Shravan went to Tiwari Killa, straight away. He respectfully placed her on the bed. Of course, he couldn't resist without admiring her for a moment.
Her closed eyes, those soft cheeks and not to forget, her silky pink lips.
"I love you too, Sumo", he mumbled. "My drama queen", he smirked, recalling all the ruckus she'd done.
But his face tightened as he recollected those words... How true were they?
He rushed back to his House. Aditya was pacing up and down, very fervently. He was tensed and the smile was missing from his face for the first time. That grinn was gone the moment he had left, with her. How could he not see it? Yes, it was THEM, all along! Suman's Shravan and Shravan's Sumo!
That S, that sweaty face on their marriage announcement, those unsaid words... How harsh he'd been!
Shravan quietly entered, looking tired and exhausted. Aditya opened his mouth to say something but he hushed him on the spot.
"Wait, Aditya. I just don't want to talk about it now. I'm tired"
"How's Suman", he asked, nevertheless.
He tightened his fist and replied firmly
"She's fine"
And he went upstairs, leaving a more anxious Aditya, behind.
Shravan lay on his bed, facing the ceiling. He had gone through do much in so less. He didn't even feel like facing Ramnath right now.
He was surprised cause he couldn't believe everything had happened right under his nose. He was satisfied coz his lobe wasn't a vain. He'd accepted by now that he wouldn't be able to forget her and he was glad that she has been loving him all this while. He was also amused by the fact that she knew he loved her.
"This man loves me with all His heart"
Those words were tickling his heart.
"Ermmm... May I come in?", knocked Preeti.
For a moment, he couldn't believe someone had actually knocked before entering, courtesy Sumo.
"Yes, yes please!", he got up.
"Bhaiyya, aap so toh nahi..."
"Aree nahi nahi"
"Umm... Shravan Bhaiyya..."
"Preeti, go on. Don't hesitate"
"Umm... Bhaiyya, whatever Sumo told was... Was absolutely right"
He laughed in his mind and nodded. "Its alright Preeti. I understood that. Its late night, you should go to sleep"
He looked at his and Ramnath's picture, framed on the table. It was time for some answers and revelations.
