Vivaan sat unmindfully in office revolving the paperweight...one of the managers was going on with his presentations for their next project in Pune …but Vivaan, he was lost in his own thots… He still cudn't forget the words ...& rudeness of Saachi few hours back…

After Saachi met her new boss… she could not concentrate on anything She couldn't think straight…all the moments from 5 yrs came in front of her like a movie clip…as if it was just yday… The memories came rushing in …Memories which she thot she had long forgotten… Thoughts of Vivaan pervaded her mind… She was unable to believe, in this big world…God got only this one man to be her boss…how cruel being God is to her…

The Man…who broke her heart…the man she wished she never saw his face… turned out to be her boss, and not just any ordinary boss, but the famous tycoon—Vivaan Singhania...She was going crazy….How could life be so cruel? Why is it doing this to her? Wasn't that one month enough to make her guilty? Wasn't falling in love with such a heartless guy enough to make her suffer whole life…Or is the whole universe against her and has brought him here to constantly remind her of the past…How is she going to survive this, even she did not know...Being her only first month of job she cant even leave the job…

The more she tried to divert her mind…the more she was reminded of her past… finally giving up on her work…

Around lunch time…she decided to go out for lunch with her best friend Reena who was also her friend from her college days …she also worked in same company but in other department … She went to get her for lunch outing atleast for a while she will be away from her past…

As she leaves her department and makes her way over to the elevators…pressing to 12^th floor…she realizes it to be the same floor where its Vivaan's cabin…at the thot she becomes nervous but makes her calm by thinking meeting him is a rare chance…he might be in his cabin…so she will just get Reena & two will go out for lunch…& even if she meets Vivaan she will tell him to not to bring up the past again & again…what has happened has happened…

As she cautiously makes her way down the carpeted hall…she is surprised by someone calling her…

Sonia—Hi saachi…tum yaha executive floor par…oh! Must have come to meet Adi sir…par he is busy with Vivaan Sir…

Saachi(turned it was Sonia …Aditya Sir's PA…)—Hi… not Adi Sir…but came to meet Reena…aaj bahar lunch ka plan tha…so socha saath karlenge…

Sonia—oh u lucky girls…can take out time…but hum jaiso ko waqt hi nahi milta…specially now with boss coming he will make sure we work 24*7

Saachi (smiles lightly) –all the best with ur new boss…

Sonia—thanku will really need it…by the way Reena conference room mein hai…

Saachi—thank you… cya later..

Saachi proceeds on further down the floor she sighed in relief that she will not have to cross Vivaan's cabin as Reena's cabin was after his…& conference room is in complete opposite direction…as she walks further and further down the hall, she stops in her tracks as she hears his rumbling voice from a distance…

Voice --Yes Mr. Mehta…. Yes…. I understand …aap jo chahte hai but…right now the company needs are different considering the…

Saachi stills and stand frozen as Vivaan appears walking around the corner and into sight with a cell phone in hand…Her breath is caught in her throat as his eyes meet hers from a distance…For a moment even he halts in his steps and his own voice fades

Vivaan(cud hear voice from other end of line)—ermm yeahh, I am right here Mr. Mehta. But I am afraid something has come up… I will talk to u later…Bye…

Seeing him finishing the call….fear swarms into saachi and it is now that she realizes that she can't do this anymore…its impossible to face him… & she is in no mood to see him or talk with him…she turns on her heels and begins to away from him…nerved by how his eyes concentrated on her. Her pace quickens as she hears his feet following after her….

Sonia—Saachi…kya hua…Reena…Oh Mr.Singhania……aap Good afternoon …

Saachi had her back towards him but cud hear him

Vivaan(smiled)—Hi…& You can call me Vivaan Sir…or khali Sir bhi chalega…Mr.Singhania lagta hai kisi 50+ aadmi ka naam hai …& where is ur Adi Sir…

Saachi saw them falling into conversation she quickly presses on the button and waits for the lift to come up…wanting to go down immediately and be a thousand feet away from this man….She looked back at him engaging Sonia into conversation… One look at her and she can see how Sonia has become smitten by him…For a moment she gets jealous of this …but cant blame her…after all she also fell for this same charm & effect of this man… turns back to look at the doors… waiting impatiently for the lift before their conversation ends. From the corner of her eye she can see him occasionally glancing over her way…

Sonia--& Sir…Adi Sir aapka lunch ke liye wait kar rahe the cafeteria mein…for last 15 mins…also wanted u to brief you about the matters in the office since he hasn't had a chance to catch up with you ….

Vivaan(smiled)-tumhare Adi Sir bhi ajeeb hai…main unka yaha cabin mein wait kar raha tha as he was supposed to join me here… Now he is insisting on lunch? –just inform him I will be a little late….. I need to be elsewhere at the moment…

He ends a little hastily just as the elevator dings and its doors open wide…& rushed towards elevators…

Sonia(with a dreamy look & smiled)—certainly sir…

Saachi hurriedly stepped into the elevator and felt relief washing over her as the doors were closing and he hadn't managed to join her….But she & her bad luck… as a hand comes in between the metal doors and stops it from closing shut…Her heart skips a beat as they open wide and reveal Vivaan standing tall before her with a particular gleam in his dark eyes… She backs away as he enters into the lift …the doors close in on them and he presses ground level…..

