Its been 2-3days since the lift incident…Vivaan's all attempts to talk to Saachi went futile as she is avoiding Vivaan like anything. She talked to him only when it was utmost necessary…she tried her best to be as far from him as possible. If she happens to see him around or passing by she changed her path…& Vivaan being stubborn he followed her everywhere it was as if Saachi had a little lamb. She cud already hear whispers among colleagues abt something brewing b/w both of them which irritated her…she tried her best to ignore Vivaan but being in same office, he being boss…its next to impossible.
Vivaan wanted just one opportunity to talk to her, he just wanted to say, he just wanted to confess, just wanted to apologize for breaking her heart, just wanted to explain why he did what he did…He wanted Saachi to know the whole truth.

The day Saachi had confessed it had been a emotional day for Vivaan, it was the day he hated the most. Earlier that day he just received the news of his parents separating finally after 1 years of court battle. He had seen his Dad suffering emotionally in this 1 year. His parents separated after 23yrs of their love marriage…in all these years he doesn't remember a single day he hasn't seen his parents not fighting. As long as he remember when he was a kid he had seen his mom dad fighting. Thinking abt Vivaan's childhood his Dad sent him to boarding school when he was 7. Vivaan used to visit in vacations during his schooling but still witnessed his parents arguing fighting…making his short stay of vacations useless…gradually he reduced his visits & eventually stopped visiting…its when his Dad used to visit him in school…that had been main reason why he had been more closer to his Dad than mom. Vivaan always saw his Dad as his idol…His Dad was always caring & sensitive towards Vivaan.
He had seen his mom picking up fights with Dad…never vice versa. She always complained abt being impulsive for getting married at 20yrs when Dad had proposed her. She was too young to be married at 20, she was too young to be Mother at 21…getting married was her biggest mistake of life. She regretted getting married on an impulse.
During his meetings with Vivaan, his Dad always told him abt their love story how they met & fell in love eventually getting married, Vivaan cud realize how his dad was smitten by his mom…even after so many years so many fights he didn't ever complained nor criticized his Mom…always blamed himself to not be able to be a good husband but his Mom never understood his dad.
She left him when his Dad needed her the most…their business was going through a financial crisis also he was weak emotionally he needed someone to be his support & strength but his Mom left them. As a result his dad suffered a stroke almost wud have slipped in coma if not cured on time. Thankfully he was taken care of by his employees & his lawyer cum friend Khanna uncle.
During that time Vivaan was in London for his studies but he returned back immediately & since then its been only father-son for each other. Vivaan was always there for his dad, he took care of him & they became best of buddies. Both were support & strength & family for each other…gradually his dad came around & life fell back in place for both…Vivaan didn't went back he stayed in India & completed his studies here only.
Dad always advised him to be careful while selecting life partner after his experience he didn't wanted his son to suffer. Vivaan also understood the complexity & never got serious with girls…few flings here & there which was adjudged as his Casanova image.
Later his mom filed for divorce she wanted legal separation…& the day Saachi had confessed the divorce procedures got complete & Vivaan knew how his dad must be feeling though he had talked with him & he assured he is fine but Vivaan knew it better.
Though Vivaan had promised himself he wud never fall in love….or will seriously involve with anyone but with saachi it was different he knew somewhere down she affected him…There was something in her that made him like her…Her beauty, her sweetness, her simplicity, her spunk, her full of life attitude. He cudn't deny that he liked anything & everything about her…but be in a serious relation with her…marriage with her was something he cannot imagine…Not that he didn't trusted Saachi but he didn't wanted to be impulsive like his dad & get into a relation & regret later. Nor he wanted Saachi to be impulsive & regret….He had felt bad the moment he refused & saw her in tears, saw her heart broken face….it pained him hurted him…The sight of her crying made him sleepless as soon as he closed his eyes her face appeared & he cudn't sleep. He resolved to himself that first thing tomorrow he will talk to saachi abt his apprehensions abt his parents …he will explain everything & he knew Saachi will understand…& if Saachi agrees he will try to give this relation a chance they will take 1 day at a time & not make future commitments…Vivaan cudn't help but agree that there is attraction b/w them & both will give it a chance & let the attraction die its natural death…if it works then its good if it doesn't we will part.
Mentally resolving he was abt to fall asleep in the wee hours when he got a call from khanna uncle informing his Dad met with an accident…Vivaan left for Mumbai the very same night didn't even inform any one since it was too late in night he thought once he reached he will inform them later.
As he reached there he didn't even got a breathing space as his dad was too critical & he got too involved in it & the doctors advised him to take Mr. Singhania abroad so he cud be treated with more modern techniques & better advanced medications.
Vivaan left for US…& coming 6 months went in a swift with Vivaan managing business & taking care of his father…business saw the worst crisis… as his father got better he refused to return back to India as it reminded him of painful past Vivaan adhered to his wishes & finally closed down their business in India & settled in US with help of Khanna uncle & his daughter Muskaan or muski di as Vivaan used to call her… Life started for them all over again…Vivaan informed to Gautam briefly abt his dad's accident & abt closing down business & settling in US.
From them only Saachi came to know that Vivaan had left India, only she knows how she had managed to pull herself again after the heart break & Vivaan's sudden disappearance the next day. For days she tried to contact him but no result…finally it was her Palak di who made her face the reality & almost scolded her for still running behind Vivaan when he categorically refused for relationship. Its better she takes grip of herself & looks towards her future…Palak made her realize that if Vivaan cared for her he wud have contacted himself its not if he doesn't know how to contact why it shud be always u running after him.
Ultimately Saachi gave up on Vivaan & concentrated on her studies & went ahead to pursue MBA from a reputed b-school & passed with flying colours & got placement in one of the biggest companies SGI as her first placement.

