King Dharam:

He is the king of ARYANAGAR.He is very proud and mean,he has alot of class hatred.He hates the slaves(Shramiks)and treats them as animals.He develops his interest in Princess Priya,of Kingdom of Dehli.

Veer:

He is handsome and good-natured person,he belongs to a lower cast,he is the leader of the shramiks,he respects all the royals but he hates dharam for being extra-cruel,he is working hard,day and night to set his companions free from all kinds of slavery.

Princess Priya:

She is the princess of Dehli.She is very kind-hearted,and has a sweet nature.She is deadly against the discrimination of the royals and the slaves.She thinks that all the people should be treated with equality and justice.She falls in love with Veer.

King Someshwar:

He is the king og Dehli,father of Princess Priya,he is over cautious about her daughter,and wants that her daughter to marry only a prince of his status,no one else.

Queen Nivriti:

She is the queen of Dehli,mother of Princess Priya,she has the same views about her daughter as that of his husband.

It was a bright sunny morning outside the kingdom of Dehli.Princess Priya was in her room and was brushing her beautiful long hair infront of the mirror.Her mother enters:

Nivriti:
Good morning Priya.
Priya:
Good morning mother.(she replies with a gloomy voice)

Nivriti: What happened my child? why are you so upset?

Priya: Mother,why am I bound to stay inside the palace,why I can't visit the places of my own choice? you people have put alot of restrictions on me I am sick and tired of them.

Nivriti: What are you talking about beta? you are always free to visit the places you want to,nobody will stop you,and as far as the restrictions are concerned,these are for your security as you are the only daughter,and Someshwar and I,don't want to loose you.That is it.

Priya: Really? I don't really think so.

Nivriti: Why?

Priya: Ok, let me explain, since I have turned 17 I asked you and father a hundred times, that I want to visit the village of the shramiks,but you both never gave me permission. Why am I so over-protected?

Nivriti: Because you are a princess,and its our responsibility to protect you.Village of the shramiks is not of our status,they are our servants,they work for us.

Priya: They are human-beings first,we should'nt treat them like animals. I like to help them in every possible way I can.Suppose, if I fall in love with some shramik, will both of you allow me to marry him? tell me?

Nivriti: Are you in your senses Priya?? you will only marry a prince,but of your choice,it is the law of all the kingdoms,and you cannot break it.

Priya: I want to marry a person who is good by heart,and who loves me more than anything in the world and can do anything for my happiness.Regardless he is a prince or a slave.And I know that I will find my real prince-charming sooner or later.

Nivriti: You have consumed alot of time in this discussion.I came here to tell you that Maharaj Dharam of Aryanagar is coming tomorrow to seek your hand.So be prepared.

Priya: What??you have already decided, without my consent.Why you people always thrust your opinion on me?

Nivriti: We are not thrusting our opinion on you,he is a very nice person,talk to him, I am sure you will like him,ok dear?

Priya: Ok mother, as you wish.

Nivriti smiles and leaves.
