Whereas what she understood of it was that he thinks she needs his support "sahara" to survive. There is a vast difference between saath and sahara which she fails to understand.

Looking at what's happening this week, one thing is clear. Maan is hell bent on making Geet's life miserable. But why? Only because he wants her to stand against all odds and win every battle thrown at her. Here's what I think about today's episode:

Geet- Meera conversation

Geet says he thinks she needs his "sahara" and so she is determined to show him she doesn't need his support.

His time alone

He only remembers the dialogues that stung his heart, that she doesn't need his "saath". He knows she has misunderstood the 2 phrases and resolves to teach her a lesson. He knows she makes mistakes, he knows she is ignorant, arrogant and stubborn. Everyone needs to fall and rise for themselves in order to grow. But seeing her fall in front of strangers is something that he cannot take. So he makes a resolve to teach her the lessons she needs to learn in his own way. And hence, his mission is Miss Geet Handa. He knows she will never lose against him, so he challenges her to difficult tasks that will only make her stronger.

When he sees her sleeping on her desk

He melted for a moment remembering the time he had spent with her. That time, he had offered his shoulder (i.e. help) so that she could rest peacefully. This time, he wakes her up by instigating her so she can face the day with zeal.

Task

He gave her a very difficult task. He knows she is capable of doing it. But he instigates her yet again saying she might need his "help" i.e. "saath" which according to her is "support". Hence she retorts again and takes the challenge.

When Romeo hints at the clients list

He was listening to her conversations with the workers when she was asking for help. Until then, he was quiet. But as soon as he saw that someone (Romeo) was trying to step in to help her, he cut him off. Why? Because he does not want Geet to win this so-called war with anyone's help. He wants her to win their trust, and fight the battle. That's another lesson for her which will only make her stronger.

Mirror scene

He still cannot see her tears which is a sign of weakness. When his first attempt to rile her did not work, he tried another route. He taunts her about finding refuge in tears instead of finding a solution to her problems. This is another lesson for her - that tears are not a solution to any problem.

Wiping tears

He intentionally moves his hand such that she would think he is going to wipe her tears. As much as he wants to, he doesn't. Instead, he gives her tissue so she can do it herself. This is again saying that although she doesn't need help in wiping her tears, it's good to have someone do it for you once in a while. He wants her to realize the "want" as opposed to the "need". This is the next lesson for her.

Tripping and clutching

She clutches onto him to avoid falling and again he asks her to admit she needs his help (read sahara by her). This is to say that it's not bad to hold onto someone in case of need and this is another lesson for her.

Last scene

Although he is happy (internally) that she was successful in getting her work done, he is upset that she chose the wrong path...that of emotional blackmail and sympathy.

Maan has not doubts she does not need him. She is capable of leading her own life. He wants her to realize she wants him. And in teaching her the lessons of life, he is going to realize that he, in fact, needs her.

Coming to love and ego - it appears he has a huge ego and that's what makes him do such things - making her life difficult, give her tough tasks and taunting her. But in reality it's his love for her. He doesn't want her to get hurt and learn hard lessons at someone else's door. While she appears to think she is all strength, she is very egoistic. And it will be him who will bring her out of this illusion also.

He was right - only time will tell who needs whom and who wants whom.

P.S. - most of the times what I think is wrong and rubbish. So if I have managed to get your attention this far, thank you for reading my gibber :-)

Saath the word literally means Along

but when it comes in a sentence it changes its meaning to adjust with what context it is used

This is what Geet said

Dev Par Lagayi Gaye Charges Main waapis Nahi Loongi (I will not take back the charges filed against Dev)Chahe Is Ladaayi mein Koi mera saath de ya na de (Whether in this fight somebody stands along with me or not)Main Dev Ko Maaf Nahi Karoongi ( I will not forgive Dev)Aur Is main Mujhe Kisi ki saath ki zaroorath nahi hai (And in this i dont want anybody's company) { here the same Saath become Company/Associateship instead of Along}

Lets see what Maan Said

Tumhe kisi ke saath Ki Zaroorath nahi hai na? (You dont want anybody's Company right?) Toh Teek hai-(Then Okay) Ab dekhthe hai Mere Saath ke Bina tum is Shehar main rehthi kaise Ho(Now lets see without me being along with you how you will live in this City)

this is the literal meaning of what Maan said but just the usage of the part of the Dialogue that says tum is Shehar main rehthi kaise Ho?? literally proves that he was taunting her by questioning her ability and telling her that she was incapable of doing things when Alone.

Looking at what's happening this week, one thing is clear. Maan is hell bent on making Geet's life miserable. But why? Only because he wants her to stand against all odds and win every battle thrown at her. Here's what I think about today's episode:

Sorry to Disagree to the part underlined he is Making her Life miserable so that she admits to the Fact that She needs His Help. The Mirror Room sequence when He compels her/forces himself on her into telling into admitting that she needs him shows this clearly....