Back in US it took Vivaan 3 yrs to built up his father's business again & brought it back to its No1 position from down in dumps even reopened the company back in India.
Meantime his Muski di married her boyfriend Aditya & settled in India & they both managed SGI's.
All these years whenever his dad or di tried to convince him to get married & settle down…everytime an image of Saachi came in front of her…only he knows how much he had tried to find her….she had deactivated the mobile number he knew even at home no response…Indirectly he tried to gather info from gautam abt her whereabouts but Pallavi always stopped Gautam she didn't want Vivaan to hurt Saachi. She managed to survive with great difficulty….finally she is living for herself let her live in peace…
Palak-Gautam had a wonderful excuse as they have been settled in Australia since their marriage so they are not in touch with Saachi

Vivaan's dad many a times found his son lost in thots…..as if he is thinking abt some one…many times he tried to ask him but he never divulged… after much coaxing Vivaan told him abt Saachi how she is, how she confessed & he refused…
His dad felt sorry for vivaan coz of him all this happened…but Vivaan convinced
Vivaan—don't worry dad…I am happy jo hota hai ache ke liye hota hai…guess hum dono ek dusre ke liye bane hi nahi the 😕😕 & I was right all the way yeh sirf saachi ka infatuation tha…ab tak toh uski padhai bhi khatam hogayi hogi…she must be married by now….(he joked) seems hum baap bte ki kismat mein pyaar nahi likha…😕
Dad—aisa nahi kehte…jitna tune mujhe bataya hai ….I think Saachi was the one for u & u missed the chance…waisi ladki nahi milegi tujhe…afterall how many grls go & confess their love…its always a boy prerogative…
Vivaan(assured)—no worries dad agar hum dono ko milna hoga toh mil jayenge…😆😆 & don't underestimate ur son 😛😛 …aapke bte se koi bhi ladki pyaar karegi so just chill…😃😃
His dad knew it better how much sad Vivaan must be & must be regretting on his refusal…
It was 1 year back when Vivaan's dad passed away…& once again Vivaan was all alone it was then Muskaan offered Vivaan to come back to India & stay with them else she will always be worried abt him…
Vivaan moved back to India & here he met Saachi again…& now he resolved to himself that this time he will not let anything go wrong & will not miss this one chance of having her in his life…but here she is not giving any chance…

