HEY GUYS I KNOW YOU ALL ARE PISSED OFF WITH TODAY'S EPISODE. I HAVE AN UPDATE OF A VERY NICE EPISODE. 😛

CHAPTER 24: THE CHALLENGE

"SOME CHALLENGES CHANGE YOUR LIFE DRASTICALLY. JUST HAVE PATIENCE AND YOU WILL SURELY UNDERSTAND WHAT THE CHANGE IS MEANT FOR."

Kalpi was walking aimlessly on the streets. She went and sat on a bench thinking about the days events and a tear escaped her eyes. Just then a handicapped child came and sat beside her. she had a conversation with him and realised that she should happy with what she has rather crying over what she does not. She got up and walked back towards the office. Here Pakhi tried convincing Raghav that she could not boss around with Kalpi "Sir, main Kalpi ke saath boss around kaise kar sakti hoon. Vo Kamla maa ki beti hai. Meri behen hai vo." Raghav asked her to take a deep breath and drink some water. He went around the table and said "Yeh mera office hai. Main yahan ka boss hoon. Yahan vahi hoga jo main chahunga. Now get back to work and yes agli baar mere cabin mein aane se pehele you better knock." Pakhi left the cabin. Here Kalpi was doing some work and Raghav was busy admiring her from his monitor. Kalpi called him and asked if she could meet him. Raghav told that he would let her know.

Pakhi straightaway went to Kalpi "Khadoos se baat karne ka toh koi faida nahi hua. Ab tu hi bata nai tere saath boss around kaise kar sakti hoon." Kalpi reprimanded her saying "Pakhi yeh ek office hai aur har office ki ek hierarchy hoti hai. Jahan ek boss hota hai aur baki sab uske under kaam kartey hain. Ab tu bhi jaa aur apne kaam pe concentrate kar." Pakhi was frustrated hearing the same thing over and over again "Haan haan samajh gayi. Tu bhi kya uss khadoos ki tarah ban gayi hai. Hum best friends the aur humesha rahenge." Kalpi yet again denied it saying "Pakhi. Hum kabhi friends nahi the. Tu humesha se hi memsaab ki beti rahi hai aur main bai ki beti." Pakhi was even more frustrated and said "God I need coffee." Kalpi got up only to be stopped by Pakhi "Oh hello!! Tum kahan jaa rahi ho. Aur yeh aap aap kya laga rakha hai. I can get myself a cup of coffee." Kalpi got back to her seat. Unknown to them a pair of eyes had witnessed the whole thing between them.

Raghav had cctv cameras all around his office. He purposefully put a camera near Kalpi's table so that he could see her doing her work properly and offcourse to notice each and every movement of hers. He not only saw both the girls discussing on the arrangement of positions but even heard each and every word of theirs. He felt very bad when Kalpi called herself a bai ki beti "Kya karoon main iska. Jab tak khud ko bara nahi samjhegi tab tak yeh bara nahi ban payegi. Kuch karna padega." With that he got up and went to the coffee machine. He found Pakhi taking two cups of coffee.he asked about the second cup and Pakhi in excitement blurted out Kalpi's name but was too late to take her words back. Raghav called Kalpi and asked her "Tum yaha kar kya rahi ho? Tumhari boss apne liye aur tumhare liye coffee bana rahi hai." Kalpi looked at Pakhi and then said "Lekin sir maine nahi kaha tha." Raghav called both the girls inside the cabin and turned to Kalpi "Mere liye ek chai leke ana." With that he left and Kalpi took the coffee tray from Pakhi's hand while Pakhi followed Raghav to his cabin. Pakhi started saying that she cannot boss around with Kalpi and asked Raghav not to be strict with her "Kalpi meri behen jaisi hai. Please don't be so strict with her. Chai chahiye na. Main le aati hoon." Raghav had tolerated enough of her nonsense "Enough Ms. Kapoor. Maine tumse pehele bhi kaha hai ki iss office main vahi hoga jo main chahunga. Maine chai Ms. Jadav se mangi hai. Vahi lekar aayegi." Just then Kalpi entered with a letter in her hand. Raghav turned towards her and said "Chai lekar aao Ms. Jadav." and went and sat on his chair. Pakhi opened her mouth to say something but Raghav cut her off saying "Not a word Ms. Kapoor. Aur agar phir se koi problem hui toh main tum dono ko office se nikal doonga." Kalpi went and stood beside him and said "Ho gaya sir? Ab main boloon? Lijiye isey padh lijiye." Raghav took the envelope from her hand. Thinking it to be a resignation letter, the idiot blurted out even before opening it only to regret it later "Toh tum resignation leke bhi aagayi. Bhagodi humesha bhagodi hi reheti hai." Kalpi stood there arms crossed and waited for him to read. Raghav unfolded the letter and started reading. His expressions changed from surprised to shick to amusement and at last admiration. After he finished reading Kalpi asked "Padh liya sir? Ab main boloon. Yeh mera resignation letter nahi promotion letter hai. Jab aapne peheli baar mera interview liya tha tab apko apne office ke liye self motivated go getters chahiye the. Aap jante hai ki vo main hoon phir bhi pata nahi kyun manna nahi chahte. Par koi baat nahi. Main agle tees dino mein aapko apni kabiliyat prove karke dikhaungi. Aur tees din baad aap khud mujhe yeh letter sign karke denge." She picked up a marker from the desk and wrote 30 on the cabin glass "Mark dis sir. Thirty days. Aur in tees dino main aap khud mujhe promotion letter sign karke denge." All the while Raghav looked at Kalpi with awe while Pakhi was more than happy with Klapi's fighting spirit. Kalpi turned towards the door but stopped and said "Excuse me sir, main aapki chai lekar aati hoo." Raghav was tongue tied and thus replied by a nod by then Pakhi too left the cabin. He again looked at the letter and smirked which soon turned into a smile "Yeh ladki mujhe humesha chouka deti hai. Aaj tak kisi ki himmat nahi hui mujhse ulti baat karne ki. Aur isey dekho mujhe open challenge de kar gayi hai. Sach, waqt ke saath aur bhi zyada ziddi aur ladaku ban gayi hai meri Kalpi...wait ...meri Kalpi...arey yaar mujhe iske bare mein sochna bandh karna padega."

