Interesting and I'm sure there will be tons of propaganda attached but while it's easy to dismiss the theory that Shah Jahan did not build the Taj Mahal and it was once a Hindu Temple named Tejo Mahal as a Right Wing Fantasy....there are many points that lay credence to the Conspiracy theory( for now)

1) Shah Jahan wrote many memoirs/letters/autobiographical records. Not one has a mention of the Taj Mahal. Construction or otherwise.

2) Records of Foreign tourists like Peter Mundy, an Englishman mentioning the Taj Mahal in his records in the same year as Mumtaz's death.

3) The Government of India has banned any sort of dating method on the Taj Mahal. But, Marvin Mills a scientist from New York managed to Carbon Date a Wooden door from the structure in 1974. He dated it as being 300 years older than Shah Jahan himself.

Many such points exist. A deeper investigation must be done. A lot of trash people consider "the truth" is propoganda as well, just from a different era.

Quoting the fraud PN Oak now, are we? Lol. All his absurd claims about the Vatican, Notre Dame, Kaaba, and Taj Mahal being former temples have been debunked. A quick search on any of the points you mentioned will show you how ridiculous they are, but for the lazy ones, here’s a quick rundown.

Shah Jahan never wrote a memoir or biography, but multiple historians recorded his grief after Mumtaz’s death and the construction of the Taj Mahal that followed. There are even official records of the land purchase for the site.

Peter Mundy wrote about the “construction” of the Mahal when he visited in 1632, his exact word… “The building is begun and is to be all of white marble.”

And about the carbon dating of wood, trees can live for decades, even centuries, before being repurposed by humans. So,, that’s not exactly the smoking gun some think it is. Common sense, really.

Funny thing is, even a decade ago, the staunchest Sanghis used to dismiss Oak as a complete nutcase. Guess times really are changing.

If u unearth whole india obviously remains of older building can be found. . Beneath Many Hindu temples, jain or Buddhist temples can be found.

Something was there before and later something else was built on same place. It could be destruction or earthquake.

India has so many bigger problems

1. Worst quality Infrastructure

2. Too much tax on everything

3. No benefit for taxpayers

4. They don’t think about growth now,

only think about freebies

5. They did many scams indirectly

6. Corruption everywhere

7. Poor medical facilities

8. High Unemployment

But current government cares is what happened 500 years back to manipulate ppl.

Keep doing hindu Muslim n politicians will keep filling their pockets n stupid indian ppl will keep on voting. And India will always be a developing country only. Gadkari and shah became billionaires n public fighting over temple mosques.

If they have so much problems with muslims, why inviting taliban ministers, why stopped operation Sindoor mid way.

Because these movies and cases r just political agenda to fool ppl to keep them busy so they don't ask important questions n politicians keep winning.

Many historians? I think you mean Lahori, Shah Jahans court historian who wrote Badshahnama.

British Historians of those times specifically HM Elliot have written about North India in great detail with no mention of the Taj Mahal.

Multiple chronicles other than Badshahnama have been written describing the reign of Shah Jahan/Aurangzeb, many official with no mention of the Taj Mahal like Shahjahan-Nama, Mirat-I-Alam etc. No Mughal Chronicle ever mentions the Taj Mahal.

His exact words are, "The king is now building a sepulchre" in 1633. But on his earlier visit in 1632 he mentioned the Tajo Mahal as a tourist attraction. Only adds credence to the story that it existed earlier but the tomb was placed later with modifications.

New information has come forward since Oak including Pages 402 & 403 of Badshahnama which mention that the Complex was acquired from a Maharaja for Mumtaz's burial.

https://www.stephen-knapp.com/badshahnama.htm

We also don't know who designed the Taj Mahal(multiple sources claim multiple architects), who were the karigars...where did their families go? 22 years of construction under the radar? What was the start date/end date?

It's strange that there's no records of such a major construction, don't you think?

As I mentioned in my earlier post, it's just a "Conspiracy theory" at the moment but with some interesting/valid questions.

I'm sure you're also well aware that this is more than the usual social media Hate mongering between the two largest communities in India. The Sunni WAQF board lays claim to the Taj Mahal and even though their claims have been dismissed multiple times over the years, they keep coming up with new legal loopholes to unsurp the property. It's important that the Archeological body of India clears all doubts for social and legal reasons.
