IF Tamil Serials' Fans' Lounge.

All the members are present as Dasa had sent a special circular - "The much awaited Roja vs Roja is about to happen to day. All are welcome for some fun and frolic session. Our Roja has made a special request to all of you to bring along rotten eggs and tomatoes". Needless to say that there is one whole angry lot waiting for an opportunity like this. The lounge is teeming with members and Atina once again thinks about "admission only with prior reservation"!!!!!

Roja is yet to come. She has planned for something more than just Roja of Anjali and the members have no clue. The members are discussing among themselves and the mood is festive. There are baskets of rotten eggs and tomatoes in one corner.

Pat is seen with one of her advocate friends. She has just taken the precaution - knowing Roja well, she is prepared for all eventualities.

Atina is instructing the marshals to have all their ammunitions ready. Pepper spray, dosai milagai podi, fire hose with water tank et al is ready.

Dasa has tied both his hands with a nylon rope - he is so furious with A(njali) Roja that he is worried about doing something drastic - he wants to avoid getting nabbed by police!!!

The stage is set and the main players are yet to arrive. MSSS Roja has a handicap today - her counterpart Giri is absent and it is upto Roja and Kams to carry out this operation. Giri has been sent to Chennai to do a few things for this operation.

First we see A(njali) Roja entering. She is singing and dancing - medley of songs - "Supramanithannnnnnnnn, enakku mattum thannnn, sontham than enru than iruppeneee" - the beat changes to - " suppramani enakkuthan, avan sothu poora enakkuthan" - Her eyes are shining like they always do and she is glad that Nalini and Anjali are not here with her - she hates being tailed by them!!!

Lo behold, next walks in Nethra singing and dancing - "ennai kollaiyitta azhage vaaa, vaa, vaa Jeevaa Jeevaaa Jeevaa " and then the beat changes to " vaaji vaaji vaaji". She looks at A.Roja with curious eyes - " dont tell me that you also want Jeeva??!!! I will have to get my brother to deal with you as well" - kind of look. Then she hears A.Roja's songs and is happy to have such august company.

As this goes on Kams and MSSS Roja enter. All eyes are on them and there is an audible collective gasp from all the members. They both are dressed with something that looks like a space suit with cameras hanging out and some antennae as well. MSSS Roja takes the mike and announces " this dress is for saving us from the rotten eggs and tomatoes. Also, the cameras will show Giri from Chennai - she has useful info to give u all". Kams roars " Let the show begin".

Two braces are let down from the roof beam by Meli and Rhodes. The braces lock the hands of A.Roja and Nethra as hand cuffs. Their dancing and singing gets stopped suddenly and they do not know what hit them!!. From the sides of the room,Rathy and Serial throw braces which lock the feet of the duo. They are just rooted to the spot with anxiety written large on their faces.

MSSS Roja lifts an antenna which throws a beam of light on the screen in front.We see Giri with a maniacal smile and a "Rajini style" salute. Giri starts with " Hello my dear friends, this is Giri from Chennai. I have some background info on these two characters.

A.Roja was in the mental asylum for 3 years and escaped from there. As she was coming out Supparamani saw her and the rest is history. If any of you are wondering about the "Aishwaraya Rai" features of this girl, here is what happened. In the mental asylum, one day she tried to escape and the warden lady threw a brick on the face. This blow compressed the forehead, nose, mouth etc., and awarded the present pug dog looks. It also pulled out the chin by an inch and she can manage to keep a "long face" with no efforts from her end!!! Needless to say that Supparamani combines "chellam" with compliments on her features and gets whatever he wants.

"Now we move on to Nethra. This girl is a better planner. Thinks criminally and has a brother who is her errand boy. Like Abbi of Kolangal, this girl is also adept at throwing empty challenges. For your information (Giri winks a few times) she knows that her face is her fortune and ofcourse you all know how to remedy that feeling. (we see a few members adjusting their seats to get a better view of her face for accurate aiming)

I packed them both to the IF lounge saying that there is an award function where both are getting some award They do not know that the award is for BHS (Best Husband Stealers)". As Giri narrates we see that both A.Roja and Nethra are stunned. They try to release themselves from all the braces but they just cant do anything.

Giri starts sipping some water melon juice to counter the Chennai heat and seats herself comfortably to watch the fun. She is slightly unhappy that she cant personally throw rotten eggs but glad that she can watch the show.

