~THOLI KALAYIKA(FIRST MEET)~

The outlines of the houses are becoming clearer as the spring's first orange hued rays of sunrise kissed the still dust laden road...the city was subdued quiet ..only road sweepers & some early morning joggers hurried through the otherwise deserted streets...that's when Maan singh khurana started with his daily jog routine...he was an early riser...

It is fun to jog..he thought as he felt the early morning warm rays kiss his face...he is always enthusiastic about trying new things..daily he jog in his VIP's block street..today he want to jog in lower level block..that is B-block...he believes in equality...all are equal under the sun that his thought...as he changed his route towards b-block street unaware that his life is going to take a new turn...

As he continued to jog he felt thirsty and settled down on one of the bench..suddenly a hand came in front of his vision with a Mickey mouse water bottle but what caught his attention was the qwner of that hand...that belongs to a girl in her early twenties...with a heart shaped face,hazel eyes,curly hair...cute red nose,petal like lips..so kissable...swan like neck...curvy figure...his breath caught ..he couldn't describe her beauty in mere words...beautiful would be an understatement to describe her...

His chain of thoughts came to an end by the beauty herself...

Theesuko(take it)....she shook her mickey bottle infront of him...

Huh.??.maan frowned in a confusing manner...

Oh..thanks...maan mumbled and took the bottle in his hand..after quenching his thirst maan returned the bottle and stood immediately as he saw the girl resumed with her jog...he matched her pace...

No getting how to converse more maan kept silent hoping she may start...and she did not disappoint him...

Maan felt guilty for lying to her...but he does not have any other option...

Geet was breathing heavily at the end...whilst maan stood shocked at her outburst...

They continued to jog ..they came across some street children who were sweeping the road...geet stopped them and gave them chocolates which she bought with her... And she took their brooms...gave one to maan while she took other...

Maan(horrified)-whatt!!!!!!!!! 😲

Geet- are take na...see small children are working when their age is to study and play...i know we are not capable of solving all their problems but we can help them right...

Geet started her work unaware of what effect her words caused to the person stood beside her...

Till that moment maan was unable to name the feeling he felt for her but at that very second he knew that MAAN SINGH KHURANA is head over heels in love with GEET HANDA...

Maan again came to b-block...joined geet and both started their jog ..by the time they came to children .all children were happily playing while other workers were cleaning roads...geet was surprised ...on enquiring them...they said that some big company took their responsibility ...and from tomorrow they can go to school as the company also promised to afford their expenses...geet's happiness knew no bounds...she asked the company's name but children said they doesn't know...

Geet's face lit up...she too started to jump along with the children...the sight was a treat to maan...it made his day...what more he would want that his love's smile...he can do anything and everything for that...it gives him immense satisfaction that his millions and trillions deals doesn't give...from that day he solved every problem which geet described without him being in the picture...😳

Days passed their friendship bloomed to next level...and geet's heart too started to beat in the budding love for her maan...yes her maan...

That evening when he was in his office he made calls for the next days proposal arrangements...and came out of his cabin as he has a meeting in conference hall...

Geet came to KC to ask donation for her NGO..while asking to the receptionist he saw maan's photo there...she was surprised...she thought that her maan is very popular in his company...she want to confirm

Geet's smile vanished ...she staggered back as is been pushed...she felt cold and numb...her legs felt week to hold her upright ...she felt difficult to breath...

Geeet...a terrified gasp left from maan who saw her there...his fearful eyes met her cold hurt eyes...and he felt lighting stuck on him seeing the pain there...her almonds were screaming only one word...betrayal...

...his eyes glistened seeing her numb...his gulped the chocking lump which formed in his throat...

After one week...

It has been a bloody week since he has seen her...after that encounter , he ran after her but couldn't catch her...he thought to give her some time but she did not come to their morning jog...he want to explain her that he did not mean to hurt her...he just couldn't tell her truth as he feared losing her...he felt life less without her...if he didn't see her he will surely die...his eyes became sunken telling the tale of his sleepless nights...he became weak as he missed his meals...how can he when his every cell and breath was howling for her in pain...

He searched her every street but it was like she vanished from thin air...what he was unaware was that not only he ..she was also missing him...geet s mind and heart was in war...she couldn't forget him...she too couldn't breathe without him...he was her first and last love thus she followed him every morning hiding from behind...

She came to know about him ...that he is the reason of that street children welfare...only for her he ,the MSK swept clean the roads...he is the reason her NGO got a large amount of donation...he has a great heart ...even before her KC used to help many poor people...by donations...but ,but she was feeling guilty for making him suffer...she felt she doesn't deserve the gem like him...
