It was true and Kashish actually stood in front of him. The wind blew the snow all around yet still her face was the only thing which he noticed.
It couldn't have been true and he turned away thinking she was just his illusion.
"Sujal…"
He closed his eyes on hearing her voice as he didn't want the torture to continue. Only he knew how much torment the voices and illusions had been. He had to take her out of his mind which was of course next to impossible.
Yet she called him again, "Sujal…" he attempted to walk away to stop the voices but she stopped him. "Sujal please don't walk away like this. Me itni dhoore sirf tumhaare liye aayi hu, hamare liye aayi hu."
It was only then that he turned around with amazement as it wasn't an illusion. She was really there right in front of him. He couldn't believe she actually stood there and his heart filled up with overwhelment. He stared at her glowing face which had soft flakes on the cheeks which made her look very innocent like a four year old.
Visaal had tears in her eyes as she looked at his anguished face. His dark eyes told her all the pain he had gone through just because of her and his love for her. She wished she could have wiped it all off but it wasn't possible. Yet what was possible was to rectify everything by returning in his life as his Kashish. "I know Sujal you've been through a lot over the past year. I won't even be able to imagine half of it but what I know is that the love hasn't decrease at all." She moved a bit closer to him, "agar huwa hota na to phir zindagi hame dubaara kabhi nahi milaati Sujal. I would have never felt that connection to you when I first saw you half dead on the operation table." Tears flowed out of her eyes as she remembered that painful state. "Yet I always wanted to fight against my feelings but deep down it was your love and belief which had never allowed me to get free from you at all." She looked around and felt the snow on her palms. "Tumhe yaad hain Sujal yeh jage. Yeh wahi jage hain jaha pe os pyaar ke ehsaas ki shuruwaat huwi thi." He continued to stare at her in amazement as he hadn't thought she would have remembered anything. "It was the place where finally two estranged dreams were going to connect forever to form that reality which was going to change two people's lives forever. Isee jage pe hamari pehli mulaqaat huwi thi." She felt the snowflakes on her palms and softly blew them off. "It was this place where we had confessed our love for each other and it was this place where two souls had joined to remain till eternity." All the time he simply stared at her as if he was hypnotized and wasn't allowed to look or think anything else. Then she faced him again. "Or aaj hum phirse osee jage pe khare hain Sujal. It is our whole and soul witness of the love that conspired between us and then grew with each living second." Her lips slightly trembled with the cold but she didn't feel it once she got lost into the pools of his soft gaze. "It was the place where I'd seen my life in front of me and today too I've returned to be alive again." The tears flowed like a small stream. "Mujhe laga tha ke me apni os sachai se bhaag sakhungi jo ke meree zindagi barbaad kardega. Per me yeh nahi jaanti thi Sujal ke me apni zindagi se hee bhaag rahee hoon." She moved even closer to him. "I'd failed to understand that a body can't simply survive without its soul. Oske bagair to wo bemainee hain. Or Kashish to Sujal ka wo ehsaas hain jo ke koi chaahe bhi to nahi mita sakta. Kashish to jeetee hee hain Sujal ke os ehsaas ki wajese or Sujal, Kashish to kabhi juda the hee nahin. Onhe to hamesha ke liye ek saath jore liya tha SUJISH ke bandhan me." When she saw he was still baffled she cried further. "Today I stand here not as Visaal who was clouded by her own inhibitions to have suppressed Kashish forever, but as Kashish who only lived for Sujal. And today I ask Sujal the man who is souly responsible for the Kashish that stands in front of him. Simply that will he give his Kashish another chance to live again? Kya wo apni Kashish ko ek or moka dega apni zindagi me aane ka or ose beinteha mohabbat karne ka?"
Time seemed to have halted for both of them. The storm around them blew hard and the snow flakes rushed against their faces. They simply stared at each other with so much to tell yet there were no words to express. Their eyes had done all the talking that was required and his eyes had always been the window to look into his heart and she was able to understand his answer very well. He gradually moved forward as she stood with her eyes downcasted and tears flowing out. His hand automatically reached up to the bottom of her eyes and then with the light touch of his fingers he wiped away her tears.
If there was anything he couldn't tolerate, they were her tears.
His move startled her and she stared up at him with compassion as she felt him come closer. Then she felt the light touch of his lips right below both of her eyes.
She closed them to feel the love. Then the touch covered her forehead which cleared all the doubts.

For the next few seconds both of them stared at each other intensely and then just burst into each other's arms.

The excitement had become too overwhelming and they simply didn't have any expressive words for it. All they wanted to do was to remain that close to each other and just hold on to absorb each other's fragrance and keep it forever.

All the past memories ran through them as they held on close. From the first time they met and all the encounters.