Dasa is extremely happy to see them both trapped and tries to clap his hands. The rope is a hindrance and so he whistles. The members are screaming with joy and wait for instructions from Kams and MSSS Roja for the next action.

MSSS Roja just says " go" and all start hitting both the "BHS" with rotten tomatoes and eggs. Usha_Pooja, known to be the best punisher of the forum, is seen throwing all kinds of things on the BHS duo. The whole lounge smells rotten but the members are just thrilled with the game. The BHS duo is seen raving and ranting but no one can hear them.

Dasa unties his hands and joins the fun. Pat hastily consults the lawyer who confirms that none of them can be charged with any crime as this is just a game in a private lounge. Pat is all smiles and takes perfect aims. The members were not expecting any participation from their end. They thought that it was just A.Roja vs MSSS. Everyone is happy to have a chance to vent out their frustrations on the BHS duo. Atina sends the marshals away and makes sure that there is no helping hand available for the BHS duo. This free for all game goes on and on amidst joyous laughter of the members.

MSSS Roja gives a benevolent look at Dasa and gives a thumbs up signal!!!

IF Tamil Serials' Fans' lounge.

Atina is busy getting ready for her Indian trip. She has
to do a lot of work. She also has to attend her daughter's
graduation before leaving. With all this Forum work,
she is yet to buy a graduation gift for her daughter.

Dasa is tired after setting up the Aanandam thread.
He has a long way to go with other serials for which
he is the viewbie. But, has decided to chill out for a while.

Serial and Meli are also busy with their threads.

Sue is busy writing an analysis for Malargal - pointing out
all the illogical events - little does she realise that just sporting
a beard is good enough to pretend to be some one else!!!

Rathy is missing from the Forum, The kids must be giving
her a run for her time.

Roja enters with her usual blank look and sees that no one
has time for her antics. Her "Attention Seeking Syndrome
(ASS)" surfaces and she looks around for possible trouble.

As Dasa sees Roja approaching he tightly closes his eyes
and pretends to be asleep. Roja watches everything around
her with keen eyes.

Just then Pat enters and sees all the hustle-bustle.
She winks at Roja - which says" shall we do something?".
.Roja is happy to have found help and gives her usual
asattu sirippu.

Roja whispers something into Pat's ears and proceeds
to the corner where she has stored the rope, poison bottle etc.,
She wears the rope around her neck, has the pistol pointing
to her forehead, has the poison bottle on the other hand
and the butcher's knife is tied to the other end of the rope.
She looks like an alien.

Pat starts shouting and everyone gathers around Pat and Roja.

Pat: Roja, now , now, what do you want?? why this extreme step?
Tell me, tell me"

Roja feigns total ignorance and opens the poison bottle.

Pat: Roja, wait, let me think. Do you want Rekha and Amala
to file for divorce?? Or do you want Lakshmi to accept Jeeva?
or do you want to know how Rukku and Ganapthy are related?"

No reaction from Roja but she is busy checking the knot of the
rope. Now all members leave their works and join Pat
in dissuading Roja from her suicide attempt.

Dasa: " I know what it is - she is angry with ACD and Kalidas
for not solving any cases. Roja , dont worry,
they will soon do something. When Atina meets them ,
I will ask her to do the needful."

Roja is checking if the pistol is loaded.

Rhodes: " Roja, is it something to do with Thulasi?? "
All know that the mere mention of Thulasi' s name will
bring out the beast in Roja and so applaud Rhode's
timely idea. Roja's mouth twitches and she mutters
something. But, she is checking the sharpness of the knife.

Hearing all the rattling in the lounge Atina comes out angrily
and demands to know the reason. She sees Roja with all her
tools and rolls her eyes a la Aadhilakshmi. (look at the
influence of Bhandham updating!!)

Atina collects herself and goes near Roja. Roja as usual
puts her imaginary tail between her legs and gives
an innocent look.

Atina: " why Roja, why do you keep doing this? everyone is
upset and can not do their work. Why dont you talk to
one of us and sort out your problems??"

Pat slowly moves out of the lounge and peeps through
the window to see the rest of the drama.

Atina:" will you pls speak up NOW, ROJAAAAA?"

Roja: " Atina, why is everyone standing around me? I was
just doing some stock check. I told you about some one
stealing my stuff, well, I didnt get to check them since then
and so I was just doing that. Is some thing wrong? Why do
u guys always pick on me as if I did something wrong?"
- thus saying, she gives one of those deceptive, innocent
paavam looks.

