Is Armaan a Gunegaar?

tbh after seeing this i totally feel what a rotten soul armaan has.

Today's episode made me feel that Armaan deserved to be poisoned for what happened to Rajat.

Meher murdered Rajat but Armaan had a equal part in declaring a innocent man a Rap***.Abhira told him to let her help him but he refused.

before coming at me,first let me say is armaan really that dumb?After years of being a top lawyer how did his conscience and perception regarding character failed?

If geetanjali can be called out for what she did to armaan,then armaan should be called out too for destroying a innocent family.

tbh armaan betrayed the laws of justice and equity

Can we really call this guy a green flag,even now?

But I don’t think he is wrong this time, he is a lawyer, his job is fighting for his client

Investigation is job of police or the assigned officer, lawyers don't investigate

Lawyers study the chargesheet filed by I/O and present best possible case for their client

It is not a lawyer's job to serve justice, they can choose not to fight for criminals but Armaan didn't know that Meher was one

So, for the first time, I don't blame him

On the other hand, pathetic is Abhira because she saw a woman committing suicide and a girl losing everything but she cares for her orgasms more than humans

I don't know about others but I can tell when someone is telling the truth and when they are hiding things from me

But intuition can't be 100%, we can't base everything on intuition

It is not our job to find evidence or present it

Vaani's mother could have submitted in court that her husband was talking TO HER during the time of the death

Was there any forensic evidence showing that Meher struggled to free herself or protect herself?

Investigation team didn't present anything, Vaani's mom did nothing

It is difficult to blame lawyer here because serving justice is not his job, we are all a part of the system, everyone has to do their job

If armaan had fought for her despite evidence against her, then we could question him

Otherwise, even Kasab had a lawyer, free and fair trial is a human right, so Meher's lawyer (anyone) had to do their best for her and investigation team had to find iron clad evidence against her
