Hard to say....It depends on person and circumstances they are in... I am not much of a movie person but Dabs have you seen the movie Bridges of Madison county with Meryl streep and Clint Eastwood.. Clint comes into her mundane married life with kids and they have a torrid soul satisfying affair for 2 days and she chooses to stay with her husband...I kept going back and forth whom she loved truly- her husband or Clint whom she never forgot..and I have to say it was Clint she loved and husband she had obligation and affection by association hence she stayed back...

but I guess .. in marraiges either LM or AM people expect magical things would happened immediatly after marraige by itself and they would become happy the way they never be... in LM this expectation surely higher compare to AM.. to me if individuality seeps in such relation ..........my happiness, my priority , my life etc...that is where ralation starts detriorating ...
in successfull( in terms of true love) relationships ... either LM ,AM people still do compromises .. fulfill their duties ..but don't feel like doing it as a compromise or duty ... so may be it is something todo with feeling where my life .. my happiness .. my priority change towards our life.. our happiness and our priority without feeling the pressure or burden of anykind either of society family or social norms.........I think you can find very few people in the whole lot who can complete you in this l sense that is why it is rare to find true love in any situation .....am I sound too utopian 😉
