PART 18

Khushi ran straight to her room and collapsed. She just caressed her swollen lips once again. Her tears never stopped. Her body started to tremble remembering Arnav's words and actions. His actions proved that, if he can do this, he can do whatever he wishes to her. May be he can force himself on her. That mere thought made her state more worse. She started to shiver badly. She just cried her heart out and due to tiredness and the Fever that she has been suffering for past 3 days(after the Pool incident) she dozed off on the floor.

Here Arnav was pacing the Length of his room restlessly. That's when Ansh came and pulled his pant to gain his attention. He looked down and bent to his level.

"What is it Ansh? Why are you so dull?" Arnav asked ruffling his hair lovingly.

"Papa, Where is Khushi?" he asked making Arnav choke.

"How do you know Khushi Ansh?" Arnav asked.

"I know she works here papa. She is so good. She is my friend Papa. She teaches me all good things. She makes me eat. She is always there when I want to share anything. Papa, but Sheetal is Giving her a lot of work Papa. She is not even allowing Khushi to eat. Papa, I want to meet her Papa. I dono why but I like her so much. Papa we will make her stay with us." Ansh spoke his heart out for first time.

Arnav understood that Khushi is taking the place of a Mother in Ansh's life. But he cannot let that happen. He cannot allow a cheap woman to be his Son's mother. But it then dawned on him that Sheetal has been overloading Khushi with works. He swore to teach her a lesson.

"Ansh, she is sleeping after working. I will ask her to see you in the morning. Now go to Bua and sleep with Meetthi. You have to take care of them na?" he said carrying Ansh in his arms.

"Papa, Yash Phopha is here na. So I will stay with you." Ansh said.

"No Ansh. I will wake early tomorrow. It will be disturbing you. I will talk to Yash." They reached the cottage.

"Yash, do you mind Ansh sleeping here. I have some work early in the morning." Arnav came straight to the point. He hesitated knowing that Husband and wife need privacy. But he has to blast Sheetal which he cannot do in front of Ansh.

"No problem Jeejaji. Come on Champ, Meetthi is searching her Bhai and ur Bua is having tough time making her sleep. Go" Yash said and let happily smiling Ansh inside and flatered his lashes to Arnav assuring him.

"Thank you Yash" he said and left.

Next day dawned with full of rage for Arnav and brought bad luck to Sheetal and trouble for Khushi.

Next morning he went for Morning jog and went straight to cottage after informing Aman to call sheetal there with Refreshments. Aman who saw the Red angry eyes of Arnav understood that some one is gonna be blasted there.

"Hey Devi Maiyya, save me and mainly Khushi from his wrath." He prayed.

Devi Maiyya was sleeping peacefully snuggling to her husband Bhagwaanji. She heard him and stirred in sleep much to BJ's irritation.

"Devi, sleep and let me sleep" he said pulling her more close.

"Sleep? Do u think we will be able to sleep until your defective piece is there down in Earth asking for what not" DM huffed.

"Urhhh. I am really saying, I have to make him fall for a girl who will never let him remember us. He always pokes his nose in our private time. NOSY MATHUR" BJ said in atmost irritation.

"But I must say that Today Arnav is on a blast. Someone is really gonna suffer." Dm said thoughtfully.

"Not Khushi" BJ said bewildered.

Aman nodded accepting BJ

"Stop you both. Wait n watch. I cannot break the Thrill and Surprise" Dm turned her face.

"even Bhagwaan has to wait. Wife" he shook his head in disbelief and turned off all the lamps and snuggled to DM before his manufacture defect Mathur comes up with something else. Aman shook his head and left to his cabin to check on Sheetal.

He called Sheetal and asked her to do what Arnav said. But Sheetal was shrewd enough to understand that she is in trouble as Arnav always shews her when she brings the refreshments. She called Khushi.

"Ms. Gupta, bring the refreshments to Cottage no.10, the last cottage in the line next to Garden area" Sheetal instructed and left to the cottage and waited for Khushi to come. Khushi happily agreed as she wanted to meet the kids. She reported to Janaki and took the tray.

Khushi came there with the tray of refreshments to the cottage and Saw Sheetal sitting in a chair outside the cottage. She just ignored her and moved towards the door. Suddenly her feet stumbled and she fell down with the tray on the cottage living room floor.

"Awww" she cried as a broken glass pierced her palm.

"Khushi" Ansh came running to her. hearting Ansh's scream, all gathered there.

"Butterfly, are you ok? Come get up. Anjali, catch her hand. I will take the piece out." Yash came running to her, made her sit and held her hand looking the wounds.