Next we hear a collective 'pch, pch, tch tch pst pst" which
sounds like Aadhi's hissing. But all are happy to have had
a break from their mundane routine. All get back to their
work. Pat and Roja wink at each other for a well organised
interruption and adjourn for a chilled drink!!!!

IF Tamil Serials' Fans' Lounge.

The lounge looks different. Looks more like a court house.
There is a podium with a high seat which looks like a
judge's seat. The chairs are arranged in rows and there
are speakers all over.

Atina walks in and is surprised. She asks the marshals
about this new look and who did it. They say that Roja
and Kams were there the previous night and rearranged
things. Now Atina knows that the brats are upto
something. She makes sure to lock her sound proof
room and gets on with her work.

The members are trickling in slowly. All are surprised
and are ready for another 'episode' of devil duo's 'serial'.
A few regulars are missing and so the rest know that
they all must be part of this scene. The room is filled
up and Kavi is busy sending out drinks and snacks
from the kitchen.

Dasa breezes in- closely followed by Rathy and Kams.
He sits in the front row and has some serious discussion
with his crew. Both Rathy and Kams have a file in their
hands and are taking notes seriously while Dasa shoots
out some statements/instructions.

Swash comes in a hurry looking at her watch and making
sure that she is not late for the hearing. She is closely
followed by Kabee who again has all the stationery like
Kams. Swash looks at Dasa with 2 assistants and makes
a mental note to raise her objection to Roja later.

Sue and Madhu are given special seats. Sue has a
placard in front of her which says " Special Senior Analyst"(SSA).
Maragatham sits exactly behind Sue and holds two thick
manila folders.

Madhu's placard boasts" Senior Statistician"(SS).
She has her laptop ready and doing some calculations.

Now Roja comes in and proceeds straight to where Dasa
and Swash are seated. She hands them both a sheaf of
papers - looks like a questionnaire. Dasa asks her for
extra copies for his assistants which is copied by Swash.
Now all of them get to serious reading and making copious notes.

There are some special invitees for this hearing. Law
colleges from all over Tamil Nadu have sent in their best
students for a practical training. As the lounge is full,
we see some of the members sitting on the window sills.

Roja comes to the centre of the lounge and the members
give her a standing ovation. Roja smiles and announces" I
know the level of excitement here, but we need to make
this as quiet as possible. I would request all of you to watch
the proceedings carefully. At the end of it, all of you have a
part to play as well. We have assembled here to try 2 directors -
Director of Kolangal (D-Ko) and Director of Aanandam (D-Aa)
The questionnaire has been prepared by experts on the
respective serials. Dasa is the chief interrogator of
D-Aa and he is assisted by Rathy and Kams who are
die hard fans of this serial. Swash will do the honors for
D-Ko assisted by Kabee. I apologise to Swash for giving
her only one assistant. This serial seems to have lost a
lot of viewers and I could not find one more aide for her."

Roja pauses for a while and we hear a lot of murmurs from
the members. All are curious to know about the presiding
judge for this extraordinary trial. Lots of guesses are made
and we see people placing bets as well.

Roja is sipping some sky juice and waits for the uproar to
die down. The law college students are not able to hide
their surprise. They can not believe that such a society
could exist anywhere!!!

Roja continues her tirade " I know that you are all curious
to know about the judge. The judge has only one job today.
The interrogators will get the answers and conduct cross
examinations. Their assistants will then compile the answers
and hand them over to SSA and SS. The SSA and SS will then
analyse the whole thing and arrive at final conclusions.
This will be passed on to the judge who will decide on the
punishment. We are honored to hire the services of our
Usha_Pooja who is well known to all of us as the 'greatest
punisher of the forum'."

There is a great round of applause and some members
are whistling to glory. Just then, the marshals bring in
D-Ko and D-Aa to the witness stand. One marshal
announces "all rise" and Usha walks in dressed like
'anniyan Vikram'. She has the " Garuda Puranam"
in her hand and a wicked smile on her lips.

The trial starts.

(The trial continues)

Serial is given the job of presenting the case details.
Meli is sitting near her and is ready to supply any info
needed by Serial.

