Is this for me as i'm the only non-rikara IB fan here in this thread atleast i guess. I was never shrenu hater. But yes i admit i'm not rikara fan. I dont like too many lead characters in a show. Rikara came later so i could not relate. I dont think i bashed shrenu ever. And this is not IB. Because i was not rikara or gauri fan i should not watch shrenu show now?

Was there any show in star plus channel got the high Trp rate in the past. ? The rate 1.1 is not bad in this time slot. The viewers always support the affected characters only. Till now Jaanvi character is being shown as a sympathetic one. The draw back is the other characters are failing to impress the viewers by their acting. Jaanvi character was highlighted in the promo only. In the episodes the other characters have more dialogues and the acting chances more than Jaanvi. Kabir-kavya characters are given more chances to impress the viewers. But these actors dialogue presentation is just like recitation. Especially kavya has zero expression. In my opinion she can't act in a serious role.

after saathiya there was no hit show at this slot n also after saathiya this is their first big project at this slot I think...

no matter how much footage they give to kabir-kavya kavya is not the fl, people did not sign up to see kabir-kavya track but jhanvi whom they promoted, tv shows are always fl oriented n here fl is jhanvi..so more they concentrate on other characters it will only be detrimental to the show...

Also, what not bashing? I remember reporting quite a few people, and the mods also later deleted their posts for trolling Shrenu/Gauri. So 🤷‍♀️

I remember you saying yesterday people are not liking Zain & Tanvi because they wanted Zain n Shrneu as pair that why fans r saying Kavya-kabir boring ..yoi mocked those fans who gave opinion about Kavya kabir dull onscreen chemistry ...

Well just to let you ..Shrenu cleared this very first day when fans asked whether she is opp Zain or not ...SHE SAID CLEARLY NO.. So no one was looking for Zain-Shanu as onscreen couple .. Yes fans still want to see Zain-Shrenu in frame for scenes .. becasue we do see their chemistry as an actors as per their character and they look very good together ..no doubt about this ..

I know Jhanvi is not overdramatic . The show is also not saas bahu either but the spirit of the show is much similar to that. Atleast till now it feels that way. But lets see what happens in future.😊

I genuinly do not want this show to become badi bahu vs choti bahu because I for one will definitely stop watching.

I have adored Shrenu since her debut, though she isn't the reason of me being here, the 'hatke' concept is the reason. I expected this show to be more like the show EK Hasina Thi or like the film Kahani.

Personally this show did not give me any Saas Bahu vibes, neither until now it is giving me any.

And if Tanvi really is the protagonist then in order to get accepted as the 'bechari bahu' of itv she has to get better in her acting skills especially when she's against shrenu, who's a household name already. I cannot even imagine anyone except her , it's hard to believe that she's the same Gauri Kumari Sarma !

Though I genuinly believe it will get better, EBSS is still the slot leader. I wish the writers don't give in to the trp.

Guys, lets not criticize Kavya/Tanvi so early. Give her a little more time.

I am not a fan myself, but its only first week. 😊

I haven't watched it either so I'm on the same boat🤣.

This show has a lot of issues that may just not work with especially modern audience,..e.g, ayubs character...is terrible..beating his grown son ...is something that is very hard to watch,.,he’s also a dictator...not a caring loving father , , the whole setting of the show is very traditional...the characters are not modern everyday people,...it’s just not relatable to everyday life for Many of us. I’m a fan of Zains so I try to watch the episodes for him..but I can’t seem to digest his relationship with kavya,..it’s just not working for me..that scene of her telling him to take of his shirt so she could apply balm to his wounds...it seemed to have a romantic undertone ,.but i couldn’t watch it ...maybe because there was no build up to their relationship..so it seems forced or maybe they just don’t have a romantic lead couples chemistry ...so we are not appreciating their romance ...So most probably its shrenus character which will have to pull in the audience,..
