The nest of dreams Part 1

This is inspired by the malayalam movie Swapnakoodu.But the story will be different.In the movie the flirt Kunjukunju and Kamala are a pair and the decent boy Deepu's love for Kamala gets hidden forever.I feel Deepu really deserved Kamala more than Kunjukunju.Padma had a tragic death.I did'nt like these things in the movie.So i am going to change it's plot.

Uday Veer:He is a harmless sweet flirt.He does not believe in true love.
Deepak:Deepak is known as Deepu among his friends.He is a south Indian boy.
Yash:He is a sweet flirt,but he does know how to woo girls like Uday Veer.
These 3 boys are best buddies.They are hotel management students in Pondichery.They are searching for a house to stay.They seek their friend Adi's help to get a house.Adi is a tourist guide in Pondichery.

Kamala:She is a south Indian girl.She prepares food for the tourists who come to Pondichery.She gives the top floor to paying guests also.She sells flowers also.
Manyata:She is a 12th standard student.She is a chatterbox.She is Kamala's younger sister.She also helps Kamala by selling flowers.

Uday Veer,Deepak and Yash were after Adi.
Yash:Please Adi..we need a house to stay..at least till we finish our course.
Adi:Why did you all leave the previous house?
They did not have any answer.
Adi:I will tell you.Because of you people's flirtatious character you all were sent out.
Deepak:No.I never did anything.
Adi:Deepu is an exception.But the other two..
D:Please Adi.We need a house.Otherwise our studies...please try to understand our condition.
A:Ok.I know the people who need paying guests.Usually tourists stay there.They like staying there as the eldest girl cooks good food.
Yash:Is she married?
Adi stared at him.
A:This is the problem.Immediately you are taking advantage of the situation.
Uday Veer:That means she is unmarried.Cool.
D:Stop it guys.We need a house.Otherwise we will have to live on the street.So please be decent this time.
A:I will take you guys there.But on one condition.You should not disturb the sisters.
U:Sisters?So there are 2 girls?Wow!
A:Udayyy!
Uday just smiled.
D:Don't mind them Adi.Please arrange this house.
A:Ok..only because yo are requesting Deepu..because i don't want you to suffer because of your stupid friends.
Deepak smiled.
A:These girls are south Indians.
D:Wow!Like me...
Uday smiled:I like south Indian girls.

Adi took Deepak and Yash to the house.
Kamala and Manyata were in the garden.
Kamala and Deepak were surprised to see each other.
M:Deepu..what a surprise!How come you are here?


A:Kamala..you know Deepu?
K:Yes.
Yash was wondered.He was jealous of Deepak for knowing a beautiful girl personally.
A:Kamala..i told you about the paying guests.They are the ones.
Kamala was surprised:Really?That's so nice.I am happy that my friend is going to stay here.I was little bit tense about bachelors staying here.But now i am not tense.Since Deepu is here i am sure that we won't have troubles at all.
Deepak smiled.
Yash looked at Manyata:Hi..i am Yash.
M:Hi..I am Kamala di's younger sister Manyata.
A:Kamala,don't relax.Even though Deepu is decent don't trust the other two guys.This Yash is a stupid flirt.
Kamala,Manyata and Deepak laughed.Yash was embarrassed.
He stared at Adi and whispered in his ears:Adiii!You crossed your border.You spoiled my image.Because of you i lost a chance to shine before them.
Adi chuckled.
A:Yash is nothing compared to Uday Veer.He is the real Casanova.
K:Where is Uday?
A:He saw his ex-girl friend and is roaming around with her now.He will reach tonight.
M:Uday may be a Casanova.But we don't care.We know how to handle Casanovas.We have dealt easily with dangerous foreigners also.
K:Deepu...you need food from here?
Y:Yes.
D:No thanks Kamala.It will be a disturbance for you.
K:Not at all.I make food for the tourist restaurant near by.I can serve food to you all also.I have no problem.We usually cook food for our paying guests also.
M:Yes.But the food is not free.We need money.
Deepak smiled:Done.Money is not a problem.We have heard that Kamala is a good cook.
K:Not only me Manyata also cooks well.
M:But di does'nt let me cook.
K:Board exam is coming.She needs to study.Because of financial problems after our parents' death my studies got ended.Our only hope is Manyata.She has to complate her studies and get a good job.She is a brilliant student.
M:Now you guys go upstairs and see how it is.
Kamala gave the key.