Serial starts with " my dear friends, by now all of you know
the reason for this assembly. To make it easier for the
interrogators, we have given a questionnaire. Each
director will be given a copy of the Qs and they will first
write their answers. This will be done simultaneously for
both the directors to save our time. Once the answers are
collected and perused , the cross examination will start.
I am not at liberty to disclose the questions now. Our 'punisher'
has a copy with her for any reference. At the end of this trial
we have planned for a voting session. We will give you the
instructions later" - Serial sits.

Kams hands over a copy of the Qs to D-Aa with a pen and the
same is done by Kabee to D-Ko. They are given 5 minutes to
answer the queries. There are 10 Qs in the list. The lounge is
steaming with anxiety. Every one is looking at the directors - both
are fretting and fuming. There are no multiple options or choices.
The directors were not allowed to bring any assistants with them
and so are clueless !!!! At the end of 5 mins, the papers are
collected by Kams and Kabee and given to their bosses.
Dasa and Swash look at the answers and can not contain
their frowns.

It is time for cross exam - Dasa gets up with authority and
approaches D-Aa. The paper swishes on the face of D-Aa and
Dasa gives a look of disapproval.

Dasa: " well, you have not answered most of the Qs??!! So, I
will go one by one, ok? Q no 1 says : when did this serial start
and you have left a blank!!! Dont you know this simple answer?"

D-Aa : " well some one else started this and I joined much
later, so i dont know........."

Dasa: Q 2 asks " can you give us the episode no to be aired
on 7th May and you drew a blank there as well!!! "
D-Aa blinks. Dasa is fed up and starts reading out the
Qs one by one.

Q 3. How many characters in total?
Q 4. How many of them are missing now??
Q 5. How many murders in the serial?
Q 6. How many of them disappeared over night
with out a trace?
Q 7. How many of your characters went to jail?
Q 8. When will this serial end?
Q 9. What will be the story of May 7th episode?
Q 10. Are you planning to do one more mega like
this in future?

The lounge is exploding with laughter. Dasa benevolently
smiles at his friends and continues " out of the 10 Qs D-Aa
has answered only one - the 10th Q - where he says that he
has already started the dialogue with possible producers.
All the rest are left blank??!!"

Swash gets up with a jerk and raises her eye brows in
total astonishment - " well, D-Ko has done the same.
I am not sure if we need to do any cross exam!!"

Dasa and Swash look up to Usha who orders them to
approach the bench. There is some low voiced conversation.
Both the directors watch that and curse themselves for
giving muted dialogues in their serials.

Kams, Rathy and Kabee are giggling. The law college
students are speechless. They came to watch some fire
works and are not sure if they will learn any thing new!!

The directors are waiting with bated breath. The members
know the potential of Usha and so are eagerly looking for
voting instructions. Usha signals Meli to come closer and
says something. Meli nods her head and returns to her seat.

Sorry my friends, i did not plan this to be this long!!!!
But I just cant help it. The only promise I can give is
that the 3rd part is really short - Please bear with me.

(The final part of the trial - for sure!!!)

Meli: " Punisher feels that there is no need
for any cross examinations. We know that the
directors are capable of going around in circles
and never address issues directly. Giving them
a chance to talk will only eat up our precious
time. Since we have all wasted a lot of our
time already by watching these serials every
day, it is only right that we go to the
verdict directly.

The counsels return to their table and are
relieved that they do not have to waste their
"thondai thanni" with useless questioning.
Usha calls up SSA and SS and has a hushed
conversation with them. We see Sue arguing
with Usha and Madhu is showing the monitor
to Usha and gives some facts. Usha absorbs
everything and sends them both back to their seats.

Usha bangs the gavel on her table and signs
something to one of the marshals. He immediately
announces " quiet please" and all the chatter
in the lounge dies down. Usha is ready with
the verdict.

Usha:" It is all out in the open now.The
directors need to be punished by viewers
like us. I went through the Garuda Puranam
thoroughly but alas.... I cant find any thing
relevant to this situation.

The directors heave a sigh of relief - a bit too soon!!!

Usha goes on:" I have 3 options. You are all
given a voting machine. There are 3 buttons -
green, red and blue - pls press green for option 1,
red for 2 and blue for 3. Hope u all got it.
Now here is what I have planned as punishments.

1. Lock the directors in separate rooms. Their
only job would be to watch their own serial from
episode 1 to till date continuously until it
gets over. Food and water alone will be supplied
and they will be alone. If they survive that, we
will make them watch it over and over.

