Veer Priya Meet (ii)

Veer: Are you ok? (Priya keeps on staring Veer and instantly falls in love with him.Veer was also looking at the beauty infront of him.After a gap of few seconds he asked Priya again.) Are you alright princess?

Priya: I guess so.

Veer: So, what are you doing here?

Priya: I came here to collect some berries for myself, suddenly the bad guys came and attacked me.

Veer: You know what, you should careful in these things.The bad guys just come and irritate innocent girls like you.

Priya: Really?

Veer: Yes, I believe that every girl should know sword fighting and stuff like that so that she can face this kind of situation.

Priya: This means that you are not really happy in saving me. Is that so? (smiles)

Veer: No its not like that.(smiles)

Priya: Then, what is it?

Veer: A piece of advice. You know.

Priya: By the way, how did you come to know that I am a princess?

Veer: Your dress, your code of conduct, everything indicates that you are a princess. Anyone can make out. It is not a big deal.

Priya: Who are you? it looks that you belong to a good cast.

Veer: How? (with a slight smile)

Priya: By your way of talking and all.

Veer: Thanks for the compliment, but I belong to a far lower cast than of yours.

Priya: You mean you are a shramik(slave)?

Veer: Not a slave, but leader of slaves.

Priya: Ok.(both of them were walking, suddenly Veer stopped) what happened?

Veer: I came here to borrow some water from the well as my companions are waiting for me at lunch, but I can't go there we slaves are not allowed to cross any kingdom.

Priya: Don't worry, I'll get it for you.

Veer: No please don't take that much pain.

Priya: Its ok.(Priya goes and gets a bucket full of water for Veer)

Veer: Thanks. Now will you manage to go back all by yourself or do you need help again.(laughs)

Priya: No I'll manage.(smiles)bye.

Veer: Ok take care bye.

Both move in the opposite directions

DHARAM'S MISBEHAVIOUR

Veer reaches his place. Rahul was standing with fold arms. Veer gives water to his companions and stands beside a tree, just then Rahul comes;

Rahul: What took you so long in bringing water from the well.

Veer: Well, I met a girl on my way and I saved her life.

Rahul: So what? you have an old habit of saving everyone's life, when required. She must be some ordinary girl.

Veer: She was not an ordinary girl. (with a smile)

Rahul: Then, who was she?

Veer: A princess.

Rahul: Princess?

Veer: Yes.

Rahul: You must be kidding.

Veer: No, I am not.

Rahul: Ok now tell me, was she pretty? (asks in excitement)

Veer: She was beautiful. (makes a dreamy face)

Rahul: So, do you love her?

Veer: If I say that she is beautiful. It does not mean that I love her. Remember that we are slaves & our duty is to serve the royals nothing else.

Rahul: Please tell me what is your opinion about her come on……(He keeps on asking Veer more & more about Priya & like this they go inside the house)

On the other hand, Priya was going back to the palace with berries, as it was a long route so when she reaches at the palace it was almost night. When she enters the palace she asks the minister about Dharam in sign language;

Minister: Please don't go inside his room he is drunk, you will be in a big trouble.

Priya: Nothing will happen let me go & see. (She goes inside & sees that the furniture is broken, table is on the floor bottle caps are scattered & Dharam is almost lying on the chair holding a big bottle of wine in his hand with his eyes closed)

Dharam in a drunk voice: Who is there?

Priya: Its me Priya.

Dharam: Oooooh...Priya come here my dear.(Priya was confused by his convo.with her,he suddenly dragged her towards himself) Priya: What are you doing?

Dharam: You are my would be wife so I am doing what a husband should do.

Priya:
I don't want to come near you.

Dharam: WHEN I AM SAYING THAT COME HERE THEN YOU SHOULD LISTEN TO ME!

Priya: NO! I DON'T WANT TO.

Dharam: Ok then I'll make you come near to me. (he drags her & pushes her to the bed,she falls. Dharam breaks the bottle of wine. Falls over Priya, forcefully interlocks his fingers with her fingers and closes the fist & misbehaves with her. Priya starts to cry just then the minister rushes inside pulls Dharam from his collar and gives him a punch.Dharam falls unconcious on the bed and minister takes Priya out of the room.

