That was a great update... I wonder what's up with khushi... is she drunk or something!
Well...shreya looks like a depressed soul to me...she has to put herself together... and arnavs mom I guess is not going to be happy at all with this..
U took us through arnav head brilliantly and then kept me on the edge with the suspense... update soon...

Finally getting around to writing a few of my thoughts...a lot going on in my mind I assure you, but I am not going to go DND on you. 😉

Facts of life...The Tea Plantation and it's woes. Difficult times for Arnav and Pratap Chachu, but they have a nice respectful bond. They both, along with Akash fill the void in each other's lives. Arnav has a lot of responsibility on his young shoulders. He always appears to be calm, level headed and in control, but I don't think he has shared his deepest turmoil with anyone...Shared just enough with a few friends to stay sane.

Enter...the Thomas's! Family friends...Jose, affluent ex-politician and his daughter Shreya a childhood friend and twice rejected controlling & possessive ex-girl friend of Arnav's. All I am going to say at the moment is, "Arnav beware". There was an amicable chat between old friends, but unrequited love can be hazardous. There is a possible "agenda" on the rise and "beta S" matters to Aarti Mommy!!. I truly am hoping Shreya moves-on for her sake because Arnav is just not into her!!

👍🏼 Ahhh...Dr. House...Everybody Lies...."It's a basic truth of the human condition that everybody lies. The only variable is about what." Nice one!!

Khushi - "Coward, she maybe but heart broken, she didn't want to be". She is torn with the emotional baggage she carries around, and to be fair there is Arnav's family to contend with and there are no open arms for her at Ashirwad!!
Arnav does recognize her guilty feelings, the love for her loved ones, her motivation to deny herself happiness and not hurt others...and not hurt him, but "...she didn't want to be rescued and he didn't want to drown". Yeah right...we shall see.😃

Dearest Darlings!

Thanks to all those who liked and commented on this chapter. Totally appreciate it.

And those who feel the chapter was a filler - trust me, it wasn't. I don't do fillers because I don't have time for it. Whatever is in the chapter is there for a reason. I guess the poor response for this chapter was because it felt like a filler. And that's okay too. As I said, I respect your feedback. It is important for me.

The Hands of Time has just begun it's journey but it is time for the momentum.

This book will be divided into three parts. Part 1 is almost over. It has just another chapter left. Part - 2 will be about the progress ...progress of investigation, progress in romance and progress in life. Part - 3 of course will be the countdown to the end. Be it the relationships or the mystery behind the story.

Now, coming to the update ... It'll come up only in 2016. Really sorry about that. I started to write and thought I would be done with the chapter before I left for my holiday with family but couldn't. And I will not be able to write over the course of next two weeks what with travelling to multiple places and meeting family and doing what you do with them.

It'll probably come up around 7th or 8th of January. Hope you understand.

Now, coming to the best wishes part ...

Really sorry! For those of you who followed me from DND days, you know I don't do teasers...

And my attempt at giving teasers earlier was to give titles and epigraphs...which was kinda frustrating to all readers. And I decided to do away with chapter titles for The Hands of Time, so there's nothing much to tease right!

With all due respect to all the amazing writers who do teasers, I decline do it because I like to keep the suspense intact until the next update...Sorry about that :D

It's ok sandhya we know it's holidays time for everyone and with all the family meetings it become very difficult for personal time. So no worries we will wait.