2. Inform the directors' wives that there is a
doubt that they have a "chinna veedu". Since all
of them advocate bigamy, it is a believable story.
After that we do not have to do anything, their
wives will take over. Every day will be a living
hell for them.

3. Hand them over to the Human Rights Commission
saying that they played with the viewers' emotions
and endangered their lives. We all know that a
lot of our members suffer from various kinds
of syndromes because of their serials.Law will
take over from there. Please vote now".

All the members are busy punching the machine
and the monitor above Usha is glowing in green.
yes, option 1 got the maximum votes!!!! The members
visualize the scene of directors watching their own serial
in seclusion. All are laughing out loud and some are seen
rolling on the floor. The marshals are handing over cramp
relief tablets as most of them are holding on to their sides!!!

Both the directors faint and fall - The
marshals carry them out and we hear the
orchestra playing 'last post'!!!!!

(Awwww, it is finally over!!!!!)

IF Tamil Serials' Fans' Lounge.

Atina is busy as usual - handing over charge to Dasa and
goes through her check list to make sure that all will be
fine while she is away. She is also excited about meeting
the Bhandham group.

Dasa is loaded with work - he is worried about keeping
up schedules and holds a thick sheaf of reminder slips.

Meli has to do a lot of updating as well. She has asked
for volunteers to help in updating so that she can concentrate
more on admin. work.

Pat is done with her exams and is tired after converting
Rukku in to Rakku. Her lawyers have confirmed that
the medicine switch can not be traced back to her or
Roja as there are no finger prints or any other solid
evidence. Fortunately her lawyers are not the serial
ones and so one can rely on their advice.

Kabee and Swash are fed up of Kolangal and have not
bothered to update. They are playing "inky pinky ponky"
to decide who will do the next.

Roja enters with her usual asttu sirippu and scans the
lounge with her eyes. She does not like what she sees and
her eyes are gleaming. She looks at Pat for support but
Pat is not game this time.

Suddenly, there is a group of strangers rushing in to the
lounge and every one knows that Roja has come to the
lounge only after doing her spade work. Roja is busy
reading some thing. We see, Karthik/Aanadhi(kolangal)
, Roja/Kaveri(Anjali) and Saro/Jeeva ( Muhurtham)
rushing with frenzy.

Rhodes is furious - she can not imagine Roja doing this -
what does she think of the lounge??? some mental asylum?????
To get all these maddies in one place???? Rhodes is speechless
with rage and taps Serial on her shoulders to wake up
to stark realities.

Swash runs to Saro to pull out those 'nagin' lens' from her
eyes. Rathy is all eyes and ears. Roja is still reading as
if nothing is wrong - holding the book upside down!!!

Karthik and Aanandhi are singing 'naanga puthusa kattikitta
jodi thanunga.'

Rathy - ' athukku naanga enna reception tharanuma??
poda paithiyam'

A.Roja sings ' konnathu neethane ji ji jeeva' for which
Kaveri provides background whining.

Rhodes gets excited with the happenings and sings
' adi podi paithiya kari' - realises that she got carried
away and stops abruptly.

(Mu) Jeeva sings ' naan pottal theriyum podu, unnai
paattal thurathuven Rukku' which is seconded by Saro's
' kozhanthai vaangaliyo kozhanthai - amma vaanga
ayya vanga,baby for sale'.

The lounge is in total chaos -

Caryn rolls over from her day bed and falls down.
She wakes with a jerk and sees that the lounge is
quiet after all!!! Roja is not to be seen anywhere and
all the others are doing what they were doing.
Caryn realises that all this happened in her dream
- a la serial style - and shudders to think .... 'what if it was real?'

Just then Roja enters with her usual asattu sirippu
and Caryn gasps " OH MY GOD"!!!!!!!

IF Tamil Serials' Fans' Lounge.

Atina has taken off. She is busy packing and tying up
domestic chores. She has already asked Dasa to take
over updating Bhandham but still posts pics in spite
of her busy schedule.

Dasa is now occupying Atina's sound proof room.
We see him caressing his tonsured head. He has just
returned from Tirupathy - he went there to pray to
Lord Balaji to give some sense to Cheyyar Ravi.
Dasa has to update Aanandam as well and he just
cant tolerate seeing it going down the drain!!!