Had it not been this way he should have waited Patiently for the 4 hours time that was given to her.....He was utterly being Immature and unprofessional

Geet- Meera conversation

Geet says he thinks she needs his "sahara" and so she is determined to show him she doesn't need his support.

AS i have mentioned Upar with Both their Dialogues and Meanings hence Not Repeating

The same Goes for Maan he is arrogant and Stubborn.....But when Compared to Geet he is the one who is supposed to show some maturity and sensibility but he acts rather childish and does not let go of his ego either

When he sees her sleeping on her desk

He melted for a moment remembering the time he had spent with her. That time, he had offered his shoulder (i.e. help) so that she could rest peacefully. This time, he wakes her up by instigating her so she can face the day with zeal.

I thought it was rather Rude of Him....Him seeing her sleep on the Desk would def ring a Bell in him that she was there all Night and she fell asleep......He knows she is Pregnant he saw her asleep in this condition in not so comfortable way and still he screams her Name which jolts her Up......

Task

He gave her a very difficult task. He knows she is capable of doing it. But he instigates her yet again saying she might need his "help" i.e. "saath" which according to her is "support". Hence she retorts again and takes the challenge.

I disagree again.....Maan is a highly flawed arrogant Guys, he just couldn't take to the fact that Geet said it on his Face that she will make it by her own in this City, He never expected that coming his way and that too from her.....In their Relationship she was always at the receiving end, and for many Guys it gives a Satisfaction a sense of Security that this Person will not leave their Side....Geet saying she would do things on her own actually woke up the Insecurity he had inside.....and this is his desperate attempt to prove to her that she is not able to do things on her own....

Again i Disagree.....Had Geet taken up the File she would finish the work in the 4 hours Given to her.......getting her a step higher in the mission to prove to Maan that she can make it on her Own.....

Mirror scene

He still cannot see her tears which is a sign of weakness. When his first attempt to rile her did not work, he tried another route. He taunts her about finding refuge in tears instead of finding a solution to her problems. This is another lesson for her - that tears are not a solution to any problem.

Maan has always hated Tears In her eyes and today also when he ridiculed her saying the same i Just felt it was Pure Love and Concern that he can't see tears in her eyes but the Moment he realizes the Ring is Missing the way he ridiculed her that was an entirely different scenario he was Hurt big time on no finding the Ring and so he tried to hurt her too

When Lord Sri Krishna Himself has said that its the Final Destination that matters and not the path or route you take in Bhagvad Gita then Geet Does not Need to mend her ways too.....She was Successful in getting the File and thats what Matters.

Maan has not doubts she does not need him. She is capable of leading her own life. He wants her to realize she wants him. And in teaching her the lessons of life, he is going to realize that he, in fact, needs her.

👏👏👏👏

Coming to love and ego - it appears he has a huge ego and that's what makes him do such things - making her life difficult, give her tough tasks and taunting her. But in reality it's his love for her. He doesn't want her to get hurt and learn hard lessons at someone else's door. While she appears to think she is all strength, she is very egoistic. And it will be him who will bring her out of this illusion also.

They Both are egoistic....But Geet's Ego is based on what she has Heard and Seen...The moment she realizes the truth the EGO will vanish as if it never existed But Maan's Ego will Not thats the Difference between Maan and Geet.....

He Has to realize that She wants Him his Love his acre and His Support

and in this Process He will realize that its He who Needs her.....Part of which was already Shown Yesterday

He was right - only time will tell who needs whom and who wants whom.

The Lines Highlighted...Time will tell, it will surely tell

P.S. - most of the times what I think is wrong and rubbish. So if I have managed to get your attention this far, thank you for reading my gibber :-)

Opti and Viju - This is what I thought after watching the episode. And I wrote in the very beginning, most of what I say and think is always wrong. So there....

BTW Viju....going by what you said in the lines below..it seems it will be OK to be rich by taking bribes since it's the outcome that matters...which I totally disagree.

When Lord Sri Krishna Himself has said that its the Final Destination that matters and not the path or route you take in Bhagvad Gita then Geet Does not Need to mend her ways too.....She was Successful in getting the File and thats what Matters.

That is an entirely Different Scenario Dols and I guess you did not understand what i said....To sustain Dharma if Adharma has to be done then it fine......Like in Bhagvad Gita....Arjun says its Wrong to Kill his own brothers and his gurus etc its Krishna who convinces him that this war has been declared because the Kauravas were not giving Pandavas what has been promised to them rightfully.....That Means Dharma was on the Pandava's Side truth was on their side yet they had no other option but to fight which is adharma....its in this contxt that Bhagwaan says that the Destination is important and not the path there is another one also if you want i can tell you nahi toh its gonna be boring😉

In the show on one hand Geet has Maan who is actually creating path blockers in her path and on one side the Toli of Bramachaari's who is not listening to what she is saying inspite of her being In Charge.....So to Sustain Dharam her she had to use Adharma

Same like Ghee nikaalne ke liye Kabhi Kabhi Ungi Tedi karni padthi hai types😉

When Lord Sri Krishna Himself has said that its the Final Destination that matters and not the path or route you take in Bhagvad Gita then Geet Does not Need to mend her ways too.....She was Successful in getting the File and thats what Matters....

