are the writers MCPs by any chance that they have such a problem with Naari Shakti comming in the forefront
or do they need some display of it to get some brains!

Whatever it is I wish the CVs come across this post and it knocks some sense into their head! Even I can't stand the fact that Adishakti is shown to be adamant always and passive at times..

If they wanted Parvati to be weak & feeble, the perfect opportunity for that was last night when Dhoomralochan & co approached her. In the original story, Ambika pretended to be helpless, while saying to them that she had taken a vow to marry only the one who could defeat her in battle. She didn't roar & burn them - she just did a hmmm & burnt only Dhoomralochan. And she kept pretending to be weak & feeble even as she kept invoking first Chandi, then Mahakali.

So assuming that the CVs have a fetish for a weak & feeble Parvati, they could have shown that original story, w/ her as Ambika, and they'd have gotten exactly what they wanted. And since they didn't kill even Chanda or Munda, they wouldn't have had to show Ambika strong either.

On the bright side, however, she does boss over the Ganas, which is a good starting point.

There is one justification I can think of here for showing Parvati as too gentle (although it doesn't jive w/ her image as either Mahakali or Ma Durga). It is that when Ganapati was beheaded by Mahadev (now, that depends on which version they show in the serial - I'm thinking about the Shiva Purana version here), she became enraged and invoked both Ma Durga & Mahakali and sent them on a rampage against the Devas & Ganas. So, they could be trying to show that when it was just her, she was meek, but when it became a matter of her son, she had a total meltdown. That is the only pretext for which I think they could be justified in showing her as meek now - so that the contrast would be glaring when she resolves to avenge her son's death.

Where is it shown Parvati to be meek and feeble ? They showed Parvati as having glimpses of the future events - in the course of which- she would have to place her foot on her husband's chest. Naturally she would be reluctant to enter into such a situation.

Though puranically inaccurate, it was consistent with Parvati's character - of being the ultimate devoted wife.

maa durga's introduction ws suppose to be a grand one right?? bt they didint showed it in dat way.. n again wen kali appeared the BG music offended me a lot...

Bas yaar enough is enough, tum log humesha hukka pani lekar writers ke upar kyun chadh jate ho?agar is tarah ke words IF mein actors ke liye koi keh de toh its called as against the rules but writers ya phir kisi aur ke liye kuch kaho toh its perfectly fine...if you want to say anything to the CVs toh shauk se kaho kyunki sara dosh un logon ka hi hai...do you know that CVs ek script ko 4 baar change karwate hain but brainless writers get paid for only the final episode baki sab paani mein jata hai...ab CVs apne aagey writers ki chalne nahi dete toh MCPs karein bhi toh kya? agar unko ek hi episode mein apni roller coaster chalani hai toh koi kare bhi toh kya?

and to those who are complaining that promos were better than the show...woh toh hone hi hain because promo ki production team ekdum alag hai...and it's not the first time...mujhe toh humsha hi promos achhe aur episodes disappointing lagte gain🤢

I think you should check 100 other posts where we've had problems with the concepts being shown dear..why others..check this post itself..most of the time it is the CVs who are considered responsible.. and jahaan tak actors ki baat aati hai its sad..but yes..even Sona and Mouni have been criticized in the past..so please calm down..😊 there are people in the forum who aren't satisfied with the script and the concept because they know what the real puraanas state (including me) and hence they voice it out..i choose to ignore at times and not comment..to each their own..

Dear...I am not stopping anyone from criticizing the script of course bina criticism ke no one can grow...but har baat kehne ka ek tareeka hota hai...of course some people are brainless who think of becoming writers cause in the industry writers are the one who suffer most...even I criticized the screenplay writers a lot...but the truth is that they are helpless people and the most exploited ones in the industry...i have noticed that altleast for actors people come as saviours when they get criticize, but writers ko kitna bhi bol lo...it's all fine...logon ko lagta hai ki writers ke haath mein sab kuch hai but that's not true...apart from that in my opinion script se bhi buri episode ki editing thi...it was looking totally raw

I completely agree with you Shruti..but then I have stopped expecting sense from the show and just watch it on and off.

The stupidest part is that why why why did they have to put in the fisherman's episode when they could have those days for an effective build up to the Maha Durga and Maa Kali roop. I totally adore Maa Durga and the pathetic way they tried to cash in in the TRPs whilst cheating us of a grand show, really exasperates me.

Agreed.Even though I enjoyed thorougly the epi but I wished they could have shown more of Maa Durga and Maa Kali's concept at least for half an hour.

Sonarika had done a fab job in portraying the Goddess.They could have cashed on her ability as Adi Shakti.

U r absolutely right.Sometimes adishakti becomes more powerful than Shiva too.Thats why it is said that "Without Shakti, Shiva is Shava means dead"...both are incomplete withour each other.
