Maaneetacular,Maaneetastic,Maaneetjestic are few...Maaneet's Wonderland and Maaneet Effect to naming the pair as Drashmeet....

After years I was watching a daily soap and that too after having mudered the other shows and literally abusing those who loved daily soaps I found myself not just watching the show Geet but also fight for it.

I became "Vikrant Khatri"

To begin with my healthy and indecent fight with few loyal viewers over use of language and it was pure misunderstanding which divided the fans into those who supported team Geet in any case blindly and those who beleived in constructive criticism.

Came a point episode 100 when I myself noted down points as to how the story shud move forward and how the charismatic pair of Drashti and Gurmeet reach heights never thought and acheived by others..

But came episode 115 and all hopes were shattered as the makers rush thru the plot where Maan and Geet were falling in love only to realise after a fantastic and innovative proposal wud follow the most mentally heavy period when Gurur was in hospital and series from shere brightness went into darkness and it further got ruined when Maan and Geet's characters were ruined when Geet denies Maan infront of media and Maan misbehaves with Geet in the party.

All done to rectify and slow down the pace of story which was running too fast and in the process the pairs charisma lost some sheen.

Came back few good days and with Maaneet wedding when fans thought of forgetting the past blunders comes the biggest irritating factor the series has ever had Arjun and Annie track...which not only ruined the Maaneet Wedding fun which was waited and desired for so many months bt also forced many loyal viewers to quit the show,when many shd have joined it and it was evident in the TRP ratings.

Inbetween there were small fights to start the repeat timings and release DVD's and I was the front man as always.

Somehow the Maaneet wedding happened but the show was just surviving instead of flying high despite Gurmeet and Drashti working for the show..the best couple ever did not get proper backing from the technical team which either lacked vision passion or were just incompetant.

But the biggest mistake which happened and is still contining which has disconnected many with the character Geet came during and after the holi celebrations...

Leading many to say after one year it is only Maan Singh Khurana surviving as Geet looses all that she gained and has indeed justified its title..

It has been a great experience as many learnt side effects of addiction and what it can do and how lethal it can be..

Team Geet certainly deserves an applause but then they have at the end achieved only a drop in the possible ocean which was there to

ps answer mainly in regards to the title- cuz ppl think its alright to bash a woman being a woman because its a fictional show- bt had they put themselves in geet's position in reality- their response would have been completely the opposite:)

so next time u bash a woman just cuz u love the male chaRACTER more and wen it was clearly the male character's actions that caused the issues - place urself in that situation in reality and just imagine exactly how u would have reacted :)

ppl hav disgust in me in this forum- and i seriousli hope they dnt encounter such a situation in their lives cuz trust me it aint pretty :) and u will not be able to forgive and forget😃