Then the mischiefs and Sujal's funny ways of confessing were all running through. Then there was his poetry from which he had given Kashish a new name. Everything held such extreme meaning for them both that they themselves didn't know the depth.

He tightened his arms around her as he hid his face in the bushel of her long think hair. His eyes were moist too but they were tears of joy that finally his yearn for her love was complete. She was here right in his arms to remain forever.

Visaal felt so complete that she almost felt as if she had just been born all over again. It was a new beginning for sure and she knew that God was certainly pleased with her somewhere to have granted her this boon once again in her life.

She couldn't think any longer how life would have continued without him and just felt so grateful to have remembered Kashish again.

That very place that they stood had been the witness of their love and like their first meeting; it also rained upon them to seal their relation for eternity.

The reunion wasn't just of two lovers but of two souls who were inseperable. The hardships they had been through and how even after had been separated they were joined once again, proved how much they were meant to be together. Destinies had lost against them and now except for the almighty, there was no power which could have come between them.
They wanted to forget the rest of the world and simply just get lost in each other's embrace. It had been so long since they had been that close so they didn't want it to end at all. Sujal didn't need to tell her anything because she had already felt the response. Like before he never really had to express how he felt towards her, similarly he didn't need to say anything. She understood everything. His eyes told her everything and right then not only had Sujal got his Kashish back but Visaal had also finally got her Sharim. The one man whom she had only dreamt about and had never thought she would actually have him in her life.
Ten minutes passed and both of them hadn't realized the account of time at all. It was only the comical interruption from their so called well wishers which broke them apart abruptly. Rishi and Armaan were hooting and dancing around, singing a funny teasing song whilst Varun and Pratham also joined in.
Both Sujal and Kashish were baffled as to where the hell did those guys come from and now they were just caught in an awkward situation. They tried their best to avoid eye contact with either of them because of the deep embarrassment they felt right then. It was true that all of them knew about their alliance and it probably wasn't the first time they had seen them this close but still the awkwardness had always been there. It was just part of their nature to be that shy.
However the gang was just too hyped to have stopped then. They were delighted that finally Sujal had got his happiness and life back. They celebrated the success of their plan as practically they were equally responsible for the reunion. If it wouldn't have had been for their support then the beautiful scene wouldn't have taken place in front of them. It was freezing cold with the windy snow. It was late at night yet none of it bothered any of them since the joyfulness amongst them took over everything.
"Tum…tum log yaha kya karahe ho?" Sujal asked slightly stuttering out of embarrassment. He pretended as if nothing had happened.
The men settled down but the mischief hadn't left either of them. "Itna barya drama ka climax hone jaaraha ho or hum ose miss kare." Rishi teased as he put his arm around Sujal.
Pratham took over, "Of course after so much anticipation and hard work have we today got to see this delightful night." He pretended to be very dramatic whilst Sujal shook his head with disbelief. He understood all of them and knew what big actors they all were.
Just then Armaan went and stood between Sujal and Kashish. "Ab itna bara kaam kiya hain hamne to oska inaam bhi milna chaheeye na." he gave a cute smile.
"What exactly are you talking about guys?" Sujal felt as if he had missed something. "Aisa kya kiya hain tum sab ne jo mujhe nahin pata?" He eyed each one of them accusingly.
All four of them burst out laughing and then narrated everything they had done till date to patch the two up. How many plans they had come up with when he was in the hospital. As well as how Armaan was responsible for have had brought Sujal back to Sanjeevni.
By the end Sujal gaped that all of them had been able to fool them yet he also felt touched that they all cared for him so much. Then again he felt like punching them all for have had tortured him so much whilst each one of them knew what Visaal was up to.
"So now that the very beloved love birds," Armaan continued in his usual tease, "have united I think our job is done." He smacked his hands together with satisfaction, "I think we all deserve a treat. Don't you think guys?" he reverted to the other three men who cheered on with him.
Sujal simply rolled up his sleeves, "sach me inaam to tum sab ko milna hee chaheeye." The way he prepared himself gave the guys indication of his intentions and they prepared themselves to make a run. "After all your hard work should really pay off." He moved towards them slowly.
They moved back, "wese aaj na bhi mile to koi baat nahin," Rishi grinned weakly as he knew what his brother was going to do. Armaan seconded him, "yes bhaiya aap lage rahe no problem."
"Abhi dikha ta hu tujhe..." he charged on them as the four men ran to save their lives. It was a hilarious state for sure and Visaal burst out laughing too. It had felt as if it had been eons since she had laughed that much. It surely did feel as if she had been reborn.
The chase continued for a while longer when at last they all just stopped and Sujal hugged them all. He was really happy that they had done so much just for him and he wondered if he would ever be able to repay them. In return they told him that he had already done so much for them that this was like a repayment to him. Rishi showed his remorse of how it was something he owed Sujal because of his mis doings earlier. If he wouldn't have interfered with his life like that then the long separation wouldn't have taken place. Sujal just hugged him and told him never to think about the past again. What happened was just a bad era of their lives but now it was time to look forward to the amazing future lying ahead.
Later all of them had left the snowy windy streets of Shimla and had returned back to the farmhouse. When Kashish saw the burnt state of it, she was devastated. It had been a symbol of their love and here it was in ruins. Sujal explained how egonising it had been for him to see everything and remember her, yet she wasn't with him. She felt his pain and then assured him that she wasn't going to be able to wipe all that out but she was sure to bring new fondable memories in his life.
It was decided that they all were going to renovate the place again to bring it back to its original self. Sujal and Kashish had spent plenty of lovable moments there and as they cleared many things all of them became fresh. They remembered the cozy moments they had spent in the yard by the steps. Then there were the sweet moments they had spent on their small arguments and teasing. Each and every place had the stamp of Sujal and Kashish's infinite love.
After some cleaning they lied on the steps outside again holding hands. They stared up at the cold night sky. The snow had settled down now but it felt really pleasant. Plus their closeness didn't allow them to feel any material things.
"I'd never thought I'd be able to see this night again." He said softly as he leaned his head against her's.
She entwined their fingers tightly, "I know Sujal it almost feels like a dream come true but I promise that I won't let it shatter to pieces."
He moved his head back only to turn her towards him. "Me jaanta hu Kashish or yeh vaada sirf tumhaara nahin balke hum dono ka hain. We'll make a new life together which would only be full of our love and trust for each other."
"Yes it will be." She moved closer and kissed his forehead. Then they both hugged each other again satisfied with the fulfillment.
After two odd minutes they separated and Kashish rested her head against his chest as they remained still on the steps. "You know Sujal tum bhale hee Kashish ke Sujal ho lekin Visaal ke liye tum hamesha oske Sharim hee rahoge." It made him smile as he wrapped his arms around her. "Kyu ke wo Sharim hee hain jisne Visaal ko itna jeena sikhaya or ose Kashish banaya. And then Kashish met Sujal." Her hands rested on his. "For the world you will be Sujal but for me you'll be Sharim."
"I'll be whoever you want me to be madam." He buried his face in her long hair. "Just promise me that you'll remain my Kashish forever." He kissed her on her cheek and she closed her eyes.
The promise was sworn which both of them knew wasn't going to be broken. Then she made him sing her favourite song which had always soothed her mind. The one song which Sharim had sent her with his own voice. He obliged with pleasure giving a dramatic pose as if she was a princess and he was at her abide. He looked awfully sweet as his melodious voice filled the magical night air.