Saachi snatched her hand back as it is his touch still make her weak...it effects her greatly...makes her weaker in her resolve to stay away from him...& she doesn't once again to be hurt & heart broken...
Saachi (composed herself)--I am sorry...but it cant (she turned the other way not looking at him) us waqt aur ab bahut fark hai...Is baar mujhse nahi hoga 😭 isliye it wud be better is baar hum ek boss aur employee hi rahe...
She left from there abruptly...
For coming days work kept Vivaan busy he didn't got a chance to talk...

It was Friday morning Saachi entered office in a happy mood 😃😃 …Fridays were always her fav …she was in a happy mood …she entered office looking prim and proper wearing a flattering white shirt with sleek black dress pants and her favorite pair of black heels. ..For once she opted to let her hair down, having straightened it in the morning, and no hair out of place. Perhaps it was because of the gorgeous weather that she was surprisingly in a good mood after so long. ..& also her mother informed that they will join her in 2 weeks time… 😃😃😃
She even woke up early for a change and stopped by a coffee house to get herself a hot, delicious cup of cappuccino…😊😃 She was definitely in a super good mood smiling to herself njoying her cappuccino and felt like nothing could change it…😃😃
Until she bumped into him…😛😛😆 & "splash"spills her cup of coffee all over his blue dress shirt and black polished shoes…😆😆😆 .the brown liquid dripping down from his torso and also making its way down on his coat… Her eyes finally wander up to meet his own and sees him looking slightly bowled by what she had done😲😲 . His own eyes travel down to his now coffee drenched attire….😆😆
She is so shocked with what she had done herself that she finds herself momentarily speechless…😲😲 it was as if time travelled 5 yrs back….she bumped again with same person, same way spoiled his shirt…& one look in his eyes she is lost again…😍...in his fresh morning look ...looking as good as ever 😳😳😳 not having words to even muster a simple apology … she opens her mouth and attempt to say something she is cut off by a female voice beside him…
Sonia(exclaims in disbelief )—Saachi OMG!! look at what you have done….You have spilt coffee all over Mr.Singhania!
Saachi was already feeling guilty as she knew the coffee was hot and it must have burned him by the way his face has tensed since the moment she knocked into him unknowingly….
Saachi looks over to follow the voice and her eyes darken on seeing SoniaChopra. 😡😡 She begins to fume from the sight of her….always try to stick to Vivaan 😡😡 ….as if she was his GF…By now whole office knew abt Sonia's fascination for the new boss… as she always boasts abt it & what irritated saachi more that Vivaan never made an attempt to move away or stop her…as if he njoys her company. 😡😡
Sonia (repeated again): Really, you can be so clumsy at times Saachi …😡😡 bhagwaan ne aankhein di hai dekhne ke liye…. Do you not watch where you are going??
Vivaan--Sonia, let it be… It was not her fault alone… Even I wasn't looking. .. I mean…
Sonia(interrupted): How can you say that,Vivaan? She has ruined your clothes… see its
Saachi raises a brow at this, amazed that Sonia is already addressing their superior boss by first name 😲😲 and crosses eyes with Vivaan on this, who without any words understands this issue of hers but remains unaffected by it… 😕
Sonia--Here, let me help dry you off…. (offers extra sweetly as she sees Vivaan's hands are full with laptop in one hand and his cell and keys in another… Sonia almost aggressively takes the napkins out of Saachi's hands the very ones she had taken from the coffee house with her & immediately begins to dab on Vivaan's drenched shirt with care.)
Saachi watches this with angered eyes…hating Vivaan even more…😡😡 . She just knew that she did not enjoy the sight of seeing Sonia Chopra anywhere near him 😡😡 especially Sonia is known for her flirty nature & she always goes for rich people…she already had dumped 2 BFs…
Vivaan noticed the anger in saachi's eyes…he smiled to himself its still the same…she still gets jealous…😛😆 thinking something he brushes off Sonia's hands and gives her a ginger smile while his breath-taking eyes twinkle at Saachi…
Vivaan: It's alright Sonia, you do not have to…
Sonia(in sugary voice) –really Vivaan, I do not mind…(His smile widens… seeing Saachi going red in anger)
Vivaan(removing Sonia's hands)--I actually think it would be more appropriate if Miss Saachi were to help instead 😛😛 …considering that it was her who had spilt the coffee on me…. (subtly taunting Saachi & mumbled for only saachi to hear) for the second time… 😉😛
Saachi sends daggers in his way and detests the billion dollar worth smile of his adorned on that pretty face of his 😳😃😆…. Sonia seems to agree quickly as she also stares in Saachi's direction and gives her an admonishing look.
Sonia—I guess You are right Vivaan…jiski galti hai usse hi galti theek karni chaiye 😊😊 … It would only be appropriate….
If Saachi could… she would have murdered Sonia right then and there. 😆😆 She hated how wickedly she was smiling at her…

