she takes Maan to a policemen and seems like this policeman

mistakens Maan for misbehaving with the girl

Why do I think Maan has going Shruti the girl he kinda saved from the crowd. But who is afraid of him

Maan is seeking something. or someone? His treasure? Its a mystery.

How will Maan find a girl based on Vicky's description? His beauty would be someone different.

Maan must have saved Geet. She is scared of him though.

Why was she angry with Maan? Because he was looking for another beautiful girl?

At the temple….

Maan keeps staring the girl as she leaves the temple victorious, as if she had helped the police find a criminal…

While Maan is looking at that girl, the police officer is staring Maan itself..

He gets more suspicious…

Maan has forgotten that he is on a new place and it’s not Delhi…

Maan is feeling helpless… he is frustrated that he tried to help some stupid girl and he looks like a stupid now…

Why would Maan even bother to help her?

Who is he to get so concerned about a stranger?

Maan desperately needs help now, this is not a good start, Maan should remember that he is here for some important matter…

Maan looks for the cab driver Pradeep , but Pradeep has gone inside the temple for darshan….

Maan doesn’t know anyone here except that Vikram Kumar who is responsible for Maan’s plight…

Maan doesn’t like all this, he is the MSK, but here he is one among the crowd, that too one among the suspects!!!!

Maan takes out his mobile…

The police officer snatches it from Maan…

P.O. : what are you doing?

Maan: officer, I want to make a call

P.O. : I don’t care who you are Mr, you are booked under eve teasing and you should know about the seriousness of the laws

Maan: I know officer, you have mistaken me, I will call my friend and you must talk to him to know the truth

The police officer decides to give Maan a chance to prove his innocence…..

He permits Maan to make just one call…

Maan calls Vikram to rescue him, Maan got into this trouble because of him only…

Vicky: halo Maan, did you find her?

Maan: no

Vicky: I asked you for a simple help and you couldn’t do that for me

Maan is like, oh halo, I haven’t even met you and I tried my best, and you are complaining…

Maan: I am in a big problem, all because of you, you have to bail me out

Vicky: what?

Maan explains what happened….

Vicky feels sorry for Maan… it’s in a way Vicky’s fault…

Vicky: don’t worry, I will come there right away

Vicky goes inside the temple to help Maan....

Shruthi is just coming out of the temple agitated…

on the way Vicky meets Shruthi…

Shruthi is in a hurry and she doesn’t see Vicky…

Vicky goes after her and stops her…

Vicky: athai just called and told me that you are here

Has Vicky been following Shruthi to the temple too?

So saying Shruthi leaves…

Vicky goes and finds Maan.. . It’s easy to identify Maan though he has not seen Maan before, he is with the police men …

Vicky: Maan, this is Vicky

Maan: who are you?

Vicky: you don’t remember me? We just talked, I came to help you man

Maan: but that is Mr. Vikram Kumar

Maan: you are here finally

Vicky: what’s the matter officer?

Maan: tell him that you only asked me to come here and look for your cousin, she is missing officer, please find her

Maan: Shruthi went home and I was looking for her like a fool here?

Maan: then I am leaving, I have other work

Vicky: that’s the officially meeting, we should know each other first, I will help you to know our place and people better

Maan thinks that Vicky has already helped Maan a lot to get a good understanding of this place….

What a welcome he had?

Maan is losing his cool and can’t control his anger any longer…

Maan is only mad at Vicky and not that poor girl...

Maan wishes that he had a more pleasant first meeting with that girl …

He would love to meet her again, and not mess up asking her about some other beautiful girl like he did this time …

No wonder she got mad at Maan….

Maan forgot that he is a stranger to this place and expected the girl to help Maan find someone Maan had not even met, he didn’t know her name itself…

Just like that police officer that girl too must have got suspicious… that’s understandable…

Somehow, Maan couldn’t get mad at that girl…

Moreover Maan can’t get angry as and when he wants, like he usually does in Delhi, for he is here for some important work…

Maan has to pretend to be the nice guy to get into the good books of everyone…

Specially Vicky and his close ones…

Maan has to become their family friend if he wants to stay here till he succeeds…

Otherwise everyone will get suspicious and Maan will have problems staying in Chennai..

In his first encounter itself he has ended up being the bad guy and nearly got himself arrested…

Maan could easily be adjudged as the antihero for what he has come to do…

At the Vel murugan residence..