Spain and Bluegal are busy in one corner discussing
Nithila 1 and 2. " If what we saw in the house is Nithi 1
then do we have to assume that the one who came to
the office is Nithi 2??" - kind of analysis. Both are
thoroughly confused and looking out for some
clarifications. Rest of the Forum is more confused
and cant help them much!!!

Pat has a doubt about all "meesais" in Aanandam
and has no clue as to who is who??!!

Sue is as usual busy analyzing all the serials. Madhu
is busy starting polls. Meli and Rhodes are also busy
doing their work.

Roja enters with her usual asattu sirippu but no one
really cares. After Caryn's night mare, all have decided
to ignore Roja. They are all very stubborn today and have
decided not to raise to any bait. Roja senses this very well
and has a wicked smile now. She sure knows how to upset
the tranquility!!! Roja is wearing her usual faded jeans and
T shirt - both look as if they have seen much better days.
She tries to make conversation with others but today all
are very smart. Roja mutters under her breath and leaves.

All heave a sigh of relief and continue with their work.
Suddenly some one breezes in to the lounge - smartly
dressed in a deep blue skirt and an off white silk blouse
with matching accessories. Every one looks up to see who
that is but the face is not seen - the face is hidden under a
stylish hat - Looks as if it is a castaway from the wardrobe
of the British Queen!!!

All in the lounge are curious to see the face and get to know
the new person. They hear a husky voice saying " Oh my God,
why is this place so hot?? No one believes in air conditioning
here??"

Meli runs to increase the fan speed and Rhodes rushes
to bring some ice cold water for the new arrival. Rhodes
wants to be the first one to see the new face - gives the
water and tries to shake hands with the stranger.

The stranger takes the water and drinks - slowly removes
the hat - lo and behold , it is a look alike of Roja!!!!
First every one thinks that it is Roja playing a trick but
the voice is so husky and rich that they cant associate Roja
with that!! Also, all of them are so used to watching Tamil
serials that they have begun to believe that just sporting
a beard or coloring the hair is enough for a make over!!!

The stranger smiles and says " Hi every body, I am Lily and
I am new here. Hope all of you will be my friends". Pat is the
first one to recover and comes forward to say "sure. But you
do look like Roja - our friend. Are you related to her or
something??"

Lily has a confused expression" Roja?? who??"

Now all are convinced that this is not Roja and get
very enthusiastic about showing her around the place.
They first take Lily to Dasa's room - Dasa takes one
look and he falls out of his seat. Rhodes gives him a
hand and pulls him up - " Dasa not to worry, this is Lily
and not Roja".

Spain and Bluegal drop Nithila 1 and 2 like a hot brick
and start the comparison of Roja and Lily. Serial runs to
get some water melon juice for Lily. Usha throws her
Garuda Puranam book and is busy clicking Lily's
pictures in her mobile. Lily is the center of attraction
now and she sure takes advantage - smiling when
needed and saying the appropriate one liners in her
husky voice. Every one wants a snap with Lily and
she obliges gladly.

Lily wants to leave and says her good byes to all.
All the members request her to come often and she
just nods. After Lily leaves, every one tries to talk
at the same time about her dress, hat, accessories
etc., etc., The lounge sees a highly excited crowd.

As the uproar is dying down, Roja re-enters. Rathy
runs to her and asks " Roja akka, enge poitinga???
Lily nnu oru lady vanthanga, asapile partha unga
mathirye irunthanga aana avanga romba smart
theriyuma? nice dress,stylish talk ellam " Roja raises
an eye brow in surprise but says nothing.

Caryn is sitting in one corner and keenly watching Roja.
She still has her doubts about that Lily!!! As all the others
are still busy discussing Lily, Caryn goes to Roja and nudges
her. Roja winks and says " Ok , what now Caryn" and
OH MY GOD, it is Lily's voice!!!!! Caryn faints....

IF Tamil Serials' Fans' Lounge.

The lounge is gloomy. All the members are present
but every one looks very upset. What is wrong??
We are about to find out.

Dasa still has a tonsured head. He has a season
ticket to Thirupathy. But what he needs to face
now is monumental - Atina is away and he just has
Meli to consult. He thinks " Perumale, intha problem
ai solve panni kuduppa, na IF members ellaraiyum
kootindu un kitte varen".

Meli has her exams coming soon and now this....
"Oh God, why should this happen now of all the times?"
Thus thinking she is trying to gather whatever info
Dasa has asked for.

