A veil is not all disadvantages. It firstly provides some element of mystery and romance to a lady.
Also it covers any skin blemishes and keeps mosquitoes away. from a startegic point of view one can see the others but the other cannot see one. Medically it is useful during flu epidemics too.
Therefore a veil has good commercial value.

Absolutely, that's exactly what it means. "Allah" is the Arabic term for God. The literal translation from Arabic to english would be, "There is no God, but God." I'm guessing to make it more precise, they replace the second "God" with "Allah", however there is no distinction between the two terms.

Why do you say that no other religion states this? On the contrary, all monotheistic faiths say that there is only ONE God. That is what that statement is implying, that only one God exists. Islam is clearly a monotheistic faith and this statement is only reinforcing that. Not just the Quran, the Torah and the Bible are built on this very statement that there is only one God.

P.S. I was nitpicking your post because I have no idea who exactly that is that you're quoting in your post. Just wanted to address this question.

Yes, but they Christianism, Judaism etc... don;t endorse their religion with acts of violence, do they(excluding the KKK).

What does that mean?

Faith comes from within. Therefore all wars regarding religion and faith are inner struggles. One cannot fight the world for a faith that lies inside one's heart.

I'm not sure exactly what you were trying to say there. Why would Muslims always be fighting against the world?

Waji.... it doesnt come just from within atleast for a muslim person... if it does its veri likely that she is not fully adhering to true tenets of islam..u are stating a modern concept of what "faith" constitures.. which is not the right perspective... but thats not the point.. u have to realize given the way islam has grown over years.. it has been trying to either secure its position against some other dominant religions or perceiving a threat of some form to itself because of its conservative stance and lack of modernization to the ideas itself... which is why.. its always perceived that the modern world has been "kind" of mocking it... and thus as a collective perceives a need to fend all such abominable people away..,. and all of this is imaginery.. which is why I said "war with the world".................................... dont modernize islam through ideas and actions... leave it as it was..supposed to be and that way things would be better...

Stop feeling sorry for Islam and its believers and stop trying to invoke sympathy from others. Have enough faith in your religion to stand up for it and know that criticism will always be present. Respect your religion and fellow believers first, and then expect others to follow suit. Even the Quran says, "Verily, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves." (13:11)

You actually reading and quoting... you are a real muslim nun Waji
😆
ok i agree with what you say.. its sad that some minority extremists muslims are responsible for making the majority feel bad about themselves... but then why doesnt that majority do something about that!!! .. like systematically spanking the extremist minded people - thats because somewhere deep within the majority agrees with the extremists view points... 😊......some kind of occult affirmation, i dont call that either good or bad..
