Happy holidays and enjoy your family vacation. I never felt that the chapter is a filler because this is the first time you have totally introduced Sheetal who plays a very important role in Arnav's life , she is just not is childhood friends , he was involved with her and even today she has feeling for him. And most importantly Arnav's mom loves .
