PART 14

Maan came back to his sense.What hv he done just now? Hurting his own geet! He left the place and followed the ambulance.He reached after sometime.He was goin to barge inside the emergency ward where she had been rushed but Adi stopped him.
Adi: Maan sir dont go there now.
Maan was in no mood to listen to him.But Adi somehow stopped him.
Adi:sir,the place is ful of media people.It wont b rite to go their now.
Maan:how is geet? Make sure she gets the best treatment.
Adi:Yes sir.There is nothing to worry.The ball hit her cheek and she just had a nosebleed.But doctors are still checking her reports.
Maan closed his eyes in pain. 😭
Adi:its ok sir. It was jst an accident!
Adi went to see the doctors.But his words aggrevated Maan's guilt.It was not an accident,he did it intentionally though he had no clue wat he was doing.He just wanted her attention and he could not control his anger.Why do i always lose myself? Thot Maan.
Adi came back.
Maan:Adi make sure this issue is undercover.i dnt want geet's name to b dragged anywhre.no photos,no video, got it?
Adi:yes sir.
Maan left the hospital.He went to KM.Daadi saw him goin upstairs.She seemed to hav some clue of al the hapenings but cnt say anything.
Maan was in the gym.He was performing his tai-chi... 😡 breaking huge block of ice...wooden planck...breaking hot tiles with fire hurting himself in al possible ways .He kicked the punching bag with his legs...so that they get hurt...the legs which hurted geet!! Seeing that he wont stop now dadi went upstairs.But she knew it is better to leave him alone. 😕
Dev:kya hua dadi y r u so worried?
Dadi:Maan
Dev:kyu?
Dadi: that girl,geet... I cnt c him in pain again! 😲
Dev:But i think bro wants to live after she came to his life.
Dadi:Dev enough! U hav already done lot to your brother.Now its better u keep quiet.i dnt want any more pain in his life and i know wat to do.
Dev leaves without sayin anything.

Dadi:can u send Sameera here till Annie's wedding?

Two days later Maan goes to office.He finishes some important client meetings.But his mind is full of geet. He always kept track of her with the help of Adi.
Maan:Adi wen vl she b dischargd?
Adi:l..l...lekin sir geet already lft hospital.
Maan:with whom?
Adi:some1 frm KM.I thot its u.
Maan:ok i vl figure it out.
Maan called Annie but she had no clue.
Maan gets worried!! Its been almst 48 hrs since he hurt her & was nt evn able to see a glimpse of her. 😭

Dadi is surprised by such a frank reply frm geet.She felt guilty smewhre.
Dadi:shayad dev ne thik kaha tha.

Pinky & Yash came to c geet.Dadi left them followed by Sameera.

Maan came to KM panicked! He wasnt able to think anything.He rushed to outhouse and found no one.His heart sank.He was goin to his room when he heard her cheerful voice! He went to the guest room and saw her.He didnt like her being with Yash even now.But his anger disappeared and his heart ached when saw her cheeks pinkish blue!He went inside.Pinky & Yash were surprised 😲.They thot geet was in KM bcoz the accident hapnd bcoz of Maan & so dadi brought her.But MSK himself visiting Geet!His glare made them leave the room immediately.

Geet:ab yaad aya?
Maan:wo...hmm..i'm sorry.

Geet:its ok. it was an accident.Ab apne jaan puchke to nhe kiya na?
Maan:Nhe mene jaan puchke kiya.(he luks @ her straight into her eyes)
Geet shocked! 😲 😲
Maan comes closer and caresses her cheek.She closed her eyes partly in pain but more of some weird pleasure! ☺️
They cme even more closer.Geet could feel his breath...Suddenly his phne rings.Maan goes out of the room.Meanwhile Yash & Pinky were eavesdropping outside the room.(luckily they didn't see them 😉)They came inside.
Yash:wat does he think f himself?how dare he say so?I dnt care abt my job.I vl sue him. 🤔
Geet:Yash,dnt make it a big issue.
Pinky & Yash left surprised.

Geet still had her fingers on herbluish cheeks where Maan caressed her.

Maan(in the study) workin with his laptop.

Maan:hi Sam! U r stil here?
Sam(taken back by his questn):dadi asked me to stay here till Annie's wedding.
Maan:Umm... (continues workin)
Sam:Maan shall v go out 4 dinner?
Maan:no,i'm not hungry.
Sam:drive?
Maan:no ways travelled a lot 2day
Sam:atleast can v walk in the garden.

Sam keeps on chatting about her career as a model,her dad's business,her wish-list..bla bla.. 🥱
Maan was lost in his close moments with geet early morning.Why didnt she ask me nything?y didn't she stop me?wat did i c in her eyes?
He broke frm his thots wen Sam asked him something.

