PART 8

Anjali sat on the bed thinking of all what her Chote said. "Nani, I'm so happy todayNani" says Anjali

"me too Anjali bitiya, Chote has grown up and did you see the way he looks after us? I'm so happy to see him take so much of responsibilities" added Nani

"HaanNani, I'm so happy Nani, I can't believe it's this little boy who was after me when it came to anything in his life Nani, My Chote has grown up Nani to such a responsible adult " Anjali said.

Nani and Anjali hugged each other.

"Bitiya, after all its'yourup bringinghainabitiya" says Nani.

Lakshmi "Baaahhs" at Nani's reply

"So Bitiya, have you seenAman'spicture? Do you like him?" asks Nani

"ermI have seen him before, but not properly Nani and i don't know Nani, if Chote has selected a person, I'm sure it's the best choice" replies Anjali

"theekhainbitiya, but I suggest you take a look at him as well" saying this Nani placesaman'spicture on the table and leaves Anjali's room

Anjali picks up the photograph and looks at it.

She smiles the instant she sees Aman's picture
Arnav looks at his Di from outside the room and is happy to see his Di happy.

"Nani, have you seen chote anywhere?"asks anjali
"Nahin bitiya, he must be in his room" replies Nani
"No Nani i looked for him everywhere to get him to come for meals, but he is no where to be seen Nani" says anjali worried
"He never goes out without telling me Nani" anjali says

Just then Arnav walks into the house. Anjali runs upto him and scolds him "don't you dare chote, where were you? Atleast couldn't you tell me before going out?" Shouts Anjali
"Di..." Arnav started to speak
"Kya Di chote? BAS don't you dare do this to me again, where did you go to chote?" Asks Anjali

Arnav steps aside and makes way for Aman to step in. Anjali's heart skips a beat the moment she sees Aman and becomes quiet.
Aman looks at anjali and smiles, "Namaste!" Greets Aman.
"Ji Namaste" replies Anjali.
"Ahem ahem" Arnav clears his throat and asks Aman to come in.
Aman greets all and seeks blessings from Nani. "Come in Aman beta, come and sit with us for breakfast." Says Nani.
"I'm fine Nani Ji" replies Aman.
"Oh cmon Aman this is not office, you know Arnav singh raizada is a different person in office and at home so please no formalities. Please join in" says Arnav

The raizada's and Aman have breakfast together. After breakfast Arnav and Aman go into the study to discuss business matters.
Anjali was blushing the entire time she was serving breakfast, "how is he anjali bitiya" asks Nani
"Ji Nani, did you say something?" Asks anjali
"I think i got my answer anjali bitiya, i will have to talk to chote about it" replies Nani

Anjali hugs Nani and mami Ji joins in as well along with lakshmi's blurt

"So Aman, what is your opinion?" Asks Arnav
"Ji sir, about what sir?" Asks Aman
Arnav gets up from his chair and says "Aman you know that Di is the person i love the most in my life, i Have known you for long Aman and i know you're the best choice for my Di, but in case you have any objections you can of course decline, my Di's life is not business for me Aman, it's everything to me".

Aman holds Arnav by his shoulder and says "sir..."
Before Aman could compete Arnav says "call me Arnav, Aman as i told you, we're not in office now, so no formalities"

Aman looks at Arnav and nods.
"Arnav, you have considered me your PA for so many years because of the trust you have on me and if u still think I'm suitable for your Di, then i have no objection Arnav" replies Aman.

Arnav looks at Aman and nods "you have given the best reply to me Aman" saying this Arnav hugs Aman

Nani walks into the study and has tears in her eyes. "Aman beta, you have brought happiness into our home, I'm so happy and Anjali bitiya will be very happy the moment she gets to know your acceptance" saying this Nani kisses Aman on his forehead.
Aman seeks the blessings of Nani and Arnav hugs him.

"Aman beta, so we would like to come to your home to fix our daughter's rishta, when can we meet your parents?" AsksNani
"I'm my family Nani Ji, I'm an orphan" replies Aman

rnav holds Aman the moment he says that and nods at Nani."How can you say that damaad Ji, when your family is right here" replies Nani

Arnav smiles with Nani the moment she says this and Aman hugs Nani.

"Nani i will drop Aman home and get back" says Arnav.
Aman walks upto anjali and smiles "i will keep you happy hamesha anjali Ji" says Aman
Anjali nods in acceptance and looks at Arnav"You're brother will also be my responsibility anjali Ji" replies Aman."Bye" says Aman
"Bye Aman Ji, take care of yourself" replies anjali

Aman and Arnav leave the raizada house.