Rathy is sitting in one corner and crying her
heart out. She cant believe that such a thing could happen!!

Rhodes is walking up and down - " how do we go
about this? some thing has to be done....."

Sue has forgotten all her analyzing skills - all that
she can think of now is just the present predicament.
Caryn is sitting by her side and coaxing her to use all
her analyzing skills to arrive at some decision.

Serial and Usha are having a hushed conversation.
Usha is seen grinding her teeth - " let me get hold
of the culprits, I would think of such a punishment that
they will never ever forget!!"

Madhu is pounding on her laptop and is peering into
google earth - she is looking for some location.

Pat is having some serious discussion with her lawyers.
Her eyes are red with lack of sleep. She is asking
the lawyers to arrive at some action plan.

Kabee and Swash are pounding on the telephone.
Looks like they are trying to contact all the
'adiyals' of Kolangal. Rhodes yanks the phone
from their hands and yells - "what if some of them
are involved in this? we will get in to more
trouble. Think of some one else - some body totally
outside this field".

We hear some stray conversation floating around -
"where was she? who saw her last? what was she wearing?
hope it is the usual faded jeans and T shirt??!!
was she talking to any one outside the lounge?
Police complaint lodged?" ........

Roja has been kidnapped - that is the reason for all
this commotion. The IF members miss her a lot in spite
of her pranks -

IF Tamil Serals' Fans' Lounge.

The telephone rings. Everybody gathers around that
and Dasa is the spokesman. Dasa picks up and says
"hello". A gruff voice answers " I need to talk to
some one who can take decisions, are you authorized
to do that?" Dasa answers affirmatively and wants to know
the reason for the call. The voice asks him to wait for
an hour for the next call and hangs up.

All try to talk at the same time - they are confused
totally and want to know the demand - is it money, any
document ...... or what???? All the members are checking
out their bank statements to see how much they can raise
if it is a ransom.

Pat is dejected - she has spent so much on lawyers -
mostly because of Roja who has the uncanny knack of
getting in to trouble all the time!!!

The phone rings - Dasa springs forward and picks it up.
Gruff voice (GV)again - " Do u have a friend called Roja?"
Dasa nondhufies his vidhi and answers "yes" - he cant fathom
how he ended up having a ' FRIEND' like Roja!!!!

GV : " awww , so she did give the right info."
Dasa: " hey look, dont do anything drastic, ok? Just
tell me what you want and we will settle amicably. What
do u want - money?? or any thing else??? let me know"
GV : " Oh yes, I do have a demand but I cant discuss
that over the telephone. Dont go to the police. You can
bring along two more people with you for the negotiations.
Come to this place .... " He gives directions to a remote place
and Dasa agrees.

There is a commotion again - who are the two to
accompany Dasa??? - Dasa wants a lawyer to come and
decides on Pat to be the second. He orders Meli to hold
fort and keep the phone free all the time. Dasa's hands
are shaking and so the lawyer drives. The trio reach the
place - it is one of those palatial mansions and they see
a whole load of security guards, dogs etc., etc., The trio
are let in after a metal detector scanning and they enter
the spacious formal drawing hall.

Four well groomed men are sitting around a table and
the hall is echoing with screams from inside a room.
Pat reaches up to one guy's collar and asks " what are
you doing to our friend? Be rest assured that if anything
happens to her, you will be brought to trial and we have
the best punisher in the world - beware"

The man gives a strange look and shrugs Pat's hand.
He signs to a maid who is bringing a plate loaded with
cash, jewellery, sweets, fruits and what not. She places
that in front of a speechless Dasa and Pat. The lawyer is
aghast and stunned.

The man speaks now with his gruff voice " Please can you
take all this and take your friend along? She just barged in
here last night from nowhere and ever since she landed the
women of my house have gone crazy. She brought some DVDs
with her and has been playing them. The screams you just
heard are from that room - please go in and check and if you
want more money just ask, ok??" - thus saying he goes back to
his seat and his valet starts giving him a face massage.

Dasa and Pat peep in to the room and see a group of
women muttering Thols.... Abbbbiiii.... Lachu..... Jeeva...
. AAdhi...... ACDDDD...... Thulasi.....Bhaski......... and
Roja is sitting in the middle with the mad gleam in her
eyes. Dasa faints and Pat holds on to the door to keep
from falling down..................