Here Kalpi was busy making tea and muttering "Khadoos kahin ka. Thik se muskurana bhi nahi ata. Humesha taak pe rehete hai ki kab Kalpi aayegi aur mein uspe jhapat padunga. Jee toh karta hai ki poore din unhe unke cabin mein lock karke rakh doon aur ac bhi off kar doon. Ek hi din mein saari akal thikane aa jayegi." She took the tea cup to Raghav's cabin. Raghav was still thinking about the challenge when a knock on his door brought him back. It was Kalpi. She entered the cabin and gave him tea. Without saying anything she left the cabin. Raghav looked at her retreating back and smilingly picked up the cup.

Sammy came out of his cabin and found Pakhi busy with her phone. He walked up to her and found her engrossed in some video game. He smiled and asked her "Pakhi yeh tum kya kar rahi ho? Tumhe kaam nahi karna kya?" Pakhi looked up and said "It's a stress buster game. Stress kam hoga toh kaam bhi double hoga na. you also try na its Jodha Akbar. Ok now let me concentrate on my game." Sammy smirked and left from there thinking "Pagal kahi ki. Vaise kaafi cute hai. Bachpana bohot hai par thik hai." While Pakhi too was thinking about Sammy but on a different note "Kahin Sammy sir ne Raghav sir ko game ke baarey mein bata diya to? Nahi nahi koi bharosa nahi hai iska. Vaise toh bohot cute hai par pata nahi kahin yeh bhi khadoos jaisa nikla toh..bach ke rehna padega abse. Be alert Pakhi." The office hours are over and Raghav comes to check on his employees. He sees Kalpi working and smiles. Just them Pakhi comes in with full attitude and says "Ms. Jadav. I am leaving. Tum bhi jaa sakti ho. Vaise letters ka kya hua jo maine tumhe type karne ke liye di thi. Dikhao zara." Kalpi move a little and Pakhi came to her side. She whispered to Kalpi in an inaudible tone "Kalpi. Sorry haan. Vo khadoos saamne khada hai. Chal kal milte hain haan." Kalpi peeped to see Raghav and smiled thinking about Pakhi's acting. She nodded her head while Pakhi said "Good. Tum ghar jaa sakti ho." Saying so she left the office giving Kalpi a wink. Kalpi smiled widely while Raghav shook his head "Yeh dono yahan office office khelne aayi hai kya?" he thought of going and bashing Kalpi but his hand started troubling him. Kalpi noticed him in pain and thus went to him with the first aid box.

Raghav tried taking out his phone from the other pocket and winced in pain. Kalpi knocked his cabin and entered. Raghav looked up at her and said "Tum abhi tak yahi ho? Ghar nahi gayi?" Kalpi asked him to take the medicines orelse the pain would turn into infection. Raghav being the stubborn man he is denies taking it saying "Main khud ke liye na toh khud se aur naa hi kisi aur se sahanubhooti ki ummeed karta hoo. Tum jaa sakti ho." Kalpi kept the box and left the cabin while Raghav was thinking about Kalpi "Kitna khayal hai isey sabka. Maine isey itna bura bhala kaha phir bhi isne meri jaan bachayi. Aur phir coffee ko lekar bhi kitna kuch kehe diya lekin phir bhi mere liye first aid box lekar aayi. Bohot pyaari hai." He took the first aid box and applied the medicines on his injury. Outside it was raining heavily and not a single public transport was in sight. Kalpi was fully drenched in the rain and kept waiting for an auto. Just then Raghav came with his car and saw Kalpi waiting for an auto. Kalpi tried stopping the car but Raghav drove off. Kalpi gritted her teeth in frustration "Aai shapath. Agar aai isski itni izzat nahi kar rahi hoti na toh pakka iski akal thikane le aati." While in the car Raghav felt bad not not giving a lift "Mujhe usey lift de deni chahiye thi. Par main uske saamne kamzor padh jaata hoon. Kya haal bana diya hai iss ladki ne mera. Kuch bhi karne se pehele dus baar sochna padhta hai ki Kalpi ka kya reaction hoga." Somehow Kalpi got an auto and went back home. While Raghav was silently following her. Here Pakhi was feeling bad for Kalpi and decided to find her a new job. While on the other side Sammy was busy thinking about the challenge between Raghav and Kalpi. What has fate planned for these four? What is their future? Only fate knows...