Arnav was at the back of the cottage over a call. He heard Ansh's scream. Immediately he hung the call and rushed to the living room. There he saw Khushi silently shedding tears and Yash trying to examin her wound. That's when he saw a large piece of glass pierced in her palm. Arnav felt as though someone has stabbed his heart. He rushed and took her in his arms not minding Yash and Anjali's gasps.

He brought her and made her lay on the bed there as she was loosing her conscious.

"Khushi, Khushi" he patter her cheek. Khushi relaxed in his hold. Arnav realized that and soon he started cleaning her wound. With atmost care, he removed the piece of glass that was pierced in her palm.

"Ahhh. It... is.. Paining.. Ar.. Sir. Please" she shouted in trembling voice. Arnav noticed that she was about to call him Arnav but then called him sir. He dint like that. But he saw the stubbornness in her that she dint like to call him by his name even when she is not fully in her senses. He silently dressed her wound.

"Khushi, I am here. It wont pain. Stop crying." Ansh started rubbing her cheeks trying to sooth her pain.

"Ushi, no cry. U cry I cry. Ushi. Mamu. Ushi hurt. Mamu ushi cry" Meetthi started crying loudly. Khushi was overwhelmed seeing the Kids affection.

"Butterfly. Are you ok? Anywhere else are you wounded?" he asked caressing her cheeks.

"No yashu bhai. I am fine." She said. Anjali came forward.

"No Khushi ji, you look pale than normal, Let me check" she checked her and found that her body was burning with fever.

"Yash she has high fever" Anjali cried.

"Anjali ji. I am fine." Khushi sat in the bed and then looked at Yash.

"How are you yashu bhai?" she asked.

"So now only you find time to ask this? butterfly. I am fine. Happily married. But what are you doing here?" Yash asked knowing the Answer. Arnav was confused that everyone knew Khushi. He was scared about how much they know about her presence in AR.

"You are married Bhai? Where is my Bhabhi?" Khushi asked ignoring his question.

"Samne hi toh Khadi hun Khushi ji(Standing in front of you)" Anjali said with a small smile. Khushi opened her mouth in big O.

"Iska matlab Meetthi(It means Meetthi)?" She asked in whisper.

"My daughter." Yash smiled.

"Yeeaaayyy."Khushi squealed forgetting her pains. She ran and hug all three of them.

"Will anyone tell me what is happening here" Arnav asked as he was ignored there.

"Bhai, she is our junior in college and Yash's Rakhi sister. You know she was the one responsible for our attendance inspite of bunks" Anjlali beamed. This was another Shock for Khushi and Arnav.

"Bhabhi, he is your bhai?" Khushi asked with merely audible voice pointing to Arnav.

"Haan Khushiji, your boss ASR is my bhai" Anjali broke the bomb shell.

"You are Ansh's bua, that means he is Ansh's" Khushi thought aloud.

"PAPA" Ansh completed her sentence with a smile and hugged Arnav.

Khushi's head started spinning. Arnav has a son. That one thought was enough to knock her out.

"Yashu bhai. I am leaving. I ll talk to you later. Now i have to leave. She said and left stumbling. All these was watched by sheetal. She wanted to embarrass Khushi so only she made her fall by keeping her feet on her way, but tables turned.

Arnav and Ansh saw Sheetal throwing angry glare at Khushi. Ansh and Meetthi saw her sitting position and understood that she was responsible for Khushi's state. They said that to Arnav and all three stormed towards Sheetal.

"Ms. Kapoor. What do you think of yourself? Who the hell are you to put loads of work on AR employees? And how dare you put Khushi through Works not letting her have food. You just a supervisor here. Not a boss REMEMBER. What did you do now?" Arnav yelled at Sheetal.

"I dint..." she tried reasoning.

"Don't lie. I saw you putting your feet in Khushi's way to make her stumble and fall" Ansh said in accusing way.

"It was just accident.." Sheetal again tried reasoning.

"ENOUGH" ASR roared.

"I wont tolerate your non sense here. I want my employees to be treated with dignity. If this is gonna repeat, I am warning you that I will have to terminate you." Arnav said with his eyes spitting fire. Sheetal just nodded as she knew that she cannot let this happen. Arnav left from there.

"Ayeee Shital. No hurt Ushi. U hurt her. I beat you." Meetthi threatened her in her way.

"you better stay away from her." Ansh said with a stern look. Yash and Anjali gave a amused look to the kids and disgusting look to Sheetal.Sheetal thought that once she marries Arnav, She will show Ansh his place. She swore to torture him. but before that she has to clear Khushi and a plan made its own way to her.

Guess what is the plan.. And probably my next update will be by Friday else saturday