Maan:wat?
Sam:Maan i had been talkin 4 1hr & u didnt hear nything?wats with u Maan? I'm trying to open up with u & u dnt evn care!
Maan:y do u try 4 things which u r not capable of?
Sam couldnt bear his coldness any more.She didnt say nything.
Geet had been watching them frm balcony.Now,Maan saw her.
Maan:ok Sam i hv to make some imp cals.gud nite!

He looks at her right cheek.She is rite.It look much better.Maan was a bit scared. Wat would she be thinking of him & Sameera? 😕

Geet:Sam is not the rite girl 4 u.
Maan(pleasantly surprised):kyu? 😊
Geet:umm.. Wo actually she is not ur type of girl,u know! She vl b like a trophy wife..U can take her evrywhere with you,party with her dance bt u can't live your life with her.
Maan:acha... Then who do u think is my type of girl?(Maan came closer to her.geet didn't notice that )
Geet:U need a simple girl,innocent,caring and loving... Like Me!
Geet stil didn't realize wat she said rite now.But her words meant a lot to him ❤️.He moved even closer to her.Their bodies were brushing each other.His breath was falling on her nape which tickled her senses.geet was breathing heavily ☺️.He smiled lovingly at the sight of her losing in him.😊
Maan(whispered in her ears):like u? Y not u?Hmm... He was almost nibbling her ear lobes.
Geet(moaned):Maa..n
The cool breeze was adding upto their mood! Maan was losing himself but before they could move further they woke up by a thunder sound! 😉
Both of them were embarassed 😳 at what happened just then.To lighten up the mood Maan continued teasing her.
Maan:acha y dnt u rply y not u?
Geet:nooo... Never!Geet Handa vl nevr fall for such a dusht danav...(bites her lips!)
Maan:acha dusht danav...the person who u vl fal for vl b who,sme dus sir wala raavan.
Geet:huh.. Mark my words MSK u r goin to marry some sherni who vl make u dance to her tunes.
Maan:gee..t

and they continue their fight. 😃

Maan:I cald u al to infrm that v hav got the Australian deal.We would hav to go their,understan their environment and giv our presentatn to them.This is an important deal.This vl giv us al constructn works @ Oz regarding the nxt world cup!
I want our entire team to be wel prepared. 👍🏼
The team includes:
Sasha,Tasha,Romeo,Manisha,Yash,Pandey & Geet.
Adi &Dev vl stay bck and take care of KC here.
Be prepared its gonna b tough ahead!We vl leave by nxt week.

It was a busy day @ KC. Everybody had adrenalin rush as they were the one who r goin to change the luk n feel of Oz that too with a perfectionist boss. Slowly every1 left xcpt Adi,geet and Maan.Finally they wind up @ 1am.
Geet and Maan leave together.They reached near India gate where they got stuck n traffic.
Maan:kya hua?
Driver:sir,wo party ho rhe he india won the world cup!
Maan:acha, (He remembered the other day when he was wtching the match and saw her 4 the 1st time & Arjun... He closed his eyes in pain but his grief was short-lived as geet shouted,'oye jeet gayeee....
She wantd to scream and get out of the car but he would never allow that.
Knowing her intentions he jumped to close the door on her side.In the attempt she fell over him but straightened herself immediately.She sat their annoyed and made a baby face.The road still blockd.People roaring around.
Maan:uff... People hav gone crazy! 😡
Geet:ae lo ab inhe logo ki khushi se bi prblm he.ab world cup jitna asan thodi he?Ab inke tarah thodi he ki match deknewalo ke upar ball phek do!
Maan: gee...t 😡
geet:maine kya galat kaha?
Maan:nhe ap kabi kuch galat bol he nhe sakti.
And they continue their nok-jhok

Just then a Qualis slightly moves near Maan's window.
The glass of window opens , Brij was rubbing his head (his signature style with brij bgm)
He luks @ the rite and see Maan.But he wasn't able to see Geet.Brij fumes in anger as he see Maan. 😡 😡
He takes his gun to shoot Maan.He focused on Maan,cross-wire at his head.But b4 Brij could shoot him,the traffic started to clear and their car was moving.Brij followed them but noticed Maan's bodyguards around there. Itwas z-category.
Brij shot the tyres of the security vehicles & they wre flat.Maan's car moving fast unaware of al these & Brij follows.(with Maan bgm @ action seqnce) 😎
Brij :Maa..n aj mera badla pura hoga!
He increasd his speed & wnt straight to hit Maan's car 😈.The cars were just a few feets away...and then bang!!! Brij closed his eyes due to shock!!!! 😡 😲
