All who wanted to know ages of my characters...
Geet- 15 ( Remember, pinki told that geet is 1-2 years older than them,it HAS A REASON, i will explain that later in the story )
Pinki- 13 (well all girls of class viii are between 13-14 years)
Yash- 14
Rohan- 17
Maan- 26 years ( It has a looong history too)
Chapter 4-Sacrificed,for whom?
What time is it? Is it night? or day? She couldn't understand. She was feeling fuzzy & sleepy. Wait there was someone sitting by her bed..who is it? My head is feeling so heavy...i can't open my eyes...
Suraj Handa,sat there by HIS DAUGHTER's side,tending her - changing the damp cloth on her head, he patted her to sleep. He looked at her face, so innocent,like a child - very rarely did he face her..
That's why..only to avoid her, he often made trips, he immersed himself in work, so that he didn't have to face her. No , he didn't hate her...it's just...
Kaun hai..geet asked in a feeble voice, then recognizing the figure sitting next to her bed,her eyes widened & she immediately sat in bed- Papa! app aa gaye, app mere room me aaye..app sach main mere room me aye..!!
She sounded so ecstatic, so innocent,so happy that it pricked him..was him avoiding her that much clear!! Was she really that eager to be with me!! He felt a surge of warmth in his heart,he wanted to hug her & say, ha papa aa gaye...
he looked up,only to meet those eyes...
His eyes went blank...his HEART went blank.
He averted his gaze & stood up, geet, it is late night, go to sleep.
He almost ran out of the room.

He came to his room,avoiding his wife Rina ,facing his back towards rina, pushing himself away from her,to the furthest corner o bed he went to sleep, bt only in name...for the last 16 years, sleep didn't reach his eyes.

Dr: Congrats Mr handa, ur wife is pregnant.

Dr: Bt ,Mr. Handa, u are not taking care of her properly. U have to be careful specially when it's her 3rd month.
Suraj H : WHAT??

Suraj couldn't hear any of the old man's rambling as the world around him started to spin & he looked at his wife silently...she was bending her head down.
Suraj took her hand & stood up..dr, i am taking the reports & meds, & i will contact u later.

Suraj st. Kyu rina! why did u do this to me, Why did you made me like this? Only for ur deeds i am punishing that innocent girl. No matter how much i want to love her as my own ,every time i look at her eyes, they remind me of ur deception.

She opened the door only to see a very handsome man standing infront of her.
