Anita Hassanandani reveals training son Aarav to sleep with her mother: 'Preparing him to manage without me'

Anita Hassanandani is all set to take on a new challenge as she joins the cast of Zee TV’s upcoming reality show Chhoriyan Chali Gaon. The show, hosted by Rannvijay Singha, will feature a group of celebrities stepping away from their usual comforts to experience life in a rural setting. Joining Anita in this unique journey are names like Krishna Shroff, Aishwarya Khare, Rameet Sandhu, Anjuum Fakih, Reha Sukheja, Dolly Javed, Sumukhi Suresh, Surabhi and Samriddhi Mehra, and Erika Packard.

While most contestants are focused on adapting to village life and packing for the weeks ahead, Anita has been navigating a much more emotional preparation at home. The actress, known for her close bond with her young son Aarav, has found it difficult to imagine being away from him for nearly two months.

Speaking about the emotional transition, Anita shared, “From the moment I wake up, Aarav is by my side. He wants me to do everything for him, but since I’ll be away, I’ve been training him for the past two weeks to sleep with my mom. I’ve slowly been preparing him to manage without me being around, from waking up and getting ready for school to finishing his meals and homework on time.”

To make the process easier, Anita even created a full two-month schedule for Aarav, listing his classes and activities day by day. Her husband Rohit has also been added to all communication groups so he can step in smoothly while she is away. “As much as I’m going to learn from this show, I think Rohit will also realise just how beautifully challenging motherhood truly is,” she added.