After entering the room Yash caught the collar of Deepak's shirt.
Y:Purposefully you brought us here.Right?Kamala is your girl friend.Right?You got a south Indian girl friend.Wow!Now your wedding will take place smoothly.
D:What nonsense!No.After coming here only i realized that it is Kamala's house.She is not my girl friend.
Y:Then how do you know Kamala?
D:Every morning i go to the French colony for jogging.Right?Once during a moisty morning i saw a beautiful girl with flowers.She was a flower girl.Kamala.I bought flowers from her.Every morning i met her.Every morning i bought flowers from her.Our friendship blossomed.Once she asked me...

She smiled.

Yash was relieved:So she is not your girl friend?Very good.But who is the girl who gets flowers from you daily?
Deepak was shy:I will reveal it on time.
Y:Ok ok.Since Kamala is not your girl friend i can woo her.
Deepak got angry:No.
Y:Why not?
D:Because she is not that type.She is a nice girl.
Yash did not care.He got into the bathroom.
Deepak smiled thinking of Kamala.He imagined romancing Kamala singing and dancing.



At night...
Uday Veer came by car.Manyata was watering the plants.
She looked at Uday.He smiled at her.
M:Di...Uday Veer has come.
Kamala came out.
K:Hi Uday.
U:So you all know my name?
K:Yes.I am Kamala.This is my sister Manyata.I am going inside.Have some work.
Uday Veer was impressed by their beauty.He murmered:Hot chicks.
Manyata got irritated:I heard you calling us hot chicks.How dare you?
Uday was shocked by her reaction.
M:We know that you are a Casanova.
He was shocked.
M:But don't think that you can woo us easily.We are not that type.Did you understand Mr.Casanova?
Her tough look irritated him.She went to the verandah.Uday was not willing to leave her alone.He followed her.
U:Manyata!I kept quiet when you insulted me.But that does'nt mean that i am weak.
M:Oh really?I thought you are weak.
She ridiculed him.
He got irritated and pulled her towards him.She got scared.He smiled seeing tension on her face.His fingers went through her face.She was so scared that she could not even move away from him.

U:I can do anything with you.But i am not doing anything now.
He removed his hand from her.She was relieved.
U:But i am not going to fail Manyata.I will make you mine one day.
M:That will never happen Uday.
He smiled:One day you will thirst for me.
M:Never.
U:Wait and watch.

Yash:Uday..you found the house..come inside.
Uday got inside.
Y:Uday..Deepu is not like we thought.He knew Kamala before.He used to buy flowers from her.
Uday was not interested as his mind was full of Manyata.
Y:Did you see Kamala?She is so beautiful.
U:I saw Kamala.She is beautiful.
Deepak:Uday please.Leave Kamala.
U:Though she is beautiful i don't feel like wooing her.
Deepak was relieved.He went to the bathroom to bath.
Yash smiled:Nice.If you try to woo her i won't be able to get her.She won't even look at me.She will only look at you.You have the magical power to attract girl towards you.
He smiled:Exactly.So any girl whom i wish will fall for me.Right Yash?
Y:No doubt.
U:My target is not Kamala,but Manyata.
Yash could not believe it:What are you saying?Manyata is only a school student.
U:So what?Her tongue is so long.She thinks i am stupid.I will trap her.
Y:Manyata is a small innocent girl.Hardly 17.Leave her yaar.
U:You know me.Right?I can't change my decision.

Y:Deepu said Kamala and Manyata are not like the ash poosh girls you date everyday.They belong to a good family.Have family values.So playing with Manyata's life is cruel.Right?
U:I don't know.But i know that i have to make her fall for me.Otherwise i will get defeated.And you know that Uday Veer does'nt accept defeat easily.
Deepak came after bath.
Kamala knocked the door:Deepu!
Deepak opened the door.
D:Kamala!
K:Dinner.
D:Thank you.
She served them dinner.
K:Taste and see.If you did'nt like it tomorrow onwards you can buy food from outside.
They tasted it.
D:Very tasty Kamala.What we heard about you is true.
Y:You are really a good cook.
He looked at her in a naughty manner:I want my wife to be a good cook.
Kamala smiled:Thank you.But Yash...tell your parents to find a girl who cooks well.Please leave me.
Uday and Deepak laughed.Yash was embarrassed.
K:I will marry only a south Indian.
Deepak's face blossomed hearing that.
U:Pasta is really good.
K:Pasta is not made by me.It is made by Manyata.
Uday was surprised:Oh!Really?Manyata is a surprise package.


