The most used thingy is make the girl trick him into falling for her.. and then somehow she would get her hands on the business stuff.. and boom he is destroyed.

But I won't suggest that. Rather do something like.. she has a business proposal for his company.. say for like partnership or a huge financing deal or some contract or big project. And through this she would get him invest most of his assets and money, of course in the venture.. which she has just tricked him into.. and then she can leave bankrupt or she can trick him with some legal clause under contract.. making his business crash into scratch..

And what if that girl has the 60% shares of his company but still that girl also want the rest 40% of share then what she will do??

I'm no expert, but maybe she can get another person or a group of people - people whom the boy trusts completely - to buy the company's shares little by little over a period of time. They will hand over the shares to her. In return, she could promise them a good amount or offer them some other incentive like a prized real estate location or something like that. If you take this route, you can make the hero lose his friends/companions along with his company 😉 Potential for a looot of drama 😆

@jiya007 - Kautilya04, has a nice suggestion, I approve of this, though this might need a bit of researching or detailing while handling the legal issues and stock market deals.. but that's conveniently good.

But having maximum number of shares, even if it's 51% it gives the edge to that person in decision making powers and exercising control over the company. However, exercising control over the person, say the guy in this case, can be done when she pulls in his part of shares partially. Having his shares completely with her would make him free from her torturous glance, smug looks; and this would only intensify her anger. So make her have some more percentage of his shares but not completely. By the same route what Kautilya04 said!