She gets a waft of his intoxicating cologne as he takes slow steps toward her, looking like a predator who is about to feast on its prey… Saachi's throat turns dry as he stands only a few inches away from her and stares down at her with those gorgeous eyes of his. Seconds later, but what really felt like an eternity to Saachi ,a smile begins to form on the corners of his mouth as he continues to gaze at her to his content. She becomes trapped as he places his hands on either side of her on the cart's steel wall, caging her in between his arms…..

Vivaan--What a wonderful surprise…. It's a fancy seeing you here after so long…mujhe pata tha…mujhse milne zaroor aaogi…though mujhe na pehchankar u surprised me in morning…

He murmurs to her in that low, rumbling voice that further adds a blush to her cheeks… her mind grows blank…not knowing how to come up with a proper reply to this… being in so close proximity made her forget what exactly she was doing on 12^th Floor…she only know that this is not the place where she wants to be right now…

Saachi (stammers) –ermm main…I…. I don't know what you are talking about Sir….(she looked anywhere but him)

His lips form into a handsome grin as his eyes twinkle teasingly at her…She fidgets uncomfortably as she feels a strange feeling stir in the pit of her stomach…He really isn't good for her system, she concludes.

Vivaan(teasing)--Are you expecting me to believe that you really don't remember… Miss Saachi Gupta ?…. Or are you suffering from memory loss…God forbid…kahi in 5 saalo mein tumhara koi accident toh nahi hogaya…

Saachi (flushed)-- I am perfectly fine Mr. Singhania…& for ur information mera koi accident nahi hua …But I still do not know what it is that you are talking about and nor do I appreciate your behavior with me….

Vivaan (raises a brow) –Why Does my behavior make you uncomfortable, Miss Gupta? I would have thought it would be perfectly fine considering that we have been much closer than this…I know its been 5 yrs but still …after we have been so close I would throw formality between us out of the window right about now…

Saachi (red with anger & also with blush as he reminded her of the past)—bhoolne ki bimaari mujhe nahi tumhe (correcting herself) I mean aapko hai...aur jo bhi tha…5 saal pehle tha…so

He throws back his head and laughs heartily at this while Saachi continues to glare at him with her red cheeks…

Vivaan—Thank you…I see that you are regaining a bit of your memory…. Tell me what else do you remember …

Saachi (mumbles, giving in)-- I remember u telling me that U never want to see or talk to me again…

Vivaan—what if I say I am sorry for all that…I genuinely I am… It seems that fate has other plans of its own…now I realized tumse…

Saachi--Fate isn't involved in this… Tum jante the…I worked for your company so you came here purposely to torture me…

Vivaan--Torture you? And believe me I had no knowledge of you working for me…incase u have forgotten I came back just few days back…(in a sad tone) aur in 5 saalon mein tumse contact karne ki jitni koshish ki…it failed...& Don't you think that if I knew and wanted to torture you, I would have come sooner? 😈

Damn he nailed her there…she remains speechless not knowing how to reply to this. She obviously hasn't thought this…

Vivaan(teased again)--- Cat caught your tongue, Miss Gupta?

Saachi—tum yaha kya kar rahe ho…I mean…you shudn't be here …

Vivaan(confused)—excuse me?

Saachi-- You aren't supposed to be here…. This is where I work…. This is my office…. You are not supposed to be here... I wasn't supposed to ever see you again…. (ending miserably) I don't want you here…

Vivaan(shocked)--Your office? –Ms. Gupta… if I am not wrong this is SGI, I think, Sighania group of industries…& being the heir to my father after he passed away it is me who owns this office and runs this company ….and it is due to me that you even get a paycheck… I am the boss here…do I need to remind?

Saachi—good tumhe yeh pata hai isliye you should act as one and not behave like this with me…baar baar tumhe yaad na dilana pade… (she pushed him back the closeness with him was making her weak …she said to herself—Oh God…what am I doing…my first job...first placement...& now he is going to get fire me)

Saachi(still composed herself)—Jo humare beech tha…tumne khud khatam kara tha…it's a closed chapter…so I wud appreciate hum usse closed hi rehne de….purani baaton ko yaad karne se koi faida nahi hai… It's best if we forget it and move past …

She sees how she has managed to wipe away the twinkle in his eyes and has caused a stern look to grow on his face…

Vivaan: I would believe you… but then I don't want to…coz Your words do not explain why you had come up here in the first place looking for me…

Saachi—main tumhe nahi…Reena ko lunch pe…

Vivaan—really!! U cud have easily called her on her cell…4^th floor se 12^th floor tak aane ki zarut nahi thi…