Manyata was not able to sleep.Uday touching her face was coming into her mind.First time she was touched by a boy like this.It was a nice experience for her.She was getting irritated.

The next evening..
Manyata reached home after the tuition class.
She was not able to concentrate on studies thinking of her moment with Uday.
She changed her clothes and came out of the room.She was stunned to see Uday before her.
M:You here?
U:Ya.I came here to invite you all to my birthday party.I invited your Kamala.She got a call.Suddenly she went to deliver flowers.Well you are invited for my birthday party sweety.
She got angry:Youuu!I am not your sweety.
He smiled.
U:You are so sweet.How can i not call you sweety.

M:Stop it.
U:By the way your pasta was very tasty.So please make pasta for my birthday party.
M:Never.
He looked at her deeply with a smile.She did not have the courage to look at his eyes.
She thought:God,why is it like this?For the first time i am becoming weak in front of a boy.Why?Give me strength God..
Uday's fingers went through her face.Automatically she closed her eyes.

She came to her senses and opened her eyes.There was no Uday.
M:I was dreaming?What a terrible dream!
Kamala came.
M:Why did you leave me alone and go when that Casanova Uday was here?
Kamala became tense:Did he misbehave?
M:No.But still..
Kamala was relieved.
M:He told me to make pasta for his birthday party.
K:He liked your pasta very much.hat was your reply?
M:I told him that i can't make it for him.
K:Why?He must be hurt.
M:Who cares if he is hurt?You only told me not to do cooking and concentrate on studies.
K:But still..it's his birthday.Right?So when he requests how can we say no.Tomorrow is Sunday.It's holiday for you.Please make pasta Manyata.
M:Ok.I will make it.Only because you told me to make it.He did'nt request me.He ordered me.i did'nt like his tone.
Kamala just giggled.

It was raining.
Manyata saw their bird nest getting drenched.She jumped high to reach the nest to cover the nest with a polythene bag.She was not able to reach the nest.Uday watched it with a smile.He went towards her and lifted her in his arms.She was shocked.She got scared.
M:Leave me.Put me down.
U:Don't be scared.I am just helping you.
She was not able to show that she was weak:I am not scared.But i don't like this.So leave me.I don't need your help.
U:Ok.
He put her down and chuckled.He took the polythene bag from her and covered the nest.
He smiled at her:Won't you thank me for protecting your birds.
She was still angry.But she thanked him:Thank you.
He smiled.His lips went towards her ears.She got scared again.
He whispered in her ears:Waiting for your tasty pasta.
Immediately he ran away.
She was confused.

Uday's birthday party was at the terrace.
He was waiting for Manyata.Deepak waited for Kamala.Kamala and Manyata came.
They became happy.
K:Happy birthday Uday.
U:Thank you.
Uday waited for Manyata wishing him.But she did'nt even smile at him.He was cut up with that.
Kamala's top was red.Deepak's shirt was also red.
Yash:Look at Deepu and Kamala.Both in the same colour.
Deepak and Kamala noticed each other's costume.
K:Yes.Our taste is so similar Deepu.
D:Yes.That's true.
Kamala pinched him:Same pinch.
He was very happy.
Uday cut the cake.He took the first piece and smiled at Manyata.He walked towards her.She was nervous.
She thought:Will he give me the first piece?Then what will Kamala di think about me?
Uday ate the piece.Manyata was relieved.
K:Uday..Manyata has made pasta for you.
He was surprised.He had forgotten about the pasta.
Manyata gave a box to him.He opened it.It was pasta.The 3 boys start eating it like crazy.
English music was played.
Deepak and Kamala started dancing together.

Yash danced alone.He looked at Deepak Kamala with jealousy.
Uday went towards Manyata:Shall we dance?
M:How could you think that i will dance with you?
He held her hand and started dancing.
He smiled:It's ok.I will dance with you without your permission.
M:Leave me.
U:Don't try to scream.I will tell Kamala about the moments we shared.She will think that...
Manyata became upset.
He smiled:Thank you for the pasta.You like me.That's why you made pasta for me.Right?
M:No.Di forced me to make it as you are a birthday boy.

His face became dull.Manyata moved away from him.
M:Di...
Kamala stopped dancing.
M:I am going back.
K:Why so soon?The party is not over.
M:I have to study.
K:Good.You study.
Manyata went away.Uday was irritated.Yash went towards him.
Y:Manyata is not like you think.
Uday stared at him:Don't irritate me.I bet.She will fall for me.
