I salute you and trust me this is the proper salute (I was in the military) for being strong and getting out of a horrible situation. I just hope that there were more women like you who stood up for their rights.
I wasn't in a abusive relationship but I have seen my mother suffer, she has been married to my dad for 42 years and I don't think she even had one month of peace or happiness in all those years. My sis and I too had to suffer as we saw our mother suffer. We went through emotional abuse, financial abuse, metal abuse and contrary to popular belief physical abuse in not the only abuse that people suffer through.
So I understand your view.
Well done.

Thank you Poli!

I salute both you and Savitan for withstanding all the pressures and emerging into such strong, empowered individuals.

The journey that you both have gone through and both of your forthrightness, conviction could be helpful in encouraging so many young women in standing strong.

Take care both of you,
Bri

Thank you for sharing your stories, Savitan, Poli and Sundae Fudge. It provides me the stregnth (I am not married but by Indian standards should have been by now mother of two kids 😆). The always eager to taunt, judge, and pass comments people will not care a darn when a tragedy befalls. I just cannot fathom, then who gave them to right to lecture and comment.

Coming back to show: I believe, people will accept the living relationship.

Darling, I am sure you will be exception to the rule and will have a great marriage, don't worry!

You are right about those that are eager to judge and pass comments, they have their eyes in the clouds and their head in the aasman!

Coming back to the show: Me too thinks that the PUBLIC should and will accept the live-in relationship and like a 3-yr old who when telling a lie, keeps his fingers crossed, so are mine crossed 😉

I believe that a live-in is never any guarantee that you will know a person well enough to ensure a successful marriage. Have seen too many friends suffer because of this misconception.

Agree it is no guarantee but there is lesser entanglement! And lesser legalese attached to it!

Sundae Fudge: Me not at all worried and keep a safe distance from people to bother me. 😆

Viewers of this show: mostly young: Give them romance and they'll accept anything. 😊 Plus, rest like you, me, and others here, also have no problem. So, all good. 😊

I'll be back later. Work calls now. 🤗🤗🤗