She flushes and color reaches as far as to her hairline… To her detest, a grin once again adores his lips…as their eyes remained intact…

Saachi(composing herself)—even if came looking for u…toh bhi wajah thi mere paas…wanted u to know…5 saal se waqt aage badh chuka hai…baar baar mujhe yeh realize karane ki zarut nahi hai…& jaisa tum chahte the…I have done that… tumse door rahi…apna dhayan studies pe lagaya…did what I wanted do…& achieved what I wanted …& ofcourse tumhare bare mein bilkul nahi socha…I have moved past…& wud prefer same from u…

Vivaan(tried to explain)—us waqt we were too young…& I wanted to…

Saachi(interrupted)— to have some rich sophisticated girl…& not me some stupid college going middle class girl right…

Vivaan—aisa nahi

Saachi—atleast ab toh sach accept karlo Vivaan…after 5 years have the decency ki tum mere saamne accept karlo ki tumne mere pyaar ko kyun thukraya…

She watches as he combs his fingers through his thick, rich hair—looking more and more aggravated by the second…

Vivaan—tum nahi janti

Saachi—main sab janti thi Vivaan…us waqt bhi aur ab bhi… so plz...& I moved ahead…

Vivaan(pushed her back)—really…u moved ahead me …matlab u wat to say don't love me...

Her body fuses with heat and her cheeks redden while their gazes remained locked with one another. Sachi can feel her arm tingle from his masculine touch and burns under his cool gray eyes…Her heart beats abnormally fast and she finds it a little difficult for herself to breathe, suddenly finding the elevator a little too suffocating for her to stay in. Tearing her eyes away from him…she feebly responds while gently brushing his hand away from her…

Saachi(as sternly as possible)—No…aur ab shayad mujhe lagta hai pyaar toh shayad tumse 5 saal pehle bhi nahi karti thi…& U were right…we were too young…to realize Love…

She ignores the look of agitation cross his face and how his eyes gleam hard at her. He steps away from her and studies her quietly for a moment….

At that moment the elevator door dings open as they reach the ground floor…& Saachi moved as far from him as possible…

He saw her leaving…as if running away from him…

Vivaan(to himself)—pyaar toh tum 5 saal pehle bhi karti thi…aur ab bhi karti ho…main hi pagal tha jo us waqt tumhare pyaar ko nahi samajh paya…5 saal pehle tumne khud confess kiya tha…is baar main tumse karwaunga…. It was me who pushed her back…main hi tha, jisne usse rishte se peeche hatne ko kaha…par ab ehsaas hota hai kitna galat tha main…aur who sahi…usne theek kaha tha…it was Love…infact it is Love…jo us waqt main nahi pehchaan paya par ab...shayad kismat hume isliye ek dusre ke saamne layi hai…par Saachi kya who ab bhi pyaar karti hai? Will she forgive me for what I did…uska dil toda tha us din maine…par ab it will be me correcting the mistakes…

Vivaan came out of his thots when Aditya nudged him…

Vivaan—huh?haan…

Aditya—Mr.Verma waiting for ur answer…project theek hai na…or u want some changes?

Vivaan(confused)—ermm…main…I wud like to review it…Mr.Verma aap file chod jaiye I will see it…

As Mr.Verma left…

Aditya—Vivaan, kya hua…is something wrong….kuch hua hai…

Vivaan—nahi…actually sach mein mujhe project review karna hai…I think it can be better…

Aditya—Vivaan tumne khud har detail check kari hai maine email ki thi tumhe u said sab theek hai…

Vivaan—haan …but no harm in checking again…

Aditya(sighed)—fine…as u wish…main chalta hoon meri ek meeting hai …cya later…(he was abt to leave) sham ko jaldi aajana…ur di wud be waiting…

Vivaan nodded…He got up & stood against the large bay window which gave nice view of the queen sea necklace…He noticed slight drizzle had started…making the commuters walking on road wet…

He smiled…😊wasn't it all same 5 yrs when he met Saachi…😳😳

so both vivan and sachi are fighting with their past memories where vivan is trying to get his love back in his life again and sachi is really nervous as could she will work here where she have to face the person who ditched her 5yrs before

sachi went to have lunch with reena her friend but there she met vivan

by seeing him sachi became reallly nervous and she decided to go downstairs

but her bad luck and our good luck they both met eahc other in the lift plz cont soon and pm me

Sachi is really upset to see Vivan again and that too as her boss.

He has really hurt her badly in the past and she hasn't forgiven him yet for that.He broked their relationship 5 years back.---yup 😛😆 must be crazy boy then 😆😆

Vivan was happy to see Sachi coz he still loves her but that confrontation with her in the lift makes him uncomfortable.He was the one who backed out then and now Sachi is not ready to listen to his explanation.

I think Vivan has to woo his lady love hard coz girls dont forgive easily.😆😆---tough job ahead for him 😆😆😆