Saachi glared hard at Sonia taking the napkins & dreadfully looks over to Vivaan who continues to wear a triumph look on his face….She comes close to him and bitterly sets to the task.
Her hand takes a grip onto the napkin and she begins to dry off in the places that were needed, starting from his chest….
Saachi (kept mumbling in mind)--Stupid, idiot, donkey…😡😡 . So much complaint over a suit that he can replace easily …sirf coffee hi girayi bahut bada gunaah kardiya 😡😡 …he can always buy new one…. He is rich, isn't he…😕 Why should a single suit matter so much….its me I'm the one who lost my fav coffee & 30 Rs going down the drain….😡😡
Vivaan(looked down at her)—excuse me!! Kuch kaha tumne…😛
Saachi startled by his question…. 😲😲 Was she speaking loudly enough that he heard…She hastily covers up ...& innocently nodded in No…😛
She avoids looking in his eyes and as she lowers her hand down…Her fingers can feel through his silk shirt and trace over his built abs… She begins to feel warm as her thoughts went back to all the moments of closeness togetherness from 5 yrs back She is brought out of her daze by a teasing voice… played havoc in her system😳😛
Vivaan (murmurs huskily) --It seems to me that you are enjoying this much more than you should…😛
Saachi glances up to find his face a couple of centimeters away from hers…😳😳 Her heart drums fast from their proximity and her cheeks turn crimson as an aftermath of his words….😳😳
As she saw the smirk on his face …& saw he is making fun of her..😛😛 . she removes her hands immediately as if she had burned herself and hands the rest of the napkins to a clearly jealous looking Sonia who has realized the opportunity she has missed….😆😆😆
Saachi(angrily)--You can finish up by cleaning his shoes. 😡😡 I need to get to my work….
Saachi left for her cabin & almost runs off with flushed cheeks…😳😳 missing Sonia's angered look…& Vivaan's amused one😆😆

Saachi took a restroom break…calming herself down…she cant let once again Vivaan have an affect her 😕😕 ….she cant let him hurt her once again😕😕
She returned back to her seat…20 min later & was surprised to find a steaming cup of coffee on it….She looks around to see if anyone had come by and dropped it off and sits in her chair….
She takes the coffee into her hands and sips on it, becoming immediately pleased in knowing it was similar to the coffee she had ordered this morning… as she picked up the coffee she saw a unsigned note nearby…😛😛😛
"Hope this makes up for the 30 Rs that went down the drain" 😉😆
She didn't need to even guess from whom the unsigned note came from 😉😳 … but without her wanting to… a smile spreads across her lips while she blushes…😳😳 inwardly pleased with his sincerity….Though embarrassed that she was mumbling loud enough for him to hear everything…. 😆😆😆
While she njoys her coffee with a smile…From the corner Vivaan gazed her in adoration the sight of her smiling & njoying coffee…😃😃
He made a mental note that he will have to take it slow with her…the more he will follow her more she will run away…😆😆 he will have to change his strategy…. 😛😛