Minister: Go to your room madam.(she goes in her room,and cries badly but suddenly she calms down as she thinks of Veer and says I love you Veer)

On the other side Veer cannot sleep and was changing his position lying on the bed. Rahul also wakes up.(it was midnight)

Rahul: What happened?

Veer: I cannot sleep. That princess is all over my mind I don't know whether its infatuation or else.

Rahul: Oh.. come on go to sleep for god sake.

PRIYA VISITS SLAVES VILLAGE:

Veer: It is true, I am not joking. I cannot get her out of my mind.

Rahul: Then just tell her whenever you meet that girl, but please stop disturbing me at this hour. I hardly get a sleep of 5 hours & you are thinking of that girl like a romeo thinks about his juliet. Do whatever you want. But let me sleep.(says in irritation)

The next morning in Aryanagar, Priya is in her room surrounded by Veer's thoughts. While Dharam is lying on his bed,he wakes up rubbing his head because of headache and is shocked to see the condition of his room, as he does not remember anything about what happened in the previous night. He comes out of his room after changing his clothes.

He goes to the main lounge. A servant comes and gives Dharam a letter in which it was written that Dharam has to go to the neighbouring kingdom for a few days for some important meetings. Dharam orders his servants to make arrangements for his journey. Then, he goes to his minister who is upset from Dharam because of the incident which took place last night;

Dharam: I am going out of the kingdom for some important meetings. This work may take a few days or more, so please look after this place in my absence.

Minister: Don't teach me, I know my job. You don't have to repeat the same sentences again & again. I have been with you since my years, I know each & everything. You need not to be worried. Go & attend your important meetings. (replies rudely)

Dharam: What has happened to you? why are you upset from me? please tell me? (he asks as he is in shock)

Minister: Don't you feel embarassed for what you did last night, in a drunk state?

Dharam: Did what?

Minister: Forget it.

Dharam: I don't remember anything, one more thing I have locked Priya's room from outside. Don't open it till I come.(and he goes)

The moment Dharam leaves, The minister opens Priya's room & tells her to relax as Dharam has gone for few days. Priya goes to the balcony & she sees a small hut type place at a distance;

Priya: What is that hut? (points her finger over the hut)

Minister: That is the village of slaves.

Priya in her mind: It means that Veer shall be there. (coming back from thoughts) I want to visit that place.

The minister is shocked;

Minister: But madam it doesn't look nice to visit that place it is not of your status.

Priya: Please, I want to go.

On the other hand, Veer is lost in Priya's thoughts;

Rahul: Oh brother, if you don't want to any work tell me firmly. (Veer doesn't reply) you are lost again?

Veer: Yes I am lost in that girl's thoughts I wish she comes to meet me now.

Rahul: This is not a movie that here you wish her to come and the next second she meets you this is reality.

As both of them are talking somebody tells Veer that a girl has come to meet him. Veer becomes excited and rushes he sees none other than Priya and is happy;

Veer: Greetings madam.

He takes Priya towards the small sitting area;

Veer: So, what made you come here?

Priya: Just wanted to say thanks for saving my life that day.

Veer: Well madam, that was my duty. By the way I couldn't catch your name that day.

Priya: My name is Priya.

Veer after thinking a bit: If I am not wrong you are the only daughter of king Someshwar of Dehli. Right?

Priya: Yes. But how do you know?

Veer: I have information of each & every kingdom. And I respect them as well. Although I am a shramik but still I respect them. Except one.

Priya: Which one?

Veer: Kingdom of Arya.(Priya was shocked)Dharam destroyed my life.

Priya: Why, what happened?

Veer: I had only one sister, my parents died a long time ago, two years back, my sister told me that she is in love with Dharam. I was shocked as well as tense. I warned her not to be in a big trap, I tried to convince her but she was not ready to listen to me. A few days later.Dharam came himself to see me,& he said that he wants to marry my sister, he loves her. I was reluctant at first but then I said yes to his proposal by looking at his anxiety and my sister's better future.Both of them got married a few months later, I came to know that Dharam killed her. I told everyone but due to his dirty politics no one was ready to listen to me. And since then I hate him