Arnav drives Aman home and slows down near kushi's house.

"Ahem ahem Arnav, shall i get off here or should i stay till you come" Aman jokes
Arnav looks at Aman and says "I'll be right back"
Arnav gets off his bmw and walks towards the door of kushi's house.

^^DING DOING^^
But no one answers the call, Arnav rings the bell again but no one responds, "hmmm, probably she is not at home" saying this Arnav walks back to his bmw and drives off

Kushi looks out of the window to make sure she is not noticed and realises Arnav has left. She falls onto the floor and covers her face with her palms and cries out loud.

"Take care Aman" Arnav bids Aman bye and drives back home.
"Shall i take the other route home, coz there is no point going this way, kushi is also not home" saying this Arnav turned his bmw towards the other road.
Just then his sixth sense felt he should take the usual route, he reverses his bmw and turns onto the road which he usually takes. He drove slow, as he was approaching kushi's home and looked around to make sure he does not miss this time. Much to his surprise he saw kushi seated in the window pane, looking afar. Her face pale, Arnav was hurt the moment he saw kushi in such a state, he thought to himself that he will not trouble her today and drove past kushi's house.

"Kushi baby my kumkum I'm waiting for you, please come home" raina pleaded
"Leave me today raina I'm not that well" replied kushi
"Last night kushi the way you played on me, wow i need to have you more" said raina

Before he could say anything more kushi hung up.
"How dare she cut the line on me" raina shouted out in anger picked up his car keys and headed towards his car.

^^DING DOING^^

"who could it be so late at night" kushi spoke to herself and headed towards the door. She opened the door and before she could even take a breath Raina dashed in and pulled kushi towards him
"Who do you think you're to cut the call on me just like that" asked raina

"Let go off me raina, you're bloody hurting me" kushi pleaded, she tried to push him off but to no avail

Raina started harassing kushi, he started kissing her on her neck, she still tried pushing him off but it was of no use. Kushi kicked raina and tried to run away but she slipped and fell on the floor. Raina squatted down and pulled kushi by her leg, trying to kiss her toes, kushi tried kicking him but she had no strength in her. She cried out loud but it was of no use, the walls were sound proof so that no one outside could hear her. She pleaded raina to let her go, but instead he got onto her, held both her hands with his hands and moved his head towards her lips to kiss her...

KUSHIII

A voice shouted out, raina turned around to see who it was and kushi escaped from raina's grip

"Arnav" both kushi and Raina spoke at the same time...

Arnav frowned at Raina, his eyes turned red in anger, he dashed towards raina held him by the collar and punched him on his face.

Kushi sat on the ground trying to catch her breath,crying out.

Arnav kicked raina and he fell on the ground. Raina was bleeding.

Aman walked towards kushi and wrapped her with her dupatta which had fallen on the floor.

Kushi was crying right throughout.

Arnav punched Raina's face left and right.

He held raina's collar and banged his head on the ground,

"HOW DARE YOU LAY A FINGER ON MY KUSHI I WILL NOT SPARE YOU! YOU B*****D"

Kushi looked at Arnav, the instance he said such words...

Aman walked upto Arnav and held him by his shoulder "Arnav leave him, he is unconscious Arnav leave him, let's hand him to the police, they will deal with him" said Aman

Just then the police walked in, Arnav handed over Raina to the police and turned to face kushi, "kushi tum theek ho?" Asked Arnav.
kushi nodded a NO and ran towards Arnav and hugged himtight.
Aman stepped out of the house leaving Arnav and kushi to themselves and sat on the bench in the garden thinking.

~~flashback~~
"Hello, Aman" spoke Arnav
"Ji Arnav tell me, is all okay?" Asked Aman
"Actually no Aman, i kind of saw kushi seated on the window pane, she did not look okay Aman, please keep an eye on her" requested Arnav
"You don't worry Arnav, as long as I'm here I'll make sure kushi Ji is fine" replied Aman

Aman walked passed kushi's house at night and much to his surprise a car stopped in front of kushi's house and Aman noticed an angry Raina walk into her house.
Aman immediately made a call to Arnav
Arnav's phone rings and Arnav ran towards his phone, "Arnav, i just saw Raina walk into kushi Ji's house and he looked very angry" said Aman
before Aman could talk any further all arnav said was "Aman call the police now dammit " and he hung up
~~end of flashback~~

Aman's phone rings

"Aman Ji, is all okay, is chote with you?" Asked Anjali
"Yes Anjali Ji everything is perfectly alright, don't worry" replies Aman.

Aman looks at kushi and Arnav hugging each other and smiles to himself...