Later in the day at 6pm Saachi happily gathered her belongings while clearing her desk and bid her colleagues and friends goodbye before making her way over to the elevators to go to ground level…😊😊 .She was looking ahead to the weekend…wanting to go home more and more by the second…😊😊 . It is a Friday and she can finally relax for the rest of the weekend….😊😊
It is when she approaches the glass doors of office…a frown forms on her face as her eyes take in the fast pouring rain and gray weather brewing outside…. Her spirits are a little dampened on seeing this. She did not bring an umbrella with her to work and would now have to wait in the rain for the bus….
Saachi(grumbled)—Perfect… Just perfect…
She unwillingly steps out of the office building into the wet damp weather…with water logging... puddles around… Already she can feel her hair become flat and moist within seconds. ...However, carries on walking to the bus stand that was a ten minute walk from the building…. Almost runs to get under shelter….

Vivaan though of calling for the day around 7pm ….already di has called twice asking him to be home since weather is not too good ...she doesn't want him to stuck in rain...
He pulled on his coat…& was all ready to leave when he bumped into some one...thought to himself what it is with his staff of bumping into him have all of them turned blind...or he became invisible 😆😆😆 it was Reena (Saachi's friend)
Reena mumbled sorry & was abt to leave when Vivaan remembered he needed to talk to her...so he stopped her
Vivaan--ermm Reena ...I needed to talk to u...
Reena (smiled)--sure sir...
As he finished his talk with Reena & she left...he noticed raining cats and dogs outside…he arranged for the guard to pull his car at the front of the building…only instead of main gate…

Saachi had been pacing back and forth in the cold…raining weather…wet head to toe, and shivering to herself… while cursing the bus for being late….cursing the rains…. It has been now close to an hour and there is still no sign of any bus,auto,taxi
She has been standing here under the dainty shelter with her aching feet and tired body. By now she would have reached the apartment and taken a nice warm bath to relax herself….She thinks of going back to office atleast she cud be in close confines & will save herself from rain…she was just pondering over it…

He presses his foot down onto the brake at the traffic light and watches the pedestrians run across the street quickly to avoid being further soaked in the cold pouring rain….😊😊
Lets out a sigh and rests the back of his head onto the headrest of his seat while lazily keeping his hands around the steering wheel of the car…. Drumming his fingers against the wheel impatiently…& casually glances around his surroundings taking note of the gray weather and rush of cars and people trying to get to their homes.😊
He had forgotten how the rains were like in this city…. having been used to the life he created for himself in the States and not thinking about home for a long while….It had been 5 long years since he was last here….
As his eyes scan all over... his careless gaze abruptly settles onto a figure standing at a distance from him… huddled under a small shelter and wet from head to toe…. A spark triggers in his eyes once he takes a closer look and sees who it is. 😉😛

