She notes that Tulsi left the house cheerfully, implying that if Tulsi had fasted, she wouldn't have gone out. Mihir, concerned that Tulsi might be starving, is surprised she isn't home. Shobha observes that much has changed over the years. Mihir acknowledges their ongoing conflict but struggles to believe Tulsi wouldn't keep Karwachauth. Shobha reveals that Tulsi went shopping, prompting Mihir to leave in anger.
Unexpected surprise for Noina

Noina's birthday preparations were in full swing, with all of Mihir's favorite dishes ready. She made sure to order an eggless cake, knowing Mihir's preference. When Suchu inquired about Mihir's attendance, Noina was completely confident. The doorbell rang, and Noina, anticipating Mihir, opened the door. To her surprise, it was Tulsi, bearing a gift Mihir had sent. Tulsi expressed her disappointment at not being invited to the party, leading Noina to invite her inside. Vrinda gets mocked by Supriya

Nitin's wife lashes out at him and Vrinda, questioning their judgment in rejecting Suhash's marriage proposal. She's especially disappointed in Nitin for not pushing Vrinda to accept the match. Noina becomes angry, accusing Tulsi of ruining her birthday. Suchu claims she came for Mihir. Noina laments that her plan failed. As Noina taunts Tulsi, Tulsi appears, saying she expected this. Tulsi acknowledges that Noina entered Mihir's life for a reason and that she cannot repay her. Tulsi thanks Noina for making her Karwachauth beautiful. Mihir arrives, asking for food, and announces Mitali and Angad's roka ceremony, delighting Mitali.
