Raj Nidimoru’s ex wife speaks after a ‘sleepless night’, requests privacy and space

Raj Nidimoru’s ex wife Shhyamali De has shared a calm but clear note on Instagram, days after Raj married actor Samantha at the Isha Yoga Center. Her message arrived three days after the ceremony and focused on gratitude, boundaries and a request for privacy rather than any reaction to the wedding itself.

Shhyamali began by thanking those who reached out to her during what she described as a difficult phase. She said she wasn’t trying to seek sympathy or use the moment for attention. Thanking her well wishers, she wrote, Thank you for all the kindness the good wishes, the warm words, and all the blessings. I spent a sleepless night, tossing and turning and debating and realised it would be ungrateful and churlish to not acknowledge all the good that is coming to me.

She spoke about relying on her long standing meditation practice to stay centred. Sharing that she has been practising Meditation on Twin Hearts for years, she explained, Doing the meditation involves blessing Mother Earth and all persons and beings with peace, love, forgiveness, hope, light, joy, loving kindness, goodwill, and the will to do good.

Shhyamali also revealed that she is dealing with a personal crisis that demands her full attention. As a friend reminded me, what I am receiving now is simply that energy returning. I have no team, no PR, no staff or associates managing my page. I am personally responding while dealing with something that needs my full presence, she wrote. She then shared that her Jyotish Guru was diagnosed on 9 November with Stage 4 cancer that has spread to several parts of the body, including the brain. She said she hoped people would understand where her focus must be right now.

She urged social media users not to flood her with messages or expectations. So, a humble request: please keep this space clean. Thank you... thank you... thank you... May every person, every being be blessed with good health, happiness, prosperity and spirituality.