Shruthi has gone home, she is still fuming…

What a bad day?

Shruthi hates crowd and she hates attention…

Beauty always attracts attention, Shruthi always dresses to avoid unnecessary attention..

But this Shanthi and her rituals compel Shruthi to wear a saree every now and then…

Shruthi feels uncomfortable in the saree, she feels like a thousand eyes are watching her when in a saree..

Suddenly someone caught her pallu and helped her cover seeing her struggling to get it back…

It was that stranger, how dare he? Who begged him for help? As if he is Lord Khrishna helping princess Draupadi …

To make things worse that man’s piercing eyes tortured her to the core…

Shruthi rushes home ..

She didn’t like anything, specially that stranger annoyed her too much…

People go to the temple for peace, but Shruthi lost her peace of mind going there.. thanks to her mother..

Why blame poor Shanthi? It’s all babaji’s wishes..

Babaji has his own plans, whether you like it or not, He knows what’s good for you, haina?

Shruthi: Haan maa, I came back, I can’t go to the office like this

Shruthi is drenched in sweat, thanks to the Chennai heat…

Vel murugan can see that his daughter is upset…

If Shruthi doesn’t like something you can’t force her just because you want that…

Vel murugan always supports Shruthi in this matter…

Shanthi too wants to see her daughter happy, which she thinks will be guaranteed at her brother’s home…

Everyone loves Shruthi, specially, Sudha, Vicky’s mom…

Shruthi should be lucky to get such a loving saas…

Why take a risk when you already have a very good choice?

As they say in Tamil, “ kaiyila vennaiya vechchukittu neikku allayalama?” “You don’t look for ghee when you already have butter in your hands”

A mother’s concern is understandable, specially for her daughter…

Both her children are independent, that’s what Vel taught them to be….

But the problem is, they are happily settled in their single life that they never think about a relationship, they have an aversion to the opposite sex…

Shanthi doesn’t worry much about Senthil, he is happy with his own company, loves what he does, he has become one with Nature… he takes students for trekking and is always surrounded by kids who buzz around him like bees keeping him also busy…

And single men are very much a part of the Tamil culture, men had the choice to stay single, but there is no such privileges for the women though…

Many men from the recent past are forced to be single because of female infanticide by their parent generation, that’s a different story…

And Shruthi lives with her retired parents, what about her life after them?

This is what every mother is worried about, they don’t understand that their children are old enough to decide what they want…

The children will take their time to realise the necessity for a companion or it’s not a crime if they want to be left alone in their happy world..

Vel murugan respects Shruthi’s wishes, he just wants her to be happy…

Vel: Shruthi, is everything alright?

Vel is seeing that Shanthi is unnecessarily pressurizing Shruthi… that’s why she is upset…

Vel murugan wants to distract Shruthi…

Vel: Shanthi, you wanted to go meet Senthil know ?

Shanthi: yes, but how can we leave Shruthi alone and go, she is always busy

Vel: I will stay with Shruthi, you go and spend time with your son

Shruthi is happy because Shanthi kept postponing her visit to see her son because of her daughter… She was not ready to go leaving Shruthi alone…

Now that Shruthi is also ready to go with them, they are heading for a long awaited family reunion…

Even Vel murugan is looking forward to it…

Shruthi: appa, I will go and arrange for the tickets

Vel: we can book them online Shruthi

Shruthi: but we need tickets for tomorrow itself, I will check with the travel agents appa

Vel: ok Shruthi, as you wish

Shruthi is not happy going to office, and if she commits to work with the new partner then she can’t leave in the middle…

She wants to leave before that itself…

Let Vicky take care of that himself, Shruthi should look for another job, preferably away from Chennai and Vicky…

Vel Murugan always backs his daughter, he also doesn’t want to have another relationship in the Kumar family itself…

Not that he is unhappy with Shanthi, it’s only because he wants his daughter to find someone outside the inner circle, that someone who will sweep her off her feet and make her fall in love, relationships are built on the strong foundation of love and not made for convenience like Shanthi thinks … haina?

Aha. So Shruti is the one Maan saved but then made a huge blunder and she mistook him completely. Now she is mad at him. Poor guy. All lost

this Vicky might be nice but very creepy. He and his aunt want Shruti for him. While her dad wants her to fall in love outside the family.
