentor.

Thats why she taunts them to hang out in Paaki's room, coz she knows they can't do that and eventually family will oppose it.

She is trying to stop them from using her as a cover for their affair and thats why she fights with both of them.

Yeah I had that hunch too that sai suspects they are using this mentoring thing of her to carry out their affair and stay close to each other using her as an excuse. That's why she has numerous times questioned them about their "friendship" and each time they act all innocent and claim she is misunderstanding them. She is not having any of this mentoring shit and I'm glad virat isn't able to convince her.

I think Sai IS jealous. She just doesn't realise it. Sai shows most of her feelings through anger, specially when it comes to Virat. And she has been doing it since the GC days.

Sai shows A LOT of hostility towards Pakhi, which is not warranted. She's straight up rude to her. Even in today's episode, SHE brought up Pakhi in her conversation with Virat & taunted him on going to Pakhi's room. sis, why do you care? it's none of your business? And then she was all "pati-patni ke beech ki ladayi"😜 lol she legit repeated "pati-patni" dialogue 3 times on Pakhi's face 😆

though I would say, this jealousy is not the "in love with Virat" jealousy yet. More like, "I am his wife, so he shouldn't put his ex on such a high pedestal" jealousy.

It is not jealousy but the constant comparison that Viraat does with Pakhi. Viraat from day one has been saying how Sai should learn from Pakhi. How Pakhi handles everything calmly and maturely? How Pakhi knows how to talk to each member of the family?

He is basically saying that Sai is less than Pakhi whereas Sai can clearly see through the Pakhi's pretense. Sai wants her personal space and there is nothing wrong with that.

Sai has this problem of thinking that she is always right and in this context, she is not wrong at all but her approach is but Sai is smart enough to catch up on that sooner or later.

Yeah sai is not at jealousy stage at all yet. Else she already knew from her marriage day that pakhi is the girl virat loves, and she was respectful and concerned for pakhi from her marriage day itself, but onluy up until the point she heard virat on terrace asking pakhi to guide and mentor sai. From that very moment was when sai completely changed towards pakhi. She's annoyed at mainly being treated like a child but then also virat-pakhi's weird friendship that they keep lying to her about and them forcing their friendship on her.

I think sai's biggest issue is that she doesn't want any part in their friendship and doesn't like pakhi's interference in her life as to her pakhi is nothing, whereas she knows virat for a while and she is also married to him. For sai even having virat being this authoritative figure in her life now since her father's death is something she is till adjusting to and still struggles with that, yet she at least still allows him the authority to boss her around because she has trust in him, she knows him, and he is now related to her as her husband, including she on an emotional level seems to be pretty comfortable with him, but who is pakhi, and why does sai have to put up with having her intrusion in her life or need her to act as a mentor in her life? IMO sai with great difficulty accepts virat as someone who she allows to tell her what to do and intrude in her life.... why would she let pakhi do so?

@Bold- Word👍

She has just met Pakhi and whatever she has seen so far has left her unimpressed. Sai accepts Virat as her father's wish. Ashwini because she is genuinely nice and loving towards her but Pakhi is just being forced on her.

Yeah! Ashwini she feels emotionally connected to as she's the mother that she missed out on so she listens to ashwini.... And I think sai doesn't realise it, but in actual I feel subconsciously she feels virat is similar to her father and he kind of fills the void that her father left. I say this because there are many instances where virat's interactions with sai remind me of sai's interactions with kamal sir, whether that be the sweet nok jhoks between small arguments and leg pulling, or whether it being sai disciplined in a calm but stern voice.... virat's interactions with sai as I just described are quite similar to how her relationship with her father was. A disciplinary figure who is calm and stern with her when she needs to be reasoned with, and engaging in banter with her and showing moments of concern in between. I don't know whether any of you will agree with this, but I have felt this slight similarity in virat and kamal sir with both their dynamics/ bond with sai.
