huge huge mistake by the creative team of this show.. i wonder if she was auditioned also..!!! don't understand why they dn't give acting any points here.. just because she is pretty, beautiful and young they choose her??? nonsense yaa.. they need to take some established face!! wonder how will they justify her as Ganesh and Karthikey's mother??!!! don't think i'll regularly watch this show now..

isnt it kinda strange we are having another Vijaya in the show?only that one wasfictional,this one actually existed!😆

The thing about mythological shows is that they are larger than life. They can make your career or completely stagnate it by making you marked as that person forever. So I guess insecure snd established actors stay away from it. But, their loss is our gain!!!!

The girl who is going to play Parvati has a daunting task ahead of her. I hope that she will be able to meld well with MOhit and give us some more spectacular episodes. All the best to her!!!!

@Shruti & Mahalaxmi: Thanks for replying. I believe that Divyanka was their first choice who probably turned the offer down...just my assumption!

Divyanka apprently wasnt too convinced...but thats her loss actually..Sonarika is lucky to have got the role of a lifetime!
