Well this is ITV show which can change track based on trp anytime. Kuch bhi hosakta hai. You guys know very well IB was promoted as obros show. Baad me kya huva toh pata hi hai. I for one never believed those promos as i know IB CVs or rather ITV cvs are not capable of handling multiple couple stories properly. Very few examples are there and i remember debating this.

Some do have hopes still na. Wasnt there a post in this forum also that trp did not improve toh they might get shrenu zain characters marry?

I dont think circumstances of marriage is revealed fully yet. Weren't they shooting for flashback scenes with vyom? Are they aired yet? I have watched some scenes only of the show. So if not shown how ppl assume vyom forced her and all that. In todays episode kavya made it clear she is ok with the marriage.

You are assuming something not there just bec i'm shivika fan. lol Didnt ppl expect ki shaadi huva na ho and pretending marriage and all that so that shrezain possibility ho? Ppl r so confused what show this genre falls into shows makers failed miserably.

The story was titled meri Biwi ka sasural which gave vibes of a family drama & than one fine day they changed title made it all about one dark character & only she was heavily promoted so isn't it obvious audience are bound to get confused what genre it falls into.

Is it an entire out & out SaaS bahu show? NO.

is it an entire thriller with one dark/grey character? The answer is again NO.

The first week was khichdi of all so audience can't really be blamed.

The repeat of yrkkh & their 10 yr celebration at the very same slot got 1 trp.

So I blame star programme promotion team for this Ratings.

Read filmbeat article yesterday where Zain said promoting Jhanvi was promotional strategy which according to me back fired.

Jhanvi was supposed to be the surprise element in a family drama but you made everything about here & failed to deliver the same so obvious audience won't fall for it.

& How unique is khane mein machi or scaring a child that ppl be interested to watch.

Bottom line show should have definitely gotten more given the promotions star gave which no show got in recent past.they failed there clearly but again sirf ek hafta hua hai & TV is very volatile so we can't guess what happens next.

So all the best for entire team & hope ratings improve.

I really want even others get some meat to their characters especially Zain instead of just being mute spectator to what Jhanvi & his father does.

BTW I have not watched Zains Shows before but I really liked his scenes with Shrenu, Ayub ,Ishaan, Onscreen mother and even kid ..but with Kavya its just not working for me..

Rather than showing forced Romantic angle.. makers need to bring their friendship angle as it was before when vyom was around..?? It will bring morei nterest .

This is my only worry, that writers will change the script for trps. Even if the show runs for 6-8 months, I want it retain its original script.

I hope since its a 7pm show it is safe, and writers don't play with the script. KarnSangini had undergone a complete revamp after a month, to get trps. They didn't get trps, but those who watched the show, stopped watching.

I just hope they don't change the script. Till now the episodes tight and there is no dragging. I hope it maintains its speed.

There are a lot of shows that were butchered by star plus. That's why I wanted it to air on star bharat instead.

I don't blame the writers completely though, it's the channel that pressurizes the makers for a change in the script. Such changes sometimes manages to grab eyeballs. ( like the leap they took in Namkaran, not sure if it was preplanned or not but after the leap it started doing good in the charts)

The show has grabbed a different set of audience, I don't think changing the script will help them in any shape or form. Like it didn't go well with Karn Sangini.

Kabir and Kavya foced romance angel is not working for me at the moment ( futue do not know ) and I have choice to skip that but i never skip Zain scence with others ...

Writers need to work little harder on Kabir Deviotion towards Kavya and Arush , Kavya need to be shown little less abla nari ..

Similar thoughts, I followed Tashne Ishq where I loved Zain's character, didnt watch Namkaran regularly, but some of the scenes between aditi and zain were intriguing. They did have chemistry.

Recently this scene between tanvi and zain was supposed to be romantic, a bgm was supplied in aid but still , nothing.

Shrenu and PK Mittal are the pillars of the show tbh, even Zain ( until now ) didn't have much to do, some of his scenes were good enough.

I wonder how the makers are planning to fit his character.

Is he just there to romance the protagonist?

I really hope his chatacter has more depth.