Saachi was so so busy cursing & mumbling…that didn't pay much attention to the expensive Mercedes pull up near the bus stand. It was only when the tinted window of the car rolled down & she heard her name…she looked at it …surprised to see him there…
Vivaan: I thot ab tak ghar pahunch gayi hogi…u leave by 6pm…now its past 7…
Saachi (curtly)-- I am waiting for my bus Sir... but u need not worry for me though…main chali jaungi… 😊
She switches her gaze out toward the road, waiting for any view or sound of the bus arriving…. Her hopes are dashed as all she sees is the rain falling harder than before.
Vivaan observes her for a moment…takes note of the time before turning back to her….
Vivaan-- highly doubt your bus will be coming anytime soon in this weather😕😕 …Mumbai ki barish tum janti ho…come on in main drop kar dunga… 😊😊
Saachi(reluctant of sharing car with him)—ermm I will manage…thank you…bus/taxi aati hi hogi…
Vivaan—it may or may not…so plzz…I insist….already its late...pata nahi kitni der lagegi aur aise yaha rahogi (in concerned voice) You will fall sick….
Saachi—I am fine…tum …I mean aap ghar ja sakte hai…
Vivaan(loosing his patien ce)--You are as stubborn as a mule Saachi. 😡😡 ..tumhe yaha barish mein khada hokar pareshan hona pasand hai…par meri lift lena manzoor nahi hai… zidd karne ki hadh hoti hai…😡😡 (angry) just get in car will you… (almost warned her) If you don't within the next minute… I will personally come out & carry you 😡😡 to my car in front of all these people…You want that 😛
Worried by the seriousness in his tone...she takes in the cluster of people standing by her...waiting for the bus like her…and looks back into his handsome grinning face... Not wanting to cause any further scene worth watching…. Saachi grumbles and unwillingly comes out from the shelter of the stand and walks around his car….seat herself in grumpily… crosses her arms against her chest and looks straight ahead….
Vivaan refrains from chuckling at this sigh…
Taking in her wet appearance he clearly sees her shivering lightly from the cold…Without another moment of thought…he picked his coat from backseat and surprises Saachi by extending it toward her….
Vivaan: Take it. It will keep you warm 😊.
She glares at his outstretched coat for a moment & looks back straight ahead
Saachi (curtly)-- I'm fine.
Vivaan sighs and places the coat down between them… wanting to make it available to her if she does decide to change her mind….
Vivaan (shrugged)-- Suit yourself... As it is… I shouldn't complain…😛😛 . I'm particularly enjoying the sight…😉😉. (winking)
Confused by his words...Saachi looks to him and sees him also turn to look at her with a teasing look formed in his glittering eyes…😛😛
Saachi—what ?😕😕
She pauses as she realizes what he is referring to….Blushing dark red... 😳😳 she conservatively wraps her arms around herself… fully aware of how see-through her white shirt really has become😳 …(she flushes further….& angered by his laughter that follows)
Saachi hastily takes a hold of his coat and pulls it around herself 😆😆 … in the meanwhile, keeping her gaze firmly on him as if cautious of his intentions….😛😛
Vivaan(controlling himself)—ermm by the way I am not a magician to know way to ur house…so madam…u will have to guide me… 😛😛
She informs him in a grumbling tone and a silence begins to unfold between them….
He turns on the radio dial and soon enough music makes a presence in the car with them…😊😊 . Moments later she hears him drumming his fingers against the steering wheel…going along with the beats of the song…. 😃😃
She ponders to herself… Is he always like this?😕 So carefree and relaxed?. 😊😊 The man is a charmer…😳 gets well with everyone… especially the ladies…😆😆 .its been just more than a week & female staff is already eating out of his hands…😆😆😆
Thoughts of Sonia flood into her mind and Saachi's eyes darken as she relives the early morning incident😆😆😆 … Sonia was all over him like a bee stuck to honey.… 😡😡what angried her more was Vivaan didn't seem to mind it 😡😡
She fumes on this thought and discreetly gives him angry glares as he continues to be unaware and nonchalant about his surroundings only in tune with the music. 😛😛 …. She came out of thots only when she heard….
Vivaan (teasing)---Did any1 say... You could kill with those eyes of yours…😆😆😆.
Startled that he can see her despite his full attention directed on the road😲😆 Saachi looks the other way 😆 —seeming slightly embarrassed by her child-like behavior—but however proceeds to brood from her angry thoughts….
Vivaan takes a rough turn and as a result... the stack of CDs that had been aimlessly lying around fall over onto the floor... He is momentarily distracted by this...Knowing very well that he can't go after them, he keeps his focus solely on driving asking saachi to pick them 😆😆😆
Vivaan (sweetly)--Would you mind gathering those for me... and place them back😊😊
Saachi (mutters)—apni Sonia ko bula lo 😡…
Vivaan--Excuse me? 😛
