While Geet is chasing her dream Maan is struggling hard to survive...
He is fighting the demon inside him who is pocessing him and controlling him...
And he is left alone to struggle...
He doesn't want to let go of this devil for there is no Geet and he doesn't want a life without her...
He would rather be a slave to his addiction than any stupid girl who thinks that MSK would dance to her tunes like a robot...no...that's impossible...even when it comes to slavery he has the right to choose his master...and that is his drinks...that gives him pleasure while Geet has always given him trouble...
Though Maan rejects any treatment Dadi calls her son and pleads him to help her save her only potha...
Mr.Khurana may have stayed away from his son but he still loves him...
He loves his attitude and arrogance which is a typical Khurana characteristic...
And that ego has kept them apart all these days...
Now the senior Khurana is ready to give up his ego for his junior...
He arranges for Maan's treatment...
Maan is in rehab...
His father makes sure that his son lives...
Whatever maybe he is a Khurana, and he is his blood...
He can't see his mother suffer so much b'coz of Maan...

Maan starts the day afresh but as the day passea he gets restless for his daily dose of liquor and ends up drinking in the evenings...this habit he can't get rid of even after so much trouble...
Dadi is happy that atleast he has restricted his drinks to the nights only...
Maan thinks about Geet all day and then gets angry with her for leaving him and not trusting him and he decides that he could hurt her by drinking as much as he wants...what an idea sirji?

Geet troubles him even when she is far far away from him...

Maan keeps drinking so that he could forget everything, but he could only forget himself but not Geet...
Now he knows why that Devdas is so popular...
But Geet is always right, now also he blames her for his drinking...what a lame excuse...
Even is she was here he is going to drink and put the blame on her only...haina babaji?
That's why Geet left him, but still MSK won't chamge...b'coz he is the MSK...the boss...he can do whatever he wants...
Some of his friends try to stop him as he is still in rehab...
This could be fatal for his health...
But no one could stop him...
They leave him alone...
Actually he gets drunk and throws them out...
Dadi calls Sam's brother and asks him to take Maan home...

Maan looks at it with greed...

Maan's eyes fall on something hanging from it...
All his happiness vanish in a second...
He finds a note along with it...

He has realy gone mad...

This emptiness tempts him to drink again...

Meanwhile Sam is busy trying to get him back to the cricket grounds...atleast for his net practice...
He can play cricket with his friends and that way he will be engaged...
Sam comes with a surprise visitor one day...
Maan is confused...

He is so happy...
Maan goes to the stadium to watch him...
And the board members want him to play for the Ranji team again...
Sam's brother had told about Maan's hardwork and his efforts to get Neyan in the junior squad...
Board members are pleased to hear that he loves his game so much...
