Walking in memory lane
She opened curtain of window...a fresh breeze touched her cheeks and a smile curved on her lips...she opened her arms wide and enhaled the freshness of morning...
"Good morning mugdha.."she whispered to herself and turned towards his bed.He was in deep sleep but the ray of sun was disturbing it...she shifted in between and peace came back on his face again.
She was looking the most beautiful sight of morning when Ritu entered in the room,
"Good morning mugdha!"she said placing breakfast on side table which she brought from home.
"Good morning aunty..."she replied
This conversation broke Rajat's slumber.He frowned yet dint say anything and got up lazily...yawning he tried to pick up the phone which was placed on bench near yet far from his hand.
Seeing that mugdha quickly picked it and handed to him.
"Thanx"he said and dialed a number...holding in ears he waited for a while and then dialed again..."Pick up the phone damn'it!"..after 3-4 trials he threw it in irritation...
"BLOODY HELL!!!" he growled and got up to fresh up but due to weakness he could'nt walk properly and trembled...due to seductive his body was'nt in his control...Mugdha rushed and caught him by torso,"Take care..."she gasped
He looked at her...and she too looked at him...their eyes locked and old memories started running in their eyes...
"Billi!!!can't you see such a big bike here...now give me a side..let me check is it fine or not.."he said teasing her after she bumped with it.
"you!!Monkey...tujhe meri fikar nahi..byke ki hai...isey kya hoga..chot to mujhe lagi hai..."she shouted.
But he was not paying much attention on her...he was looking his byke from all sides again and again...the smile on his face vanished her anger and she started watching him almost lost.
"Acha apni new byke pe mujhe ride nahi karwayega..."she pouted.
His eyes glimmed,"chal aa ja"said he excitedly.
He was driving fast...and enjoying it but she was feeling scared...
"Monkey tu monkey hi rahega...slow it down nahh..you don't have helmet too..."she said loudly so as to make him hear.
"Nahi...let me cross this crowdy area..by pass pe will slow down then enjoy karna..."he said and made it faster.
Soon he crossed the crowdy road and now they were on by pass which was almost empty..he slowed down and Mugdha now started enjoying long drive...but due to his sudden break she fell forward closed to his back...
She lightly caressed his neck and intertwined her fingers in his hairs...he said nothing but enjoying it...a smile of satisfaction appeared on his face...she slowly put her face on his shoulder and closed her eyes to compose this moment...
Suddenly he pressed break hard and she felt a jolt...a scream escaped from her mouth...
"RAJAT...SAVE ME!!!!"
He hold her hand around his waist and patted on it..."Don't worry...I will never let you fall.."
the assurance he gave,made her fearless and she again put her head on his shoulder...closed her eyes more peacefully this time...
"Hey honey!!!" that call pulled both of them back in reality.
Rajat instentally looked in the direction of voice so as mugdha...
A girl with high heel sandles,black skinny jeans and red half shoulder top was standing there...she was looking hot.
Rajat rushed towards her and they hugged lightly...
"Mauli..where were you...I was trying your phone but you dint pick up..."
"Sorry honey...you know my schedule is very busy these days...and after your accident..you know these media people were making fake news about our relation and all.."she explained while drinking water in between.
"Fake news!"Rajat looked at her qustionably.
This question made her a bit uncomfortable so she tried to dievrt him..."leave it nahh...how are you now?"
"Mauli...tell me clearly!"
"MAULI!!!"this word made a hole in mugdha's heart
"Mugdha..I love Mauli...I just love her...love Mauli..."words of Rajat were echoing in her mind when he called her for the last time.Remembering that she quietly left the room.
She huffed,"fine!they were spreading rumors that we broke up..and...and..."
"And?"
"And you were mad at me and Shahi last night...that's y you took a lot of alchohol..."
"Are you doing Shahi's stage show?" he cut it short.
"Yes!"she said and received a glare.
"Fine!then why did you come here?"he asked a bit roughly.
"O'come on Rajat...you know how it is...I love you but that does'nt mean that I will follow all your decisions..."she said in a pleading yet firmed way.
"I snapped on his face that me and Mauli are not going to do his show on his terms..can't you respect my one decision Mauli..."he screamed but faintly due to weakness both physical and mental.
she huffed,"I can't as I have signed the contract..."
"To hell with your contract!!!"he shouted and she stood up instantly,
"I am going rajat...there is no use of arguementing with you...will come back soon...bye!"
She went off but left Rajat with a lots of questions..."why Mauli..why..can't you just respect my single decision...Shahi is exploiting us Mauli..why can'nt you understand that...and if you can't then at least believe me and my decision...!"he gasped
"I respect all your decisions Monkey..."Mugdha's words echoed in his mind and a tear formed in his eyes which he wiped quickly.
