Rasik hits Karan with a truck and Laxmi, with the help of a rich lady, gets him to the hospital. The family gathers there and Karan is out of danger but Rasik unplugs his oxygen tube and Karan dies. The midwife tells Rasik that she sent a letter with the truth to Karan's house. The family mourns Karan's death, and Laxmi is shattered. The letter reaches the house, and Rasik tells Menka abt it. Sav gets the letter but gets distracted and the letter gets lost. Menka is on a lookout for it.

The scene where Karan gets hit by the truck driven by Rasik, and Laxmi holds his bleeding body in her arms as she cries out for help.

A sad week for Betiyaan... the dreaded has finally happened! Our dear Karan has perished, leaving Laxmi once again a widow. But Gunjan's acting definitely has to be applauded, her breakdown at the cremation ground was AMAZING. The chase for the note has begun! Who will find it? Menka, or Laxmi herself? Hopefully Laxmi will, otherwise who knows when this truth will be revealed and Karan's death avenged!

I was so shocked seeing Karan being injured very badly and laying in the midle of the road and Lakshmi with him crying and asking for help and no one was ready to help her. But at last I was relieved after a very kind woman stopped her car and helped shift Karan to the hospital and even helped them more there at the hospital. As I am more than surprised how the dumb family didn't noticed Rasik coming to Karan's room at the hospita and how they left him alone. That was really very strange to me. I hope Rasik and Menka to be exposed and caught soon before they do more harm to some other members of the family.
