i agree to whatever u said shweta....the creatives are sending a wrong message to the audiences and they can make this show into a beautiful love story again if they want to but by showing these kind of scenes it just ruins it all i mean the hugs and stuff are ok but this is Confused and i agree movies and other shows now a days show much more than this but i thought this show was very different i mean the creatives said it themselves and they are just ruining this beautiful love story of AR and there are many ways in which they can make it better like it was before but it's totally up to them and we can't do much other than just watch the show bcz there are people who are comfortable with such scenes 🙂

I completely agree Bluerose...there are so many things that the creatives can cover in a budding relationship, but physical attraction is not the basis of a relationship. And this is obviously about this show no other movie or anything.

This is Chaitra86.. I am not able to login from my old account so had to create a new one...

Ok..coming to your topic.. When I saw the precap first(I didn't even watch it completely)... I turned to my brother and said "what is the matter with Indian Television"... I came to discuss it but I was not able to login..but I silently read everybody's replies... I went back and saw the precap again and again ..and finally I realized that there was nothing in it.... nothing at all...It is just the way Armaan approached her...It is no big deal yaar.. watch it another couple of times ..there is nothing actually happening over there...

About sending the wrong message... I totally agree that if kids watched it or should I say, If they are caught by their parents watching it, they'll never be allowed to watch DMG again..but the same theory applies for 24th jan too.. parents are not going to judge how elegant the scene was before they let their kids watch it... any intimate scene on TV daddy is gonna say "what are you watching kid...why dont you watch something educational".....
I know that even kids adore this show..but DMG is not a show for kids... It is for every age group... these kind of scenes are rarely shown..so I think parents will be ok with it.....

Thirdly, about character Ridhima..who can never imagine herself like that... guys how do you know that it is Ridhima's Imagination?..It could be Armaan's too... So character assassination theory doesn't really hold here....

I know you..so I know that you are not bringing Shilpa/Sukirti comparison here.. so am not gonna bring it up either......

Hey hun! see it's not even about what parents will say it's about what kids will think! the wrong message about love is not needed at all and since this show is aimed at young youth then it is very disappointing to see these kinds of messages being sent out.

They may succeed in hooking up new viewers but majority of old timers they have managed to chase away(one look arround this forum proves that),DMG has always been liberal in exploring these kind of stuff before as well but the standards they have set then are pretty high, they cant match it ever again, they can only attempt at it like now...plus they never over did before like they are doing it now.
Regarding the precap...was KSG trying his best not to start laughing😆..I guess after the shot he might have been on the floor laughing his guts out.

Nice post ...DMG has hit its nadir already dont know how many lows it will explore in days to come. But hey who cares as far as TRPs start raising, never thought some one leaving will hit its TRPs so badly that they have to resort to this.😆
Anagha

Hey Anagha (very pretty name!) I do agree with you; the standards that DMG HAD set were very high, but now it seems like DMG can't even reach an ounce of that...maybe that's why they've resorted to repeating old situations/drama...with added trp gimmicks! 😆

Shweta, well said. i completely agree. i was feeling the same way when i saw the episode. i was wondering whether ridz loves armaan or she has lust??[/quote]
People throw around the word lust like it's a dirty word or something but lust is important in love.

watching the show or not to watch it huh? well I guess as you can see all those avid viewers that dmg once had are all gone...majority of the people on the forum are now new and very young....so I'm pretty sure we all aren't really watching this show...at least I know I'm not.

Ridz character has been killed...she's resorting to physical desire to tell her that she loves him? she's being influenced by what others think? where is that ridz that had her own stance?
Everyone has a difference of opinion as previously said, one needs to learn to understand and respect that difference. Agreeing doesn't mean understanding. Just because someone does not agree with your viewpoint, does not mean they are hypocrites or never-satisfied. Learn to respect and understand.
This topic is not about movies or even other shows. So no need to bring up other movies and shows. 🥰

I am mean during Sapnas shaddi they both rolled on top of eachother on a bed, ridz was on top of armaan and in the basketball court when rids fell and armaan was on top of her, isnt it the same? Oh well, but what wrong message is it sending?

👏🏻👏🏻 very well said and i completely agree. I don't think this issue should be stretched any further. It was not THAT bad....u guys are acting as if you have never seen bollywood movies...come on GROW UP! <<this is just not for u but for anyone who thought that scene was vulgar and such....seriously guys....we have seen this show since the beginning and like neelu said this is not the first time...u know it, we know it and the creatives know it too. U never complained about it before when they almost kissed, the mini skirt scene, and all.... so why now...and i just might have understood ur point if it made sense....but it doesn't . It wasn't even that big of a deal. Maybe u never wear speghetti straps or something...but many of us do....maybe u guys think blowing on someones face to remove the hair coming in the way is gross....but for some its very romantic. You cant force ur opinion on someone....not even the creatives. I agree that this show is most watched by teenagers and youngsters....but u know what...they all have to admit they have seen MUCH worse....and even in DMG... the mini skirt scene was much much much more intense than this...so there's no point arguing over an issue that makes no sense. Im sorry to say but i dont agree with you at all. Everyone has their own point of view...creatives included. If u want to watch it , watch it....if not then please dont post such topics that have been repeated over and over again. No offense intended...but we are really sick of this issue rising over and over again.

Love,

ummm huhhhhhhh??????????Confused Lust is totally different than love. Lust is..I'd rather not explain here 🥰
it's not a dirty word, because people actually base their relationships and life off of that. But lust is definitely NOT love or any part of it.

Are you serious?
My little cousins watch DMG and one or two or hundred little love scenes isnt going to stop us from letting them watch it
It's a cute show...but at the end of the day everyone knows its a LOVE STORY...soo all this was bound to happen...aaj nahin to kal...because physical desire is necessary in love....if its REAL love... nobody actually dances around trees or ontop of hills.... 🙂

First and foremost, please don't tell us to grow up, we are all sensible people here...and secondly as it has been rightly pointed many a times that this has nothing to do with movies or other shows. DMG is what is being discussed right now.

<<this is just not for u but for anyone who thought that scene was vulgar and such....seriously guys....we have seen this show since the beginning and like neelu said this is not the first time...u know it, we know it and the creatives know it too. Secondly answer to your question, yes there were many scenes before but they had a certain charm and elegance to it, which personally there was none on the staircase scene, and it was just wrong the way they actually potrayed it, I could go in to detail but I'd rather not. May be you did not find anything wrong, but those who did have a right to voice their dislike. Like you have the right to like it. And to your answer about blowing the hair, none of us mentioned that not being romantic, that was not even the point of discussion., nor was the strappy tops, the discussion is compeletely different.

You cant force ur opinion on someone....not even the creatives.

None of us here are enforcing our opinions, is it a crime to say anything against the show or dislike a certain scene. Because that's how it looks like at the moment.

I agree that this show is most watched by teenagers and youngsters....but u know what...they all have to admit they have seen MUCH worse....and even in DMG... the mini skirt scene was much much much more intense than this...so there's no point arguing over an issue that makes no sense.

Yes I agree it was more intense, but not in any cheap way, it had that kind of ambience; the first time he had seen her in a skirt. But the staircase scene could have been elegant, but it was not in my opinion.

Im sorry to say but i dont agree with you at all. Everyone has their own point of view...creatives included. I m happy to know your point of view, and like you said everyone has their opinion and they are free to say it. But I am sorry to say I dont think you have the right to say that dont post such topics, coz Ive seen many topics prasing the show and I dont see anyone complaining. This is a free forum and everyone has their right to express their opinion.
