Why Are they underplaying Adi Shakti?

Yes Shruti I felt they cheated Sona of a great opportunity by underplaying the whole epi. It was sad. I mean the show is Devon Ke Dev Mahadev but Parvati is an equal and important part of the whole proceedings and it was disappointing to see her not given enough due or rather screen space in the maha epi when everyone was waiting to see her avatars unfold with all splendor.

let me bring out some facts
the cvs in their desire to postpond shiv parvati millan have messed the track big time.
ma durga and ma kali need at least 15 episodes to manifest their power and presence. every single thing was rushed up.
ma durga destroyed dumbru, shub and nishum at one go. ma kali comes then for raktha beej.
while sona was fab, the time space was short.
my pov is the show should have concentrated on shiv parvati millan kartikeya's birth then slowly on parvati's evolution into durga and kali. expect for sona's performance yesterday was disappointing with less action. i hope they dont mess up taki's fight with karthikeya

@shruthi-ofcourse they have messed up-he show has a loyal audience doesnt mean they can do what they want...

same here I was eagerly waiting for this epi only to get everything rushed by

yes they are underplaying her

they ended Drga saptashati iin half hour flat

and no chand munda vadh no shumbha nishumbha killing

They made it Durga avatar a mockery soeey Devi Maa for using that word

It was not up to the standers of DKDM

They showed the Matasya track longer then this

I think they found it tough to direct such a thing and hence they cut it shory

Couldnt they take inspiration from Maa Shakti and Jai Mata ki?

In fact Devtas had directly prated tp Parvati and she had divided herself into two. They could have shown that. It would have taken 15 minutes atleast

then Dhumralochan, chand munda , rakta beej and shumbh nishumbh in that order

It was really disappointing

This is Mahadev ka serial.. but did that give the team justification enough to underplay Durga's role??
No way.. this was extremely unfair to sonarika who was doing a fantastic job..
Where was the war she wages.. where is the blood she should have been shown drinking..
But one plus point was.. Sonarika shown through and through in whatever time she got. It stood out beautifully and that is a big plus point for a someone who was underestimated.
Portraying a powerful role by some one so young and very new to the industry is commendable.

Durga and Kaali werent given the time space they deserved..

I am laughing but I am feeling sad. I was at my sister's house and I pestered all of them into watching it and skip Adala which they regularly watch

And at the end they were looking at me in bewilderment as if saying this is that popular show you were telling us?