One hour later
"Bhaiya, shouldn't we tell Sujal bhaiya everything that has happened with the case?" Armaan asked Rishi as they both had just finished clearing up one part of the destroyed farmhouse.
Rishi stood up, "I don't think this is the right time to tell Big B anything." He folded his arms across his chest. "The happiness that has just returned back shouldn't be ruined like this. We will tell him everything but give it some more time."
Yet Armaan still looked edgy. "I agree that we should wait but you know how he'll be mad that we kept it from him. After all wasn't Akshat very close to him?"
That made Rishi turn towards him with a sad face, "yes he was Arman which is the very reason why I don't want Big B to know right now. Are itni mushkil se to onhe khushi milee hain to ose bhasm nahi karna chahta."
"You're right bhaiya, I guess for now we shouldn't tell Sujal bhaiya anything."
"You shouldn't tell me what?" Sujal stood at the threshold of the room looking over his two brothers.
It startled them both and horror took over them as they thought that had he heard everything they talked about. They eyed each other and then back at Sujal who waited for an answer from either of them.
He moved inside closer to them. "You guys look as if you've seen a ghost." He chuckled which relieved the other two as he hadn't heard their conversation at all.
"Hehehe," Armaan laughed like a clown, "nothing, me and Rishi bhaiya were just talking about telling you about our new member of the family." He looked overjoyed.
Sujal gave them a confused look and then when they told them about Mauli delivering Rohit he was overjoyed too. He couldn't believe so much happened behind him and yet no one informed him. They then told him that so much was already going on with him that it wasn't easy to tell him everything. He understood and then died to meet Rohit and Armaan showed him his pictures on his mobile. Sujal adored him as much as he could and couldn't wait to finally meet him.
Just then an exasperated Visaal rushed inside the room. "Sharim! qayamat aagayee hain."