Today's episode just proved your theory wrong Dols. Maan was at his height of arrogance. His lessons were all centered around "The boss is always right." In other words, do not have a brain of your own. I dont think this is a good lesson to teach anyone let alone the girl you want to be strong enough to face the world. The CVs have literally reduced Maan into a caricature after building him up. I don't fault you in trying to reason out his strange behaviour yesterday but I guess the story is not written by sane and logical people but a bunch of clowns who will do anything for a laugh.

But I must say that I did enjoy the entertainment since I am viewing this track as another show which is not in any way connected with the show we had been seeing the last six months.

Opti - this is what I could gather from today's episode. I'm still thinking he is trying to teach her the lessons but the problem is she is not going to learn anything.

Maaneet lovers read on
Loved the Mahi ve Mahi...and the buttoning scene. Is there anything this guy cannot do? He knows how to
- Put on jewelry
- Take off jewelry
- Put on clothes
- Take off clothes
- Cook
- Carries her lost jooti
- Carries her dupatta
- Folds her dupatta
- Open her hair

Oh yes..he hasn't yet learned how to tie a braid or do make up 🤣

Fun lovers read on
- I totally love the 3 monkeys - Pandey, Manisha and Romeo
- Manisha hitting on Maan - how cute..lol
- Show stealer - Raliya Ram fainting...HAHAHAHAHA. Maan aur Geet ke takraar mein phasa bechara Raliya Ram.

Maan lovers ignore this

- Maan is going a bit OTT with this whole lesson teaching thing that is making him do mistakes. Like making the peon CEO. His condescending mannerisms are going to bring him away from her with each passing minute. He needs to realize that.
- He is treating her like crap..no boss does that. OK may not true..but he is just too much.
- I saw a tinge of jealousy when he was talking about how the 3 cartoons want to be her friend.
- Geet is going to show him how to behave with a secretary and not treat her like crap.

Geet lovers ignore this
-Geet is being too overconfident and Maan's mission is only to break this illusionist cage and bring her out of it. He has a point that one needs to be qualified to be a CEO...which she so much treasures and takes pride in.
-Geet is not going to learn what he is trying to teach. She is being stubborn and childish. No company runs like this. And she is taking her chances only because it's Maan and she knows he will not fire her. But I hope he does..she should know where she belongs.
- Maan is MODEST. He admitted he didn't know something. Unlike Geet..who is always showing off how much she knows.
- I HATE this bit...Geet is not only being disrespectful to her boss (for her own reasons), but she is bringing others to do the same. This is uncalled for. Maan is fighting on his own whereas Geet has joined hands with the monkeys. Guess she does need help after all.

Kal - About the CEO wala dialogue...I think what he means is she is going to fall on her face when she fails to fulfill the duties of the post. Because is no joke to handle such responsibility. And in doing so, she will also break out from her overconfidence. The last bit with a personal touch.

Dols, tell me do you think Maan would run this company better? The CEO is just a title. There are a bunch of clowns and a ramshackle called an office. A shrewd businessman like Maan does not bother to check out the company he is buying for he is busy stalking Geet. He promotes and demotes people and threatens suspension/dismissal at the drop of a hat. He has personal scores to settle and does not care where the business would go.

Geet, on the other hand, is being made to slog it out from the word go, with no thought to her pregnant state. She has literally been given a baptism of fire by her great Maan sir. I don't think Geet is really hankering for the post as such. She just does not want to be treated as dirt as he was doing. Lets not forget that Maan has acted as an unreasonable and illogical boss even in KC. Did he not make Geet, a mere secretary, handle the Chopra project and haul her up even when she did a reasonably good job of it, without bothering to ascertain the truth? Did he not throw out a perfectly good Demello project just because he had a tiff with Geet? Maan has shown to be quite unprofessional even in the past, which is more inexcusable than Geet's behaviour, because he is supposed to be qualified and experienced unlike Geet.

Come to think of it Geet would be a better manager of this mad company than Maan because Maan lacks people skills whereas Geet does. Unlike KC which has professional people who can put up with their boss's attitude and deliver what they have to, this company has a bunch of sentimental cracks. Geet's empathetic attitude will work better with them and they may even do whatever she wants them to.

As to lessons, I don't think this mad track will teach either of them any lessons. The CVs have taken the cinematic liberty far too much and are dishing out some crap which is entertaining but absolutely senseless.

I guess there would be no point analysing the stupid behaviour of the two leads and try to find some sane reasoning for it for neither of them deserve that much effort from our parts. There is some point trying to search and find the path if it is leading somewhere but the show, as it stands now, is a meaningless gibberish. Hope all the crap is because the sensible CVs are on a holiday and will soon return to restore some semblance of logic before the story gets irretrievable.
