I think they do not waant RT to be nominated because they think that he would win(that's 100% sure)and their favorites(that's people of Ekta's camp)would not win....

yaar maine kaha tha na ki SPA is the only place where the Ekta camp gets awards. Star chalta hai Ekta ke liye.To apne rozi roti ke liye starko Ekta ko makhan lagana hi parega. Aur waise bhi Spa toh bahut hi chchota mota award hai. Our RT won iTa aur uske comparison mein koi bhi nahi ata. Even the big screen stars respect that award. Spa to pairon ki dhool hain.

Rajat ko nomination agar mili toh obviously woh jitega he's popular like crazy.Lekin Anas bhaiya abhi bhi utna popular nahi hua hain. Aur promotion unko lagta hain jo zyada logon ke bich popular nahi hota hai. Jo already popular hai usse publicity ki kya zaroorat? Isiliye RT ko nominate nahi kiya gaya. Aur woh ab toh Star parivaar ka member bhi nahi hain
