Hi Daania... hug returned on Akki's behalf....🤗Ohemgee! What have you written?I swear I don't know how or why , but I could feel it, see everything in front of my eyes, playing like a movie. Be it my over active imagintion or what, but I felt pained on reading it.It was a dark scary movie... wasn't it...😆 .... but seriously...It was BLACK beyond imagination...The amount of pain and suffering you described wasjust heartbreaking. I was crying with all my heart. And especially where he enters and she looks at him, and in a moment ot two slits her wrist, gosh that just broke my heart.*sigh*... that indeed was most painful part for me to read... the blank look in his eyes... when she does not see that love in his eyes... that was the most painful part for me.... loss of love... loss of hope... and the hollowness surrounding her....And that last line was just more painful than you can ever imagine. I can only imagine as to how you must have penned this down. But as always, I am so glad that you picked on a different genre and took it to perfection! After all you are a brilliant writer!I second that.. thanks Daania....All the very best for your exams sweety 🤗Thanks for your wishes.... and now a hug from me....🤗Love ya <3

Akansha...
Hi Sajjal....🤗Good to see you here....😃This OS is Brilliantly written. The way you brought out the protagonist feelings...it was exceeding well. I could see all this happening infront of my eyes ...thats how close to real it felt. Your words were chose to the notch and they gelled along with what you were trying to portray here but it was also very thought-provoking.I agree Sajjal.... this indeed was written exceedingly well... and the whole feeling of black... the act of suicide... it all felt scarily real. And her pain indeed very painful to read as a women myself....her thoughts were put out so painfully that i feared for her ....
As a woman, it felt even more painful... as the girl in the story could not protect herself, felt worthless and felt the need to end her life... that thought itself makes you fear....You definitely have a gift for writing and i hope you pursue because this world needs writers like you. I'm just so overwhelmed after reading this OS.....its engaging..enlighting and very real. She likes writing...and I'm sure she is gonna pursue it further... she is just taking a break for now... and focussing on studies. I'm glad you all are with her... and giving her support.Sorry it took me so long to edit. :D

Sabah, first of all... thank u for coming here to comment... means a lot to both me and Akki.I like the different reasons you can like art, for they are as diverse as art itself. One fond reason is that 'Mona Lisa effect' the way a piece of art's aura can change upon your mood, tilt or angle of view, ie seeing through another heart's perspective. I liked this OS for this reason.
Wonderfully said Sabah... we all possess the love for art...be it art of writing, art of painting, art of photography, or simply the art of keeping things organized...everyone possesses some art in themselves...because art is an expression of their love for that art. And everyone sees the art in different persepctive. I'm glad you took the time to observe Akansha's piece of art.
When I first read it, I felt that fear of a 'waking nightmare' but upon reflection it is not so. It is more like those haunting dreams that you can not tell whether they are real or not. Even when you awake, you need to ponder painfully over its truth still. Was it a dream or a memory relived? Even waking up in your bed does not help straighten matters as you crease out the crumples of your sheet, hoping in turn they will smooth out the edges of your sanity too.
Some writings leave that effect on us... where we don't realize if it's a dream or real...Akki has been successful in creating that impact in this OS... which I think is a groW*H in her writing.Even years later you remember this scene as a memory for its visceral vibe continues on and has now permeated your life, tainted it with its colour. Then as those 'all of a sudden' it doesn't matter whether it was a dream or not, for its truth has changed you nonetheless.
To get into the skin of a rape victim, feeling her pain within yourself... and then bringing out the perfect reflection of black from her eyes to ours... this is done brilliantly here by Akansha.Secondly coming to the subject matter itself, when I first read it, I feared the protagonist, I feared for the man in black, that the protagonist would either harm him, or him through herself. That 'don't trust me NOT to hurt you' sentiment pouring out of her veins.
Interesting Sabah... you showed me the new perspective here...
However upon a second glance, I fear that man in the Tuxedo, a metaphor for 'form over substance, the anthem of this world, that as long as it looks good the truth of it does not matter.
I agree with this one... even I got the same feeling...The fact that the protagonist says 'don't save me if you love me' , says those words out aloud, means that the man does not understand her, has missed her point of being. According to Akki, that line can bring different meanings for different people....depends on how we interpret it... for eg. (in her own words)... If you r the believer in immortal pure love, you'd think she died because she couldnt face him after being tainted. If you are the beliver in headstrong personalities for women, you'd believe that she herself didnt want to live with the abuse.Worse still he has failed to bind her to the earth. For this is the truth of human connections for me, they ground you to the earth, a cure for the plasticity of the world that freezes hearts into numbness.Another meaning, which is closer to what I have interpreted...is that...(again Akki's own words)... the girl wants to escape from person who never loved her as much as she did... he never understood her and failed to save her. She saw more of black...how she is expecting light (assurance from the man she loves) but gets nothing but never ending darkness. Nothing more hurt than the fact that it was over... that she was sure he didnt love her enogh to accept the 'tainted' her.
I fear that man. These last words echoing this trepidation "I can't decipher if I see love in them because the black is more profound. It's all colour black."Here is another interpretation... it could be her lack of faith in the guy... as midunderstandings rip people apart... may be that guy really did love her...the flicker in his eyes was just because he was too shocked. (very human!)
The protagonist reveals as she says this staring at her reflection in his eyes, but her reflection as his love has tainted her, as the world has tinged her, both by failing to touch her.
I agree with this one the most... as you said, he failed to bind her to this earth.
So I say again, I fear that man.
Love Sabah
